Dustin Arnold I hired Mr. Kevin Monahan to do a probate for a property that I purchased. He was happy to take my money. He has not completed the job every time I try to contact him. I get no answer and no call back. I was referred to him by a title company in Palatka. That is now out of business do not hire this guy unless you want to throw your money in the toilet

Falon * My fiancé paid Mr. Monohan to take care of the paperwork for his property. Has been nothing but headaches dealing with Mr. Monohan, as he never completed what we paid him to do. He has been completely rude on the phone and told us he doesn’t want to talk right now and to call the next day. Mr. Monohan hasn’t answered the phone or emails or called us back. Completely unprofessional and dishonest.

Kim Greenwood I was involved in a hit-and-run accident that was not my fault and sustained neck and back injuries as a result. Initially, I hired a different attorney, but I was persuaded to switch to Harrell & Harrell because of their reputation and resources. Over the course of my case, I was passed between three different attorneys. While I can’t recall the name of the first, I eventually ended up working with Charlie Douglas. I felt confident with Charlie—he seemed to genuinely care and was handling my case well. Unfortunately, toward the end of the process, Charlie left the firm to start his own practice, and my case was transferred to David Black. My experience with David was disappointing. It felt like he had no interest in my case and was simply looking to move it off his desk. During mediation, he seemed disengaged and even joked around with the mediator, who also behaved unprofessionally by encouraging me to accept the settlement. The two of them seemed more focused on their weekend plans than advocating for me. As someone unfamiliar with the legal process, I felt pressured into settling for an amount that was far too low—one that didn’t even come close to covering potential future surgeries or my out-of-pocket medical costs. David assured me that any ongoing issues would be covered by my health insurance. While some were, I still paid thousands in co-pays and deductibles. To this day, I deal with constant pain and physical limitations caused by the accident. Not long after, I was also dropped by my insurance company. If youre looking for a firm that truly lives up to the promise of “not settling for less than you deserve,” I would recommend looking elsewhere. My experience with Harrell & Harrell was deeply disappointing and left me feeling unheard and undervalued.

Never returns calls, takes months to get ahold of him if you ever do! He is very unprofessional! I would not use him unless you are wanting to be screwed over big time!

Janez Wade Terrill Hill is a complete scam artist. He reels people in seeming to be concerned and diligent, only to treat you like an inconvenience. He is never available, and when you do finally do get ahold of him months later he acts like it’s issue for you to have called. Completely unorganized and egotistical about skills he DOES NOT have. I am 100 percent confident I would have gotten better results from a public defender.

floyd everett Back in April, I was involved in a very bad car accident. The state trooper didnt charge the person like he shouldve. It was a complete disaster. But thanks to Ron and Kelli(the owner and my attorney) I ended up being able to get another vehicle and some compensation. Kelli Prunner is an absolutely amazing attorney and person. Every time I had a question or concern she would immediately get back in touch with me, she treated me like I was family.
