1 /5 Arrisa Bey: I will NEVER go back into this place. Older woman that owns it is very rude! Made inappropriate comments to my daughter. Another woman working in here made some nasty comments to the older woman thinking I couldn’t hear them. They are both very nasty and I would highly advise to avoid them. Go on Amazon, a lot cheaper and don’t have to deal with rude people.

5 /5 Alex: I love Totally Scrubs. Very sweet older woman owns the place with here handicap daughter. The prices are excellent, and in her 80s she is still working. God bless her for all that she does for the community. We love you Miss Louise.

1 /5 Noemi Santiago Torres: If I could choose no stars , I would.My daughter who is starting college went in for some scrubs . I am an RN and know the price of quality scrubs and told my daughter it can cause 40-60 dollars for a top and separately the same for pants. It is sad that the owner admitted to asking her if she was planning to buy because if not she should go to Walmart. Like what who says that. Her explanation was that many people go to her store and take pics then go buy on Amazon.. I told her it’s is sad that she stereotyped her.. because she just lost a customer that was about to buy 4 sets of scrubs and plus I will be sure to let my colleagues know how unprofessional she treated my daughter. No apologies either. So sad

5 /5 Shawn Rose: Ive been shopping here for at least 10 years. Their service is amazing. I see people complaining about mask and other things. I also see people complaining about them being rude to you. They are only rude to customers when entitled and rude customers come in yelling or cussing at them. The owner and her daughter are both very nice people. The prices are very good and they make sure to order quality scrubs, not cheap knockoff scrubs.

5 /5 Rachel: I’ve been a customer for over a year for all my scrubs/jackets. The owner goes out of the way to take care of all her customers! She’s the sweetest person I’ve met. I’m shocked by the other reviews left by medical professionals on her page complaining about the mask requirement. She asks her customers to wear masks because her and her daughter are high risk if they get sick. A minor inconvenience to you could prevent them from being ill for a long time or worse. Be respectful and empathetic. We all took an oath to do no harm and I believe that doesn’t only apply to our patients, but for anyone we meet.
