4 /5 Ashley Johnson: Im obsessed with shopping at Torrid - their trendy and chic collections perfectly cater to young, curvy women like me! The styling is always on point and sexy. Service-wise, associates are consistently friendly and helpful - kudos to the team! However, Ive noticed the store manager can benefit from additional customer service training, as the manager can be somewhat off-putting - interactions have felt strained at times. Overall, Torrid remains my go-to destination - hoping the management aspect will align with the rest of the teams excellence !

1 /5 Callie Danielson: By far the rudest staff you’ll ever have the displeasure of meeting. The associates here like to lean on the counter and scroll through their phone or talk poorly about coworkers + customers rather than greeting or helping anyone. If you like shopping experiences where the staff is actually friendly and helpful try the Lane Bryant next door instead.

4 /5 Danielle Bootsma: Lots of styles and love that everything is plus size the only downside that I think there is, is that one dress is $70 and a tee shirt is 40 dollars! And if you get more than three things, the bill is almost 200 or more But overall, it is nice to be able to come to a store, where you do not feel fat shamed!

4 /5 M. Corvison: I love this store. But its expensive. Shirts are easily 45 or more . Then they will put them on sale at $25. For a tshirt . It seems like everything else is $75 or more ,however I pay it and buy what I need. Cause I have a love hate relationship with this store. Hate the prices, however They keep me looking good .

5 /5 Kate Smith: Great customer service and I was helped from the moment I walked in until the moment I left. I’ve only shopped Torrid online before and it’s great to have a store in town. I forgot their names but there was a Hispanic woman with long black hair and she was very helpful along with a blonde girl who I think was the manager. The store was very clean and organized.
