Rachel Sutton This was our second summer with Coach Amy! She is so knowledgeable about swim and has safely taught our daughter the confidence to be successful in the pool. We are forever grateful for Coach Amy and all she has done. Would recommend her and her services to anyone!

Paul Dorasil The price was $600 for 8 classes. Each class is 25 minutes. The classes are taught at a residence. When we arrived, nobody was there. When we called, we were told to go to the backyard. In the backyard, there were two unsecured dogs. The instructor arrived 5 minutes late. The class itself contained no meaningful instruction. Amy discourages parental presence. She was disrespectful to me when I stayed for the class. A group arrived and entered the pool 10 minutes before our "private lesson" was over. Amy had scheduled another group during the time we had paid for. This violates her own code of conduct. So, that means there was only 10-15 minutes of time in the pool. We were refused a refund, which tells me that this is a normal experience. We are in the process of disputing the charge as services were not rendered as described. I can only speak for my experience. I see a lot of 5 star reviews here, which is very curious. Update: She updated the code of conduct. Screenshots attached.

Hannah Hays We absolutely adore Mrs Amy & Ms Mary! Amy came highly recommended to us from a friend of mine who have been coming to Amy for years for swim lessons. I wanted something that was more attentive then the corporate swim classes. I am so happy and proud to have enrolled my little in her classes. She is so attentive, answers all the random questions I have and is just so patient with the kiddos. Ms Mary is the same way! You will not go wrong with Amy’s Aquatics!

natasha bennett Before I rant let me point out that every PARENT has LOVED this school. My issue was the front desk staff. Ms. Susan. I asked for information on the classroom and they had ZERO information. There were no teachers available to speak with (due to it being summer). They didnt allow classroom walk through either. All Ms. Susan did was tell me how to enroll my daughter. Idk what parent is comfortable shoving their kid into a school with no information but it aint me.

Kimi Wickham T R Jackson pre k is a great place. My child loves it here. Dont listen to the reviews from years ago. Its a very safe and has caring teachers and staff that do care about the kids and what goes on at the school.

Sparr Vanessa TR Jackson is the WORST pre-k/school experience of my life. Susan Land at the front desk is incredibly rude and unprofessional and Dawn the “Director” and Kimberly Patrick are completely delusional. I’ve spent the last month trying to get my son enrolled in Pre-K and it took me calling every other day, sometimes twice a day, leaving multiple messages and then FINALLY having to show up at TR Jackson just for someone to even speak to me. I was told there was a spot for my son (he’s a transfer) but when I showed up to the school and made someone acknowledge me I was informed the spot was no longer available (how convenient). First of all, Susan should not be working the front desk of any school and whatever she said to Dawn(behind closed doors) to make her come out and tell me I was being defensive before I even had a chance to speak made me feel completely uncomfortable. I felt attacked by both Dawn and Kimberly and I was so shocked at Kimberly’s recollection of the events that have occurred over the past month that I was literally speechless. I would NEVER recommend TR Jackson to anyone and honestly it was not my first or second or even third choice of schools and after my encounter with Susan, Dawn and Kimberly I would never feel comfortable leaving my child in their care. If they can misconstrue a situation so much to where I am in awe how can I trust anything they would conjure up about my son? No thank you. The BOE will be hearing about the unprofessionalism and rudeness of all three of these staff members.
