Thatboiiiaaron Go for someone else. Simple marajuana charges turned to 2 years probation. First charges shoulda been dropped as he pushed court dates for 9 months and still charged 2500. Shoulda been dropped in the first 2 months simply to my marajuana card not being valid due to bills and life circumstances. By the way this was my first time being arrested! No communication really. Go somewhere else! All he ever did was just text me and says I got it. Second charge he never talk to me about anything just realized they never read me my Miranda rights on the second arrest. Never peaked an interested at my cases nor asked me any questions while showing up 35-40 mins late for court for the last 6 months of the case. I say go for someone else. Save your money.

We have 3 babies in diapers and paid hundreds of dollars over the past several years for consultations and he assured me that he would represent us if we needed him. Well, when the time came he crawled away like a little dog with its tail between his legs without any care at all and wouldn’t even speak to my face about an explanation, suggestion or referral. I’m sure he must have been the same kind of husband and father too. I have never seen a more pathetic and disgraceful man in my life.

tenabell Harvell When me and my son met with Mr.Rios he had our hopes up so much. He said he was going to do so much and that he could take care of this for us.Had us believing he was going to be on top of this case and get some bogus charges dropped and get my son’s license back....He was emailing the states attorney while we were there.Told us that this case was so easy that he wasn’t even going to charge us the regular price..We left his office feeling so confident and happy.Then ....nothing..We did not hear from this man or his office for months...we would call to try and see what was going on and apparently he continued to just continue or r/s the court dates..We didnt know anything...Finally after 6months or so of not hearing from him I called and asked the receptionist if we needed to find another attorney or what..He eventually set up another meeting with us and when we got there he basically didnt even remember what the case was about..all the stuff we spoke about at that 1st meeting was out the window..We went to court and he was a no show..I could go on and on...he wanted more money so I paid him more money...When we finally did meet the man for the big court date,nothing went as he had originally stated..No charges were ever dropped,one of them changed to a different charge but nothing dropped.My son still does not have a license,he will not return any calls...Dont waste your time here folks..Maybe our case wasnt big enough, idk what happened?? He should have never took the case or either he should of resigned as our attorney if he wasnt going to do a damn thing or didnt have time.Big disappointment..
