Eimear Christian lighthouse has been an absolute god sent for me, especially as a mother trying to reenter the work force. To have the option to pay as you go having Irish twins was everything to me. No other daycare I found in KW had this option for such a great price & great hours so you can work. They really do care about your kids and family as a whole & also offer a parenting course Im currently learning so much. The staff are amazing thanks Christian Lighthouse we love you.

Aileen Quinn LCA has cared for my grandson since 2022. He loves going there. He cannot wait to see his friends and his teachers every day. The staff is fabulous. We love LCA!

Lidiane Hereijgers My children’s had been attending Grace Lutheran School for about three years and sadly, things started to going bad. Ever since the new principal took over. The new principal, Amy Donaldson, is a cruel person. She told me that my kids were to allow to Re-enroll because I didnt agree with her professional judgment, my children were no longer permitted to attend the school. She pushed me hard to screen my child for social and behavioral problems. I think I have a right to decline that. Additionally, she never informed me that Laura Thompson was enjoying us on a meeting I had with her. Both of them laughed in my face and argue with me. I feel that they were Discriminating against my both kids, and they stop and quit being so foolish. For families that want to enrolled they kids to Grace Do Not put your kids that, you will regret. Like I said I never had problems until this year. It’s said that parents cannot speak up for their kids. Grace Lutheran is a religion a School and how they treat others with no dignity in and disrespectful. I believe the only good thing about that school is some of the teachers that cares. The new principal try so hard to diagnose my kid there. Ever since I said no to her she took to personal and got mad at me, because I said no.

Reverend Gweko Dr. Mark Woods is probably the most professional educator of his kind in the Key West Region not only has he helped hundreds of people understand the mechanics of marine propulsion and being a captain the captain school has produced many many fine Captains here in Key West and I highly recommend it for anyone that has any business on the water.

Ive personally had the most amazing experience with this school and even received job opportunities from other captains just because my schooling was done with them. Ive gone to the larger schools in South Florida and ive gone to the "best" classes in Newport but nothing has been able to compare to Key West Captains School. Mark has an insane amount of maritime teaching experience and has a real encounter with each and every rule. Mark makes sure he doesnt just teach you to "pass the test" but he teaches you to really learn the material- which of course makes passing the test the easy part. Kim is a paperwork guru, if you follow her instructions well, the same day you get your certificate she can make sure youre mailing into the REC the same day. All the Key West Captains School classes are flexible to your schedule and all of them have many different opportunities throughout the busy year. I have traveled thousands of miles to go to Key West Captains School and will do it again and again.

Brett Irvin Had a fabulous experience with the Captains School of Key West. The classes were set up in an exceptional learning atmosphere with hands on demonstration and knowledgeable explanations of all maritime scenarios, situations, and practical applications of all equipment. Dr. Woods and his wife make a great team. Mark is a wealth of wisdom and experience, as well as, an extraordinary teacher with the ability to instruct and clarify rules of the road to even the greenest of captains to be. Kim is a pleasure as well, she helps to clarify all documentation and certifications through out the process of applying and obtaining your license. The Captains School of Key West is definitely the most convenient and friendly Captains School around. Thank you for all of your help and support.

Emily Bender My husband and I have always felt our daughter is in safe, caring hands at the co-op (she has been in the nursery class since she was about 5 months old). The staff is helpful and friendly, and for the nursery class Ms. Sandra is very loving and attentive. Its a relief having reliable, good care for our child in this special small town.
