jesus reyna Blue palm dentistry is not the best dentist office I’ve ever been to. It’s the best doctor’s office I’ve ever been to. It is the most wonderful experience I have ever had going to a medical doctor of any kind. It all started with Martha at the front desk, Martha runs the office in a very efficient and effective manner. She is extremely professional, but also very kind. Martha scheduled an appointment for me and as I was waiting to meet with the dentist I had a toothache that was getting worse so I called Martha to inquire if there was anyway I could come in and see the doctor sooner. Martha made it possible for me, she scheduled me for the next day first thing in the morning. I came to the office and got there early and stood outside. Martha saw me from the window and came outside to let me know that I could come in and sit down which I thought was very sweet of her. She had already communicated via text about the paperwork so there was nothing I really needed to fill out when I was there. She took care of everything very quickly and I got to see the doctor almost immediately. Fatima who is the doctor’s assistant was absolutely wonderful. Both she and Martha made me feel so welcomed and helped ease my fears. They asked me about my life and shared tidbits about their own lives. It was one of the few times where I wasn’t treated like a customer or even a patient but more like a human being. Fatima went inside with me and took care of everything before the doctor came in. When the doctor came in he immediately saw that I had an infection and began to explain everything to me in detail, he explained the whole process and how long it would take. He prescribed the medication’s and started the work. When I tell you that he has the hands of a surgeon, it’s no exaggeration. I was so scared to go to the dentist and he completely took away all of my fears. The following week I came in for the first part of my cleaning, and Fatima was the one who took care of that portion of the appointment and when I tell you that Fatima was in there cleaning my teeth, giving me an antibiotic, poking at my teeth and I didn’t feel an ounce of pain, that also is no exaggeration. I could not be happier with Blue Palm Dentistry. If you’re looking for a dentist, please look no further. If you’re looking for the best medical office and staff then run don’t walk to Blue Palm dentistry. They are absolutely amazing A’s across the board. A+. This is the place to go for any doctor or doctor’s office in South Florida.

Mina Sills The dental hygienist although she was thorough, she was yanking face around without communicating to me instructions needed for Me to assist her. I didn’t appreciate her disregard Of being gentle and communicative. She did not have a dental assistant at all during my deep cleaning may that was part of the problem. You can’t snatch people’s face around like that and expect repeat customers. She did ask me a few times if I was alright, my mouth was so numb that I couldn’t say what I really wanted to say. Not that it was a good time being it was just the two of us in that room which felt like forever. Good Customer Service is so important, quality over quantity.

The dentist explained everything and answered all my questions (Dr. G.) and the dental hygenist was great also. Had a back tooth pulled this morning. No pain at all after the novocaine wore off. Db Johnson Dental hygentist who cleaned my teeth insinuated that my teeth were in the conditon they were in because of my poor dental hygeine; that is before she even looked in my mouth! My teeth are cleaned every 6 months and I take pride in the appearane of my teeth. I told her that her statement was offensive to me. My dental hygeine could not have been that poor. I received a deep cleaning on my upper teeth and a regular cleaning on my lower teeth in record breaking time. My teeth did not feel like they were cleaned when she finished and it cost me $205.00 in addition to what my insurance paid. When I mentioned the comments made to the front desk personell,her response I dont think that is what she meant. One less patient!

fabienne marie We initially went to Green Dental Studio for my son last year and then I went to Dr. Guerra for a second opinion because of the amazing care shown to my son. After many years going to one of those big dental chains, I decided to give Dr. Guerra a try and she has made me a convert! It is wonderful and reassuring to see a local small business flourish. Update on 1/3/25: Ive had a lot of work done including a cavity filled, loose fillings replaced, and a root canal. This is the first time I have had a root canal without needing pain medication in the days following. Its been a couple of weeks and I havent had any sensitivity or tooth pain and my teeth look great. Weve only been clients since last year, but I can wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Guerra and Dr. Alfonso.

Grl 79 I have had veneers on my front top teeth for about 20 years. They were originally done in my home city of Cleveland, Ohio, and I have not found a dentist nearly as good as my dentist was in Cleveland since I have moved down to Florida, so I was DREADING THE DAY that one would need to be replaced. Well, that day came. One broke while I was eating and needed to be replaced. I was terrified that I would not find anyone who could replace it and get it to match my others. I searched online and found Tarpon River Dental. I am SO GLAD I did! Dr. Muriel was able to match it to my other veneers PERFECTLY! It looks like I got them all at the same time. The staff is also friendly and very accommodating. She also has office hours on Saturdays, which fits much better into my work schedule. Michael Oluich Very professional and thorough. During my 6 month cleaning and checkup, i was complaining about food trapping in between 2 bottom teeth. It was determined I had a bad decaying situation. The doctor was able to fit me in and started the procedure immediately to clean out the decay and prepped me for a new crown. I appreciated the immediate attention so i did not have to make another appointment. I am very pleased with this doctor and everyone who works there. Tom Heitz I was referred to Dr Cook via my dentist for work on my gums. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted as a valued client even though it was my first time. Excellent! The peri assistant greeted me and prepared me for my appt with enthusiasm and a willingness to be there. That is not always the case in medical / dental practices. Then it was time to meet Dr Cook and it was like meeting an old friend. His demeanor and positivity was off the charts and appreciated. Dr Cook explained the procedure and timeline which was helpful. The actual procedure took about 15 min and the pain was almost non existent. When I got home and shared my experience with my wife, she informed me that Dr Cook worked on her teeth as well. Her experience was similar to mine so there you go. I hope I don’t have to go back too often but not because the experience was bad but because my dental health is on a good track thanks to Dr Cook.
