1 /5 Db Johnson: Dental hygentist who cleaned my teeth insinuated that my teeth were in the conditon they were in because of my poor dental hygeine; that is before she even looked in my mouth! My teeth are cleaned every 6 months and I take pride in the appearane of my teeth. I told her that her statement was offensive to me. My dental hygeine could not have been that poor. I received a deep cleaning on my upper teeth and a regular cleaning on my lower teeth in record breaking time. My teeth did not feel like they were cleaned when she finished and it cost me $205.00 in addition to what my insurance paid. When I mentioned the comments made to the front desk personell,her response I dont think that is what she meant. One less patient!

R.: Between calling me, no lie, six times in a week to confirm my appointment(when it had already been confirmed) or then calling me the day of to let me know that my appointment was going to be rescheduled. This place has got to be the most unprofessional dentist group Ive ever encountered in my 42 years of life on this planet! If you value your time, dont go here. If you value professionalism, dont go here. Very disappointed with this group! I expect to be reached out to, but Im not holding my breath. UPDATE: called back as a courtesy to help improve your business, left on hold for over ten minutes while waiting to speak with a manager. You have it twisted if you think its my job to wait on hold for you folks. If you wanted to leave early for Thanksgiving Weekend, you should have never let me make the appointment in the first place. This happens EVERY TIME I make an appointment at this time... Either honor the appointment time or dont allow people to make appointments for that time. Simple, huh? This is the last time Im calling back. I tried.

5 /5 Ashley Johnson: I had a fantastic experience at Dr. Sigillo’s office! The office was clean, the staff was warm and welcoming, and Dr. Sigillo was incredibly friendly and comforting. Hygienist Rene was efficient and answered all my questions thoroughly. Nikita, the office manager, was a true gem—organized and kind. I’ve been to several offices in Broward, but this visit was by far the smoothest. Highly recommend for a stress-free dental experience!

1 /5 Jacqueline Baker: Charged wayyyy more than my insurance allowed. I owe almost $700 for a regular visit… after insurance. Also I was there for hours when I was on time for my appointment. I’m honestly shocked and disappointed. Should have gone somewhere else.
