Tanya Fei Original I like the this office, everyone is polite and easy to get appointments. my old crow felt off, I went there got a new crow Oct last year. I paid my bill and left happy. I also had my cleaning there, it was soso. This March my old filling is falling off, so I made appointment again. They told me I had $289 balance?! I was shocked and ask for detail, because I wasnt notify in anyway until I came again. I told them that I need confirm with my insurance, and they refused to give me treatment for my filling but give a quote $118. I called my insurance and they told a reason is different than the office told me, the insurance told me to talk to my dentist. so I thought maybe they submit the wrong data? I called office again, they are not so friendly anymore, I was trying to figure out and ask for information, the front desk kept telling if I dont pay that is gonna go to collection. Wow, what a nice gesture to a customer. I did my filling in another office for $76, same insurance, this one just charge more. I check my insurance plan, a lot of items, they just charge a lot more than normal dentist. be aware.

Dr Adam actually listened to me about my issues with certain local anesthetics and for the first time in my life I have been able to have pain free procedures. Not to mention the crown I got here is so flawless I can’t even tell which tooth is fake. I recommend elegantly dental to everyone.

And the hygienist and dr were so friendly and caring to my 92 yr old mother. They even supplied her with a comfy, warm blanket because she was cold. Dian Johnson Best Dental practice in Orlando. Have been coming here for years and the service is always top notch, from the front desk staff to the dental professionals. Dr. Sangalang is great, very personable and easy to talk to. Hands down, this practice has the best dental hygienist in all of Orlando, just ask for Reggie and he will take care of you. Monica, I could not have completed my implants without you, so gracious and caring. Just mentioning a few of the great staff, but they are all awesome people. You should not have an issue, but if you do, Jackie will take care of you. They make you feel like family here. Logan Delahunty What a fantastic dentistry practice in Orlando. I will never go to another. So friendly you feel like part of the family. The issue I had with my previous dentist was they would take advantage of you in every way possible and do poor work. I still have glue from my the permanent retainer they were supposed to remove. Reggie is the man and is such a genuine person along with the rest of the staff. I had a cleaning 2 weeks ago and he just took all the time to explain what he is doing in great detail to ensure you are well informed about your health. Turns out the doctors also do this! I had a follow up 8:30 appointment this morning and showed up at 8:15 hoping to get in a little sooner. I had to be at work by 9. Not only did they work me in, they broke from their routine monday morning meeting to get me seated and prepped for the doctor. I was in the chair by 8:20, got my filling, and was back out the door 20 mins later. My sister and girlfriend will be switching dentists soon.

Barbara Matazinski The office was exceptionally well run ,efficient and organized. Any questions you could possibly have were all answered in detail . All employees were not only caring but very efficient in their job. They kept close to scheduled appointment times They were fast to give you cost estimates includimg insurance coverage while your treatment plan was being prepared. They worked with the customer to schedule for not only speedy service but also fewer visits when possible. They accepted insurance plans making pricing very reasonable, I am a new patient and I expect their work to be as good. , .Rating is better then 5 stars I would say its a 10

The nurses on hand are reassuring and polite, idk their names or faces but you guys know mines SO THANK YOU TO THE ATTENDING STAFF. & the DR!!! Very professional, knowledgeable, and to the point. I was able to get an appointment the next day and get all of my treatment plan completed within two days. Shawna Montgomery I had a very bad experience at another local dentist office. So I was nervous and apprehensive when I went to Doctor Phillips Modern Dentistry. When I arrived the system was down and they apologized for any inconvenience. The receptionist was very cordial and the waiting area was spotless. When taken to the back with Evelyn she was gentle with me in doing my X-rays and explained every step. I felt more comfortable. I forgot the persons name that measured my gums but she explained the process and stopped whenever I felt uncomfortable. Dr. Meijer was amazing, she spoke kindly and was very gentle in my exam. After going over my treatment plan, she had Josh to come from the front to discuss the financial aspect . Every person that I was in contact with on that day was kind and caring. I deeply appreciate it the one on one experience with each person and the privacy to discuss the financial aspect in the back instead of at the front desk was an exceptional plus! I look forward to completing my treatment at this office and continuing using their services as long as I live in the area

Z S People are always looking for a professional dentist. But I would say reliability is also the top feature for a good dentist. Dr. Rick is the most professional and reliable dentist I have ever seen. My crown broken three times from another dental clinic. Dr. Rick helped me permanently fix this issue. Although the original implant lab refused to adjust a customized crown for me, Dr. Rick tried his best to find another lab to customize the crown for my personal needs. It took three times of shipping-returning-adjusting process. But Dr. Rick always be patient to do it and explain details to me. And there was no additional charges even though it cost many extra processes than a normal tooth implant. I really appreciate his service. Additionally, Venetian Pointe Dentistry has a very fair price. People work here are very friendly and respectful. I recommend this dentistry to everyone living in Orlando even in FL.

We actually had a Dentist but my daughter had an emergency and Venetian Pointe took my daughter in immediately. Cedric Clay Today was my first visit to this dentist office and it was one of the best that I have been to for quite a few years. There was no upsell! That’s a great relief, as most of them are trying to sell you something you don’t need. Once I was told braces, which I didn’t get and the next visit, a retainer. So I have been looking for a good dentist for years. I think my prayers have been answered. I went today for an exam and there was a cleaning cancellation, so I was able to get a cleaning as well. Everyone I encountered was very nice and professional. The cleaning was terrific and the dentist explained everything to me that we needed to focus on. I am pleasantly surprised and very happy I chose to give them a chance. I highly recommend this dentist office.

Claudia BEWARE, THEY DO HORRIBLE WORK!! Literally everything they touched and performed all failed down the road. I used to be a patient and had thousands of dollars of dental work performed. Along with the work, I had a few root canals and porcelain crowns done. After reading others reviews, I am not sure that I even needed crowns (at age 30) but I believed them. Problems I experienced; One tooth never had the crown seal to the tooth correctly, creating a gap between the existing tooth and crown. As a result, the remaining tooth got infected and had to be pulled. Another tooth towards the front was a completely different color and was not flush with the existing tooth. On this one they also did not properly seal, so this one also got infected, had to be removed, and now I need an implant. The material they used for their white porcelain crowns is horrible. Any type of sticky food would literally stick and nearly fuse onto the porcelain. I had to completely stop eating a bunch of foods so this would not occur. I used to work in the same building and my manager was buddies with Alex, the owner and husband of Susana, and recommended that I go to this practice. Dont be fooled by their good reviews, people pay services to write good reviews and responses. And the responses on their profile are professionally generated (I know because my friends work as reputation managers doing this). This dentist definitely does not know that she is doing, and going to her poses a huge risk down the road for your teeth and wallet!

One of the best cleanings that Ive had! Dr. Ho was very detailed and explained things well. All the girls at the office are very friendly and personable. Definitely makes going to the dentist a not-so-scary ordeal.
