From the moment I walked in, Alexa made me feel welcomed and comfortable and really took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. I was looking for a warm balayage and a stylish cut, and her expertise truly shone through. My hair was damaged and dry and she suggested a hair botox treatment, it transformed my dry hair into soft and very healthy looking. She provided great suggestions on hair products, and is very knowledgeable about ingredients, I feel like I left with all the products and instructions to keep my hair looking good. ILNISE Mathieu I usually don’t leave reviews but I really had to share my experience! I wish I can give me Debbie and her staff more than 5 stars because they more than deserve it! I’m a mom of 4 and 2 out of 4 are autistic and non verbal Ms Debbie is the most patient and kindest soul you would ever meet. She doesn’t care nor discriminate against children with autism! This will be the second time that she has done their hair and both times she has done an outstanding job not only on their hair but just the way she handled my special needs children. She took her time with the girls and went above and beyond to make sure that they were comfortable! If you are a parent and you are looking for some one to help you with your child’s hair that has special needs this is the place to be! Ms Debbie and her staff are all very nurturing and not to mention very attentive and alert! She is very big on safety and makes sure that you are comfortable as a parent while she takes care of your little one. While I got my hair braided they ALL looked out and made sure that my girls got everything they needed while there This establishment is not only a Solon but a village And I’m thankful to have cross paths with Ms Debbie and her staff! I will definitely be going back at the recommended for me and the girls! Thanks again Ms Debbie you are a God send!

I noticed when we were trying to figure out what to do with my dreads regarding color, Everyone helped! Everyone is working hard in this shop and treating the customers well. The hair wash was so relaxing, Keisha and Nicole were great! I have finally found a place that I can get my hair done on a regular basis Cant wait to come back and get some color in my hair!!!! April Clark The worst place I have been to for my natural hair in my 43 years on this earth. So I seen this salon advertised on channel 7 for Black History Month. I decided to give them a chance because I haven’t had anyone touch my natural curly hair in eight years. The first time I went in trying to start a routine for my natural hair, I was told by the stylist Terri to just keep doing what I’m doing, which made no sense to me because I have natural curly hair. I wanted it to be more fuller. I want thicker and healthier hair of which she did not have any idea about that. I decided to give her a chance, she forgot to add a treatment to my hair. I also made an appointment for the following week to get a Bob glued into my hair being that I was going on a romantic getaway. The day of service I went and got my hair done and I kid you not three hours later I looked it like a Chia pet. I don’t know what she did to my natural hair. I had hair tracks falling out the whole time. I had to wear a hat, I stayed at the Ritz Carlton, all the photos I took I had a hat on. When I return back, I reached out to one of the owners. She told me that she could not give me back some of my money and she was going to speak with her partner regarding this situation. It is now November 1 and they have not reached out to me, I was also told that I was going to get a credit towards another service. I don’t know what she put in my hair. My hair has been falling out in clunks. I literally have a small fro. I am doing this review because I know how much, a person care about their natural hair and I cried for a whole month about losing my hair that I’ve been growing for over 15 years. If you, love your hair and you don’t want it to fall out. I advise you to go somewhere else and that’s my personal opinion

Renee Gabriel Went in for a consultation with Trudy on Saturday. The shop was clean and the staff was polite and lively, I was greeted immediately. Came back a few days later and recieved great hair tips on my natural hair coupled with EXCELLENT service! Will DEFINITELY be back!!

Dayana Briceus Booking an appointment was really fast and easy. I went in for starter locs and Olivia was really nice! She did a really great job and was gentle on my hair. The bad reviews had me worried but my experience was great. Definitely will be going back once a month for my retwists.

From the start, he was so attentive, carefully listening to what I wanted for my hair color and offering expert suggestions that made all the difference. His coloring skills are phenomenal, and the cut was also great. Plus, wait until you get the neck massage during the wash! Joey’s talent and attention to detail made this one of the best salon visits I’ve ever had. Highly recommend him—he’s a gem!

Mercedes Martinez I took my daughter here, she has 4c hair. When they were done her hair was straight but when it was time to wash it her hair was extremely damaged. It went from curly to bone straight and it kept breaking everytime I brushed it. I literally had to cut her hair about an inch Long because it was horrible. Ive never in 8 years put any chemicals on my daughters hair. And nownmy daughters hair is taking so long to recover from whatever products were put in it. I went in asking just for a wash and blow dry and left disappointed. Please let your customers know what it is that your putting in their hair before you put ANY PRODUCTS NOT ASKED FOR! They also did not give me the price until we were done. I originally told them what I wanted they gave me a price and after we were done they added on another 50 dollars smh

Stephanie Came to ask about highlights and the workers were very rude and way overcharged. Wanted just a highlight retouch and they wanted 300, when it’s at max only worth 180. Also came here in the past and wasn’t very pleased on the outcome of my highlights, would not recommend.

Michele I paid $1200 for k tip extensions. The extensions did not match or blend with my hair at all. Aside from that, they were applied to tightly I was in a ton of pain for a week after they were applied. The hair was damaged, and a week later, one already fell out. If you are looking to get extensions, I would recommend doing your research, and ask to see several before and after photos. Do not go here. Autumn Markley is a much better salon to go to for extensions.

Kayla Neher I give this place a 2 because I REALLY LIKED my stylist. However, in what world is a SIMPLE blowout $120? I have read the responses from the owner on here so I’ll save you (the owner) from responding to me in a condescending manner. I spoke with the older blonde lady at the front and asked her why my blowout was $120. She responded, “the time it took”… it took 45 minutes. She also stated it was because of my hair type. If you have ethnic hair, stay away from this place because they will charge you more than the other white women. My stylist wrote “custom” on the receipt, why wasn’t it just charged as a blowout? It was a simple wash, blow dry, and flat iron… the receptionist was very rude and told me “I don’t know what to tell you.” I traveled here and only booked because I read good reviews. But, if you are Black, they will discriminate against your hair and charge you MORE for a simple blowout (my hair is heat trained and VERY easy to blowout!). A breakdown of the charges for this service would have been nice. If the owner sees this, I would love to chat with you further as to why you are charging black women more than the blowout price listed on your website!

Abby Robinson Traci was so sweet and professional. She was so knowledgeable about the products she used and was very helpful in answering any questions I had! I highly recommend getting your hair done by her because her service was to die for! Best massage ive ever had! You can tell shes passionate about doing hair just by hands and her sparkling personality! 10/10 Will be back just for her!

Alexandria Chura Went for the service of eyebrow threading and tinting. I have never tried this before and saw incredible review and photos so I decided to give it a try. I am so pleased I did! Maria did a wonderful job on shaping and tinting my eyebrows. They look more full and help to provide some more definition to my face. The process took about 45min. The salon is very elegant, there is a hair salon, nail set up, and area for brows. Everyone working had warm and welcoming energy and I felt like I was with my girlfriends. Will absolutely come back.

Kaia J I called Marusya for a last minute same day appointment for a manicure and pedicure for myself and my daughter while on vacation. They happened to have space and got us right in. I didn’t even realize they do a Russian manicure and dry pedicure, which I had been looking for! The attention to detail was incredible. My hands and feet were flawless. Not to mention the establishment was clean and everything was fresh out of a sterilized package. And the ladies who work there couldn’t have been nicer! I will definitely be back the next time I’m in town!

Christian Barajas This was my first visit to In Sync. First off the staff here is extremely professional. Every stylist greeted me and was friendly. Paige, was the stylist who cut my hair. She was precise and took her time. She listened to exactly what I wanted and gave me the best haircut I have ever recieved. Not to mention she blow dried my hair and I now look and feel like a movie star. All in all the atmosphere and whole vibe of this salon is on point. I will be returning as well as recommending all my friends and family to go there.

She was able to take my thick hair that Had no shape into a style that was both modern with movement that framed my face and made me feel five years younger!!! She is very knowledgeable and has been in the hair industry for a long time. She is sweet on time and super professional. She is a hidden gem.

She just moved to this new salon and I had to follow her, I even drove all the way from Miami to Ft. Lauderdale because she is THAT GOOD!! This new salon is really good and the manager even approached me and asked if everything was ok, she was the nicest! Anyway, here is a picture of what Krystal did on my hair today. She literally saved my hair and does the best work every time! She truly never missed and takes very good care of my hair! :) You should definitely check her out ESPECIALLY if you are blonde or want to go blonde!!

Jojo Tammy at Olivier Salon in Fort Lauderdale is truly the best! She has been my hairstylist for over 22 years, and her expertise in color is unmatched. She mixes Wella products to a science, and I always leave with the perfect color and highlights. Not only is she incredibly skilled, but she is also professional and efficient—when I arrive, she’s ready to go, and I’ve never had to wait. With over 25 years of experience, she works hard to ensure all of her clients are happy. I also have to give a huge compliment to Dan—he is the best at eyebrows! The salon itself is always spotless, and the entire team is so helpful and welcoming. Olivier Salon is always a great experience from start to finish!
