Lena Brown Rue and Ziffra took care of me after my car accident. They made sure I had the right Dr.s to help me with therapy for my injuries. I felt confident that I could trust them in looking out for me and they did. Anytime I had a question, my paralegal Kaylie was always willing to talk to me and she always kept in touch with me. With all the stress and pain I was going through from the accident they made me feel at ease and didnt cause me any further stress. Brian Flaherty Was lured into changing my original att. By att. Coleman. He advised me that he could make me 30 thousand dollars if I changed lawyer. Of course I made the move. After over 6 months with attorney Coleman I only spoke to him 1 other time. He scheduled several calls but would cancel. I called back and found I was not even on his schedule. I inquired about a different way to approach my case. The last time I had spoken to him. I finally had to speak to a very angry and social unskilled female. She kept raising her voice to me and speaking down to me. She said she had spoken to Mr Coleman and that I had no basis in law to file the was I was suggesting. I let her know that 44.11 of workers comp law covered what I stated. She denied same and became irate than hung up on me. She called me the following day with my att. Coleman and paralegal in office. Still insisting I was wrong. I advised her that att. Coleman said he had defended a client under same law but lost case when the female client said she was aware of the danger of supervisors orders. Being wrong she started yelling and hung up. The next day I text to see if one of my injuries was going to be referred to doctor. I also said office manager was either lying of did not know law. I also reminded of rule 14-13 in my text which is a statute saying your complaint is being neglected. I was called by Mr Coleman and advised that they were dropping me as client I attempted to ask questions but was hung up on again. I already have another attorney who was very surprised of the actions of Rue and Ziffra. He cited several circumstances which violated bar association. Although my calls were not recorded the were transcribed by hearing assist on phone. This is not the 1st time the company owners had to appear for judicial violations. I would check how many cases are settled out of court before signing. I actually believed tv commercial but soon found out they dont fight for you. They take case and pocket settlement %. Beware of this company as the case is only addressed as low hanging fruit and no real fight for your best results is done.

Alex Knowing that his office was most likely closed on a Sunday, I left a voicemail regarding a tax/Credit situation I had a question about and wanted to see if Barry could help me This week.
