Not expecting a call back for a day or two to my surprise and a potential heartatact Mr Humphreys, himself, called me an hour later. Mr Humphreys made me feel good and important being acknowledged a feeling I didnt get from the lawyer I had. Although we didnt get what wanted we did get paid. However, every time I called I was spoken to, brought up to date and assured I was in good hands. His people who answered my calls are guniune nice every day Floridians. When the paralegal wasnt in and had to leave a message it said will be in touch with in 24 hours and every time they did. I spoke to Mr Humphreys personally many times and his paralegals all the time about the case (I was a pain). To both Mr Humphreys and Roseanne thank you for never treating me less than or getting angry at me when I ranted and shown frustration and anger about my situation. Roseanne was able to reduce my bills which I thought a miracle, and Mr Humphreys assured me that he would never take more $$$ that I would receive despite our contract promises made promises kept. Dont think my case was profitable for them as it was for me. I have been compensated for my injuries thanks to this law firm fighting against a ruthless insurance company. Honey Honey We hired this lawyer in 2024 to represent my husband after he was charged for an incident that occurred in November 2022. Despite already receiving disciplinary action within the prison system for the same incident, charges were not officially filed until 2024. When we consulted this lawyer, we made it very clear that we were not looking to take the case to trial but wanted to negotiate a fair plea deal. Our main concern was ensuring that any sentence ran concurrent with my husband’s existing time, given that the incident had taken place years prior. The lawyer assured us that this would be no problem and that he could help. We paid him $7,500 in full within 90 days, expecting that he would work in my husband’s best interest. However, every time my husband went to court, the lawyer failed to advocate for what we discussed. Instead of negotiating with the state, he repeatedly told us, “They’re not going to do that,” without even making the effort to push for a better deal. Instead of working toward a fair resolution, he consistently came back with the worst possible outcome—even suggesting my husband sign for five additional years, all to run consecutively. He made it seem as though the state was unwilling to negotiate at all. Frustrated with his lack of effort and unwillingness to fight for my husband’s best interests, we ultimately decided to fire him and seek a second opinion. Before even hiring a new attorney, a public defender stepped in and, on the very first court date, secured a significantly better deal one that ensured my husband’s time ran concurrent from when the incident actually happened in 2022. This experience left us feeling like this lawyer makes false promises to secure clients, only to later push them toward accepting unreasonable sentences. His approach felt more like he was working for the state’s benefit rather than his client’s defense. It’s extremely disappointing to have invested so much money in someone who ultimately did not fight for us. I do not recommend hiring this attorney if you’re looking for someone who will genuinely advocate for you. In our case, a public defender did more in one day than this paid attorney did in months.

Billy White I will start off by saying I had to put a star but if it were up to me he would have none. I paid this man $5000 to take my case, and in turn instead of working for me the (respondent) and try to agree to terms of the best instest of the children, he just agreed with the petitioner (other side) lawyer claims. Thus, leading to the petitioner having custody and me only getting my kids two days a week, supervised visitation. There is no evidence or claims that, I, hurt my children or was an alcoholic or a bad father in any way, yet this was the outcome because this lawyer would not fight for anything for me. I have all evidence proving I’m a good father and I spent all my money on this lawyer who did nothing and I mean nothing for me.

Amanda Renner He needs to retire. He withdrew from my case a month before trial. He had staff issues and said he wouldnt be able to prepare for my case that he had for over a year. He went through many paralegals during my time with him. He is not organized and when I met with him one and a half months prior he acted like it was the first time we met. When he handed my papers back they were incomplete and I had papers from another case. He told me in our last meeting that he hadnt done much on my case because he didnt want to spend my retainer but then when I requested a refund after withdrawal he refused. He claimed he earned his money. I ended up with no attorney in court. In addition he wants to make a false accusation that he had no contact with me. Yes look up my Court Record S under Amanda Mercer. He dropped me before my case. He never even provided a temporary relief order. I paid retainer and no results. He then threatened me if I opposed the judge to drop me. That he would only charge me an astronomical amount of money. Not friends with a disgruntled client. I am the client that was unsatisfied.

D Reev Mr Craig handled a eviction for us and did a amazing job. The ladies in his office were always very polite and also very helpful also. The tenant actually lived in the garage but had access to the house. He told us exactly what we needed to do with changing locks on the house and putting up security cameras.
