5 /5 A3M: From the beginning to the end, my experience has been absolutely great!!!! The front staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, they made me feel truly welcomed and also helped me to understand my insurance, copayments and the financial part of my treatment. Both of the assistants (Valeria and Gloria) are great, they treated me very nicely and professionally, and made me comfortable in a way I wouldn’t get nervous. Lastly, Dr. Saavedra is the best doctor that I’ve ever seen, she explained thoroughly my dental condition in a way that was easy to understand. Showed me my pictures, x-rays and scan, so I was able to understand better my treatment and did an excellent job with my teeth. Overall, I am more than pleased with the services that were offered to me at Ideal Dental St Cloud and I will strongly recommend this place to anyone. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

5 /5 Sheikh Ali: This was my first visit to Ideal as a new resident in Kissimmee. It is a fairly new office only having opened less than a year. That said the equipment is all state of the art and the office and reception area are nicely appointed. I was in for a 6 month cleaning and check up. I was very impressed with the thoroughness of the examination and identification of all trouble or potential trouble areas. I ended up having to get a few small cavities filled and this was done very professionally by Dr. Saavedra. The dental assistant Gloria was likewise very professional knew what was doing. I am very impressed by my visit and plan to keep going there for my routine dental work. I would recommend this practice and Dr. Saavedra to anyone looking for competent dental services

When I say that everyone in this office shows that they care and that they are all invested in caring for you! They ALL are! This team is always so readily available to provide a great experience!
