L C BEWARE! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! Theyve been working on our case for over 7 years and have absolutely accomplished nothing! All they do is pocket the money of clients without doing the work! Takes them 8 months to just put together a simple letter, beyond LAZY AND UNPROFESSIONAL! They wont return calls or honor appointments that were made, despite knowing the client had to take off an entire day of work to get to the appointment! In addition, they are rude on the phone and VERY UNORGANIZED! Every 6 months theyll tell you the case will be complete in 4-6 months, this has been going on for over 7 years!! Unacceptable!

john james took our money, 1 1/2 years later nothing, then we get a letter saying we need all new medical exams for 600.00, now wont talk to us on the phone about case unless we come in and pay a 25.00 fee! very rude staff as well, stay away from here!!!!!!

Anthony Busby Ernie did a great job working with me on some tickets I never got in the mail for toll violations I did not even make. He got the 12 points removed from my license that Orange County placed on my CDL even thought I did nothing wrong. Ernie also got 2 of the three citations dismissed. Orange county still made me pay some court costs and a small fine on one of the three tickets because apparently you only have 14 days to contest tolls even if you never receive notice, you were not the one driving or the vehicle that ran the tolls you have never owned. So, what could have cost me 3 to 4k only cost me a total of around 1200. The system is definitely flawed but Ernie did a great job getting me the best possible outcome in a no-win situation.
