Regal Nails - Inverness (FL)

1 /5 Hayleah Weyrauch: 0/10 if i could give less than 1 stars i would! Ive been going to this nail salon for 2 years now and never have any problems until today. I got Halloween acrylic nails done on December 30th….today is November 5th and all but my thumbs had broken off. I have never had this happen before and I even showed the lady with my remaining nails that I could snap the thumb nail off with no effort! Chen is the girl that handled my nails today. Every time Chen does my nails she cuts my cuticles and she’s the one that put my current set on…that broke! She takes the remaining fragments of my nails off and then has the nerve to try to charge me $15 to remove the nails THAT SHE SCREWED UP! Because I said something she lowered the price to $10 out of the kindness of her cold ugly heart. I loved going here but i will never be back. 5 /5 Chrystal Mayo: Stopped in on a whim before grocery shopping and Britanie did an amazing job. I had my nails done a few weeks ago at another nail salon closer to my home and when I asked for Almond shape, I was told no that pointy wouldn’t look good and oval would look better. I went in to Regal today showed Britanie a picture of the shape and length I wanted and another picture of a designed I like and I got exactly what I wanted! The atmosphere was a little loud but she was soft spoken and kind and made me feel very comfortable having my nails done! So much so that I returned about an hour later with my daughter and requested Britanie to do her nails too! We will be back!

5 /5 Jasmine Constant: My sister and I absolutely love this place! The prices are reasonable and everyone is so kind. We got two full set gel acrylics and basic pedicures. They took their time and did an amazing job. I cant remember everyones names but Tina and and Tiffany were wonderful! JC is always friendly and very welcoming. Highly recommend this place!

5 /5 Tiffany Starr: I walked in on a whim. I got so tired of nail salons I just taught myself. For four years I have not stepped into a nail salon. And I’m glad I did today. Thank you to Brittanie who was absolutely amazing. Did my shape perfect! It is very much appreciated

1 /5 Marta Wojo: Called to see if they were busy and to see how much a standard pedicure was. Person said come in $30. I said see you in 25 minutes. Walked in gave my name told me to sit. I told the technician standard pedicure for $30. She hands me a full menu of pedicures. I kindly glance over it and hand it back with a thanks and say just the standard. She looks at me and says the cheapest one you want only. Yes I exclaimed that is in my budget today. Well the look of disgust completely illuminated her face. I at that point told the technician no color either. I just wanted to get out of there. I felt completely out of place. She rushed through it. I paid and gave her an appropriate $10 tip. I will never ever recommend them to anyone I know for poor customer service. They do good pedicures, but no one deserves to be filled with shame . This was my fourth time here. I have brought guests with me as well. This was the first time I didnt spend over $30. I wont be spending another penny though. I will drive an hour away before I deal with this nonsense. What a shame nice place too. The upsell doesnt always make for the best outcome, especially when one knows what they want. Marta WooWoo
