In response to ‘you are not a client’ (I have been waiting on this, seems like they have said this to a few of the 1 star reviews. )
Oh, I’m well aware I’m not the client. My husband is — and I’ve been involved in every call, every email, every excuse, and every dollar that vanished with nothing in return. So yes, the review is very real, very honest, and very well-informed.
Just say no to Arnold Law. Clients, spouses, and anyone who values their time and money should run far, far away!!! These men stole our money and dropped the case, I KNOW I am NOT the only one!!
Original review:
The most untrustworthy group you could possibly hire.
We paid Arnold Law $5,000 for help with a child support case. After 9 months of zero progress, countless excuses, and absolutely no legal action taken — they suddenly dropped the case and offered us $1,300 back. That means they kept $3,700 for doing nothing.
They never filed a single document with the court. Never met with a judge. Never advanced the case in any way. They just took our money and ran. We never agreed to end the case — they simply gave up without permission.
This isn’t just bad business. It feels like theft.
They’ve wasted our time, drained our finances, and left us scrambling to find new legal help.
We’ve filed formal complaints with the Florida Bar and the BBB. If you’re even thinking about hiring this firm — don’t.

Casey Barnes If I could give this father-son duo ZERO stars, I absolutely would. I cannot believe they’re still in business.
What we were promised, we did not receive. We paid them a $5,000 retainer and got nothing in return. The only receipt we’ve seen shows they used just $400, and they refuse to refund the rest. After 9 months of chasing them down for answers on a simple child support modification, not a single filing was made by these attorneys.
We submitted our financial affidavit multiple times, spoke with the paralegal repeatedly, asked to speak with the attorney — and still received no answers and no action. We were told documents were “never received,” even though we had already submitted them. They made us go in circles with no resolution, no follow-through, and no professional accountability.
To make matters worse, the attorney even emailed us claiming we didn’t pay for the service we hired him for — and said he would only help if we paid more. The service he referred to was clearly listed in the original contract and had already been paid for in full. This is unethical and unacceptable.
They collect, then disappear. I promise you, they will do absolutely nothing for you except take your money, string you along, and leave you worse off than when you started.
If you’re considering hiring them — run. And if you’ve had a similar experience, report it to the Florida Bar. We did.
