Tonya Cadle I was looking for a new nail tech when I found Sheri and Im so glad I did! She is wonderful & has turned out to be the perfect nail tech for me and she does it all from simple polish to fabulous designs. In the pic I posted is my nails after she did an Ombre for me. Would also like to add that she keeps your nails looking more natural instead of the "too thick with acrylic look" which is what I use to have so I highly recommend her!

David Andrews E is amazing. She is talented and provides exceptional service. I went to her with a separated toe nail. My podiatrist wanted to remove the nail so it could regrow attached. E said she could fix it with a specialty product that is formulated to bond the nail to the nail bed and provide enough support to the nail as it grows for it to stay attached. She was not wrong! After one session my toe nail remained attached! She had to remove the separated section and apply the product. It was that simple. It was also painless! If you have a separated nail or just want a specialty pedicure I recommend this place to everyone! E also did a manicure for me. As you can see from the pictures, she took my fingernails from drab to fab! I was recovering from wrist surgery for this manicure. She was gentle and efficient. I felt no pain and walked away with the cleanest nails I have ever had in my life! Well done!

Ciera Detko We went here to start of a bachelorette trip. The owner was extremely accommodating and even arranged for us to have a light lunch in between services. My massage therapist Heather was the BEST. She was so very knowledgeable and kind. She made sure that my experience was exactly what I wanted and checked on me throughout the massage. I couldn’t have asked for a more therapeutic massage.

Jasmine Constant I dont normally leave reviews but this place deserves one! This was my first time going and I was really impressed. The staff was very friendly and the environment was clean and calming. I had a facial and some other services with Daniella. She was very knowledgeable not only of skin care but health and wellness in general. She took her time getting to know me and did a wonderful job! The prices of their services and their products are very reasonable. They also use natural products which I really appreciate. Highly recommend!

Pamela Sibley To say that I and my family had a relaxing day would be an understatement! Ultimo Spa could not have offered a more perfect experience. Daniela took care of our manicures, pedicures and facials, leaving our skin feeling amazing! Jeanette helped me with my arm that has been hurting me since I found that I can’t seem to stay on my feet this year and have fallen twice, after her massage I felt like a limp noodle and my arm can now extend above my head. I would say do not hesitate to book this spa for a spa day or an individual service, you will not be disappointed.

Brit Brit “Gel” polish that chipped in two days! Uneducated on how to do a fill properly! Had to ask him to fix certain spots a few times and still not impressed. The pedicure was NOT relaxing at all, a waste of time and the guy cut my feet twice. Very disappointing. Also they do not use new tools/products for pedicures.

Trinity Pelaez Just got a full set of acrylics done with a purple chrome and I love them! They did upcharge me by like $20 but said they would take off $10 if I left a review, which I guess is nice. Total came out to $55 though since they charged me $5 extra for length and then another $5 for shape. I don’t feel that my experience there was above and beyond but quality-wise, I’m happy.

Angie L This is a new Nail Spa near my home. The shop is very clean and inviting! They have massage chairs to sit in during your pedicure. They offer waxing, facials and micro needling in addition to nail services. Lisa gave me my pedicure. She was very sweet and did a great job! This will be my new nail place!!

Kellie Eppa Four stars for cleanliness and being nice. They did a good job but their prices aren’t as clear as they should be. My sister and I bought a gift certificate for my mom for Christmas $55 for mani/pedi. In the end it was $81, I’m just glad I was with her otherwise she wouldn’t have had the rest.

Everytime Ive tried to go to another nail salon Ive regretted it. Speaking from experience if you walk in and they are busy, make an appointment to come back.

Justine Faillace Been here a handful of times and always have had a stellar experience except for this visit. I paid $55 for the deluxe pedicure and it was an extremely poor effort. A rough attempt at best on the massage he literally had to wipe the excess lotion off because he barley rub it on/in. The lady next to me had way more attention and quality looking nails and only paid for a standard pedi.I was told I paid more for the "hot" stones that like the towels, were barley lukewarm because they sat out for minutes. Nails are mis-cut and badly shaped and look sloppy, I actually had to ask for a cotton ball and acetone to clean the polish off the top of my foot. I could have done this for free by myself at home but was charged $70.00 because gel cost an additional $15. Im absolutely stunned I just paid that much for such an irritating experience. I will say the Technician offered to attempt to fix my nails, but I couldnt see how without cutting way too short and I already was over the experience. I will not be back and I would suggest more fluent and consistent training, or charge less for unexceptional services. I would have been happier paying for a basic pedicure, then to pay for all the extras that I did not receive.

Marianne Szabelski Love this salon! This is my recent visit results. I do acrylic nails because they work best on my hands. I went from having a square nail to this lovely almond shape and Im very pleased! Every service I have had I have been extremely happy with. And the pedicures are amazing! Prices are very reasonable and the customer service is great. Let me suggest making an appointment as they do get extremely busy.

Hayleah Weyrauch 0/10 if i could give less than 1 stars i would! Ive been going to this nail salon for 2 years now and never have any problems until today. I got Halloween acrylic nails done on December 30th….today is November 5th and all but my thumbs had broken off. I have never had this happen before and I even showed the lady with my remaining nails that I could snap the thumb nail off with no effort! Chen is the girl that handled my nails today. Every time Chen does my nails she cuts my cuticles and she’s the one that put my current set on…that broke! She takes the remaining fragments of my nails off and then has the nerve to try to charge me $15 to remove the nails THAT SHE SCREWED UP! Because I said something she lowered the price to $10 out of the kindness of her cold ugly heart. I loved going here but i will never be back. Pics attached of the tips that snapped off all in one day!

Chrystal Mayo Stopped in on a whim before grocery shopping and Britanie did an amazing job. I had my nails done a few weeks ago at another nail salon closer to my home and when I asked for Almond shape, I was told no that pointy wouldn’t look good and oval would look better. I went in to Regal today showed Britanie a picture of the shape and length I wanted and another picture of a designed I like and I got exactly what I wanted! The atmosphere was a little loud but she was soft spoken and kind and made me feel very comfortable having my nails done! So much so that I returned about an hour later with my daughter and requested Britanie to do her nails too! We will be back!

They took their time and did an amazing job. I cant remember everyones names but Tina and and Tiffany were wonderful! JC is always friendly and very welcoming. Highly recommend this place!

Marta Wojo Called to see if they were busy and to see how much a standard pedicure was. Person said come in $30. I said see you in 25 minutes. Walked in gave my name told me to sit. I told the technician standard pedicure for $30. She hands me a full menu of pedicures. I kindly glance over it and hand it back with a thanks and say just the standard. She looks at me and says the cheapest one you want only. Yes I exclaimed that is in my budget today. Well the look of disgust completely illuminated her face. I at that point told the technician no color either. I just wanted to get out of there. I felt completely out of place. She rushed through it. I paid and gave her an appropriate $10 tip. I will never ever recommend them to anyone I know for poor customer service. They do good pedicures, but no one deserves to be filled with shame . This was my fourth time here. I have brought guests with me as well. This was the first time I didnt spend over $30. I wont be spending another penny though. I will drive an hour away before I deal with this nonsense. What a shame nice place too. The upsell doesnt always make for the best outcome, especially when one knows what they want. Marta WooWoo

I enjoy my visit each time I go. I love to listen to Tina joke with the customers and keep us all laughing and that adorable baby Anthony always smiling just melts my ❤ I highly recommend Ivy nail and look forward to my next visit.

Neenah Ayllon Overall experience was very bad. the lady who did my nails was nice but unfortunately the whole vibe wasn’t the best. After they told me a price after I asked 2 times they changed the price at the end when I was about to pay, one short lady from the back approached me and started yelling at me which I responded to “ please, do not yell at me, I’m not talking to you like that, lower your voice”. She didn’t listen and continue yelling and saying that I was paying extra for getting a French tip which she did not say that at the beginning. And even the lady who did my nails told them “ we already told her a price at the beginning, can we still charge her the same” and another lady a taller one looked at her very angry and said immediately NO and walked away. The lady who did my nails continue to apologized to me for the maltreatment I was getting by these 2 people and I said I’m sorry you have to work with them because at the beginning when the lady who did my nails show the taller lady about her prior work on a different client and she was so excited about it and smiling telling and showing a pic of the design she did, the taller lady didn’t respond or said anything nice to her but “ ummmm” and walked away, I could see they’re only nice with each other and not to the rest. I understand they feel more comfortable with their own people but it is not the way you treat costumers even if it’s for $5, people work hard as you guys do and everybody should be respected. I kept calm the whole time, paid my bill which it wasn’t what we agreed and walked away because the environment was just not safe for me I didn’t feel safe there and was a horrible experience. Mind you, I only got gel polish on my own nails. My nails are very short and the results weren’t the best but I still didn’t complain or said anything because the lady who did It was nice with me the whole time but I ended up leaving so disappointed and dissatisfied that I even forgot my drink there and I walked out of that door I was so frustrated and anxious because having people yelling at you and giving you weird looks and not talking to you in a proper manner it something you shouldn’t experience at a nail salon or anywhere. Also, the place did not look clean at all, they had a weird smell and everything just looked very disorganized and like I said not a good experience. The only people that were nice was the guy who approached at the end to try to make up for the 2 other ladies behavior which I appreciate and the lady who did my nails. I’m never going back there and I’ll make sure people know about my experience here and outside so they never have to experience this when they’re trying to get their nails done and feel better and go there to relax not to get anxious and not feel safe.

Melodie Schumacher My experience at ivy nails over 3 years has been nothing but, excellent! The staff are very friendly and do a great job. I get very frustrated by people that come to get their nails done and add several things to what they are having done and except the same cost!?? You cant go to Publix and put groceries in your cart without paying for everything. Some people are amazing and should not judge.

Everyone in the salon has always been kind and welcoming and I’ve never left the store with nails I wasn’t satisfied with. I post a lot of photos of my hands to my social media platforms so it’s always important to me that my nails look good- that’s why I come here. They’ve always done quality work and I plan to keep coming back here for many nails to come.

Burdiles Alejandra “Gaviota 51” Terrible job terrible service they did awful dip nails and when I complained they did not want to fix it. NO BODY SHOULD USE THEIR SERVICES all my nails broke. They started to speak in their language and blame me that I broke my nails!!! The dip is falling off as I write this review!!!! $50 to the trash. I went to the bank and the teller said she had a terrible experience there too. If anyone want more proof answer here I will gladly send you a video of my nails falling

Melanie The technicians were nice but the place is very dirty. Even the techs all had filthy smocks. Makes you wonder if the equipment is clean. Wouldn’t go back because it was just too nasty.

I went here to treat myself to a pedicure for my sixtieth birthday… I didn’t mind waiting 20 minutes since I was a walk-in… The lady doing my nails wasn’t friendly to begin with..then she asked if I wanted GEL ..& being new to getting my nails done..I said no.. She seemed mad after that and purposely ignored me to the point where her co-workers kept looking nervously at me…took over 2 hours to get my pedicure done..ppl that came in over an hour after me were long gone..shame on them!!..I do NOT RECOMMEND!!

Kristine Coiro Terrible pedicure! Did not clean the side walls of my nails. Literally massaged my legs for a combined 43 seconds. I timed it. AND my cat could have massaged harder. Paid extra for hot stones, massaged for a little over a minute each leg. My whole visit was 26 minutes....will not return!

Annabella Vallone $43 dollars for this sloppy work. this was taken at 7:08pm just a few minutes after leaving. tech didn’t know how to do a basic french. work is sloppy around cuticles and i was cut. when i asked for a refund they refused and told me that they didn’t cut me meanwhile i have the pictures timestamped. i explained i do not want a redo because this is the 3rd time ive been cut and last time i got an infection on my foot. staff always acts as though you are an inconvenience and is rude.

Maria Elena Jorge I got my nails done and everytime I go they give me the new man they have working there. I asked him to match a color for gets milky white and he did and he did acrilics because my nails are short. He did not clean my nails, cuticles or nothing. I know my nails are wide because I have chunky hands but my nails look so thik and so fake. I told him I want very natural. Very dissapointed. Wont go back there again. Also my pedicure was not done right! This guy did not even clean my nails. This place is going down.
