I am going to highlight the friendliness of the staff, the skill of the dentists and hygienists. Evaluating the waiting time is excellent, according to the time agreed upon in the appointment. A comfortable environment in the office. They maintain a warm treatment and professional attention. I dont like dentists especially what involves needle procedures (not feeling comfortable makes me afraid) but I can say that they took their time to make me calm and the experience was a very positive one with minimal pain. They have a bilingual (English, Spanish) staff trained to answer all your questions. This clinic is trained to serve a diverse community. I’m giving 5 stars based on my personal and family (Husband and Son! experience and the service I received during my visits. I want to highlight the friendliness of the staff and the skill of the dentists and hygienists. The wait time is excellent, always aligned with the scheduled appointment time.

The front staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, they made me feel truly welcomed and also helped me to understand my insurance, copayments and the financial part of my treatment. Both of the assistants (Valeria and Gloria) are great, they treated me very nicely and professionally, and made me comfortable in a way I wouldn’t get nervous. Lastly, Dr. Saavedra is the best doctor that I’ve ever seen, she explained thoroughly my dental condition in a way that was easy to understand. Showed me my pictures, x-rays and scan, so I was able to understand better my treatment and did an excellent job with my teeth. Overall, I am more than pleased with the services that were offered to me at Ideal Dental St Cloud and I will strongly recommend this place to anyone. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Sheikh Ali This was my first visit to Ideal as a new resident in Kissimmee. It is a fairly new office only having opened less than a year. That said the equipment is all state of the art and the office and reception area are nicely appointed. I was in for a 6 month cleaning and check up. I was very impressed with the thoroughness of the examination and identification of all trouble or potential trouble areas. I ended up having to get a few small cavities filled and this was done very professionally by Dr. Saavedra. The dental assistant Gloria was likewise very professional knew what was doing. I am very impressed by my visit and plan to keep going there for my routine dental work. I would recommend this practice and Dr. Saavedra to anyone looking for competent dental services

Anabella Lavoy Thank Goodness for an office like theirs. (No exaggeration) a random day i was in unbearable pain. Didn’t even know where to go since I was new to the area. I first called a different dentist and they put me on hold for 15 min. I decided to call kind Kissimmee dentist and they answered right away explain what was going on in tears and the front desk ladies just told me to start coming down since I was already 35 min away. They spoke with my husband since I was unable to continue talking due to pain and they got all my insurance info through the phone. Once I got to the office I was seen right away and Yolanda had all my insurance information ready. Everyone in the office are amazing and they sympathize with the patient. Dr. Beg is great, gentle, nice and she explains everything by step. I’m so happy I found this dentist office.

Frances Davila This is by far the best children’s dentist I have ever taken my kids to. My kids have been patients for almost 2 years and have never had a negative experience. Both of my kids look forward to going to the dentist now. Their wait time is very minimal from arrival time to when they see my children it really makes a huge difference as a busy parent knowing they will get us in and out. Not only did they fit us in, but they were also able to complete the necessary procedure that day, which was such a relief. Fiorella at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful, and the dental assistant, Loly, was so sweet and caring. Everything was clearly explained to us, and we truly felt welcomed and supported throughout the entire visit. I’ve decided to switch to this dental office moving forward because I really appreciate their willingness to help and their commitment to resolving issues efficiently.

Ashley De Leon I had an appointment for my daughter today at 5pm and she wasnt seen until 6:15pm! I wrote her name down at the paper in front to check in but the two young people (male and female) at the front desk never checked her in on the computer so we waited forever to get seen and the appointment only 10min!!! I was livid! I didnt cause a scene because it wouldnt change the outcome but this was absolutely unacceptable.

Kayla Rivera Don’t even bother taking your kids here if they have pain because they refer you somewhere else (in my case Orlando) where she won’t be seen until 2 months from the date she was seen originally, so my 5 year old has to deal with this pain for the next 2 months. DONT SAY YOU ACCEPT CHILDREN AND THEN DONT WORK ON THEM IN OFFICE. Their answer “ we can prescribe her antibiotics”. They didn’t work the first time. Then the girl that answered the phone says, “well maybe you can find another place to take them”. Yea that’s awesome service. Will not be taking my daughters back here. Don’t waste your time.

James Barreto I thoroughly enjoyed my visit at Kissimmee Family Dentistry. Dr. Mokris and the staff were personable, explained to me everything that was needed for my treatment and tended to my wife and I with care. Dr. Mokris also advised me about ways to remedy my snoring issues due to my lower molar teeth being too narrow. The 3D Dental X-Ray Technology equipment used to show me all of the teeth in my mouth was a first for us both and very impressive. Theres plenty of parking at the location we went to at 3292 Greenwald Way North Kissimmee, FL 34741 (Across from the Loop). I recommend this Dentistry to anyone needing a good dentist, with a friendly staff and that are very thorough with managing all your dental needs.

There is not pressure to get treatments that you dont really need. May not be the fanciest dentist office ever, but everything is clean, good quality and well maintained. In fact, even though we currently live in Belgium, we wait to go to Family Dentistry when we are home! We highly recommend them.

Chris Cavanaugh The team here is so very nice and pleasant. I have been coming here for many years, and they are always professional and pleasant. Never had a problem scheduling the 6 month appointments in advance or rescheduling when I could not make it. Never had a problem scheduling an appointment for a problem either. I have had major (to me) work done as well as cleanings. I have seen all the dentists over the years and they are all pleasant and professional. I love how the chairs overlook the pond, a natural distraction. Their implementation of technology over the past few years has streamlined the visits. Great place to go.

Patricia Lear I have been going to Family Dentistry for between 10-12 years. I go (4) times a year primarily to have my teeth cleaned. Dr. Batta is my dentist and he is great. He has helped to solve a lot of problems with my teeth and gums for which I will always be grateful. Michele has been my hygienist for the last couple of years and she does a good job. She has given me advice on taking care of my teeth and now I dont have the tartar build up as I did before. This was a problem for me even though I brushed them twice a day. The office staff has always been helpful in getting appointments for my husband and myself in a timely manner. They are also helpful with the insurance process as well. I would have no problem recommending Family Dentistry.

Melanie Morales I made an appointment for my daughter to do an extraction because the tooth was wiggling and it was bothering her. I know that some kids wait for them to fall off on their own, but my daughter is scared and it hurts her. I sent my daughter with her father to the appointment and when she came back, they didn’t removed the teeth. The doctor said that it will fall off on their own, (which I know but that was the reason for the appointment). However they charged the insurance for Xrays and the visit. And my daughter came back with wiggling teeth and nagging. I am very disappointed, these doctors only see money and don’t want to do their job. I will be calling the insurance company and let them know the monopoly these people have in this office.
