Ann Johnson Exceptional service and exceptional team! We contacted Merideth Nagel, PA to update our wills, and knew we needed to create an estate. Ms Nagel and her entire team (Heather, Brittney, Chris and more) walked us through the process, gave options that we didnt know about, and helped us to understand all of our choices. When we were done we had a number of protective documents like DNRs, POAs and of course the Estate! They reviewed everything multiple times to make sure no stone was unturned. Our stuff isnt simple, and yet they made it simple! Estate Planning was something we feared, but now have a ton of confidence that our lifes work will stay out of probate, and save our daughter hundreds of hours of hassles in the future!

Dr. Kim Byrd-Rider Jaimie is the best! My brother in San Francisco is a lawyer and when I experienced jail for the first time, he immediately researched the best lawyer in my area for me. He insisted I hire her immediately. Having never been in jail or in the court system I did not understand the urgency or even the need to pay an attorney. while I was in jail, one of the inmate said you have to hire an attorney you do not want a public defender. I asked why and she said because I paid attorney will process everything for you very quickly. They can push things through and make sure all the teas are crossed and the eyes are dotted so thatnot only do you get dismissed, but its quick. She said public defenders have huge caseloads and cannot give your case the time it needs. She said you end up waiting for months instead of weeks to process. im so glad my brother referred me to Jamie. She was immediately in contact with me, always responded to every text, was understanding, and she knew the system inside and out. She was able to get things done super fast, which was important because I could not go back to work until the case had been dismissed. My work only gave me four weeks to get the case dismissed. My court date was set for two months later. Jamie was able to get the entire case dismissed in under four weeks! She did little extra tricks to speed it up, like getting me to sign things in advance on Docusign and not wait for appointments to sign which would have extended the process out for more weeks. Thank God for Jamie Waho Spivey! I have my job back and she is getting the case expunged from my record so it will never show up again. She made the process easy and explained everything. Jessi Mitchell I cannot speak on the attorneys directly as I never got that far. I made an appointment at day/time they chose. I showed up on time and was told my attorney would be right me. 25 mins later no one came or said anything. I asked the receptionist if there was a better time and I used my lunch to come. I provided alternates for when I would be able to come either after work at 430 or any other day. 2 days later still have not heard from anyone. Obviously they do not have any concern on their clients and do not need new ones. If they were unable to make our appointment a phone call would have been courteous so I did not waste my time. Beware

They are knowledgeable and explained things in terms I could understand which made it easier for me to make sound decisions for my situation.

Christa Richardson I was given the name of the Rohe Law Firm from many local friends. I had the need to call them on a rather urgent timeline. I was welcomed the next day. I had retained the services of Mr. Rohe himself but was kindly directed to Ed Emrick. I could not have been in better hands! AJ heard me and knew Ed would be perfect! The entire staff was amazing and kind. Ed was always available for me by phone, email, or text and anytime. He really listened and took the initiative to always be one step ahead of the opposing attorney. I am more than pleased with his representation and would hands down suggest the firm and Ed Emrick to anyone needing counsel!

Alex Ottewell Shockingly incompetent team of lawyers. Kept finding reasons to delay the closing process over and over. I advise anyone if you need to close a real estate deal, you use a real title company every time. Did I mention they also failed to inform their client they were out of contract. Much better attorneys out there, keep searching Google folks

abdool richardson Attorney McGeehan is just great i couldnt have had a better Attorney in my time of need than her, and also David. They both were very compassionate and understanding towards me in my time of need. Knowing that I wanted to move as quickly with my case as possible they tried their best to process the paperwork with the clerk as soon as it was ready, keeping me up to date every step of the way and there were many steps. As soon as the next step was ready they were ready, right on queue. Attorney McGeehan is always ready even for the unexpected. She really did a great job on my case and got the best outcome I could have ever hoped for. David is always friendly with a smile on his face that makes you feel that everything will be ok. Again thank you Attorney McGeehan and David for all you did for me and I will recommend you to anyone who needs a great law firm.
