Cindy It was my first time at this salon!! Wow so amazing and welcoming environment! Mei Mei did such an amazing job on my nail design and helping me with picking which colors would compliment my skin tone the best! Will be coming again next time I’m in town! Can’t wait

Kalia Drumheller I have seen Yasmin 3-4 times now and she never fails to amaze me! She is so friendly and kind and is always making sure I like my nails when we are done. She is a very talented nail artist and I will continue to see her! Overall customer service here is great too! Highly recommend!

Haily Brezovic Never had a problem at this salon aside from them rushing and not doing a great job but it was well priced and not terrible. Well, that clearly has changed. I havent been here in months and today I showed up with the same shape, length request Ive always had. One nail was extremely crooked, she was clearly rushing, I asked for it to be fixed before acrylic went on. Simple fix right? Apparently when they are rushing its too much effort to properly do their job and adjust the angle they cut the damn shape so it is straight! Do better!!!

emma gerace We went in to get a pedicure, my friends toes came out super thin, thinner than she wanted, shorter than she originally said and the boy would not clean the blue smear off of her toes. Not a bad place, just need a bit more experience for the people.

Sarah Durst Wonderful business and the people are very friendly. My nails look perfect and the pedicure was very therapeutic and relaxing. I didn’t have an appointment but they sat me right away. I will definitely come here again

Luna Remi Absolutely stunning nails! The nail techs were so nice. The nail techs handled my hands very gently and made my nails look perfect! They look identical to the reference! 10/10 would definitely recommend! If I lived in Florida this would be my go-to!

Lizzy V They took really good care of my 7 year old, which was her first time. She loved it. Ive been going there for 3 years now and never had any issues. They are quick to get the job done and still make the nails look amazing, not to mention the pedicure. They are very relaxing.

Megan Ken always does an outstanding job on my acrylic nails. I am a hair stylist and traveling makeup artist so it’s important my nails are kept in good condition. Needless to say I am rough on my hands and nails and they still look amazing until I go back for a fill every 3 weeks.

Shelley Golden The salon itself is beautiful and clean. I received a pedicure that was great BUT the shape and polish on my toes is weird. Then I get a fill done and the acrylic application was great but again, the design is not what I asked for (see photos). They were reluctant to give a refund and wanted to do it over. I told them I didn’t want to sit there any longer (been there for 3 hours) and finally she said she would file the design off for a refund.

Gabriela Ramos I have been here now 4 times and every time they have exceeded my expectations! Every time I have had a different tech and all have been great and listened to what I need done. I love their salon is staffed with a lot techs and there is no wait. The salon is clean and calm. Their color options are varied and stylish. The people are so nice.

Jean Schaich Kayla did an excellent job of cutting my hair! Walked in with a style which had been growing out for a year and walked out with a great bob and bangs. My husband was happy with it and said it “Looks Nice!” Thanks, Kayla!

Crystal Reyes Keyla was an absolute delight. She fixed my botched nails and they are gorgeous. I will continue to go to her because she was funny personable and just a joy to be around I felt like I was having a visit with my best friend.

Jo Johnson Update: I originally gave a five star review. However, I have called a few times since to make another appointment and have not been successful. I left messages on the voice mail, but no one returned my calls. I had to look for another salon. Original review: This was my first visit to Embellish and I will definitely be back. It was just like visiting with a friend, as previous reviews have reflected. Amanda did a great job and took extra care and time to make sure that I was happy with my manicure and pedicure. Its a small salon, with two manicure stations and two pedicure chairs. I was interested to discover that they also have a private area with a spray tanning booth. They are associated with the massage salon next door, which offers a wide variety of services. All of the services offered in both salons were reasonably priced and everything was hygienic. My nails look very good and should last for several weeks because Amanda spent a lot of time doing the nail prep (without filing the surfaces down to the point that it damaged the nails). Based on my experience today, I would definitely recommend Embellish salon.

janet hoff I love Embellish Nails & Spa! I have regular nail appts and also get massages and have always had the BEST service! Everyone is so friendly and does amazing work. I wont go anywhere else for either of these services!!! Definitely 10 out of 10!!!

Jessica Pazienza I had an amazing experience at the salon today! I treated myself to a pedicure and gel manicure with Layla, and she was fantastic. She really took the time to pay attention to every detail, making sure my nails looked perfect. The location is lovely, and I absolutely adore the comfy pedicure chairs. Booking was super easy through GlossGenius, which made everything seamless. The owner was incredibly welcoming, especially since it was my first visit. The salon was spotless, and the atmosphere was so relaxing with great music and a refreshing flow of air. I’m already looking forward to checking out their sister location in town! I can’t wait to try their facials, waxes, and lashes at Mind, Body & Glow next time!

Erin Dugger I really want to say all good things about this place because Ericha and Alex are true gems in this world but I cant agree with this no children policy. I am a working mom and my husband also works so there may be times I needed to bring my children. I brought my daughter to one appointment and no one said a thing. My next one I had to bring them and the owner said they couldnt be there.... I wish this was more clear. Maybe something to mention to new client appointment phone calls. Just a suggestion. I cant rely on the fact that I wont always have my kids with me so I wont be a client there any longer. But if you are older with no kids, this is the place for you.

Rachel Roberts I saw ad on FB, went for spa pedicure…. It DEFINITELY was not a spa pedicure…..(I can post our conversation) was not happy with the price considering I was expecting massage chair, deep water foot soak. I let the owner know they were overpriced for the service. I was told it’s gel polish, pharmaceutical grade products etc…..This morning I’m looking at my toes….. it looks like they are already grown out…. They weren’t cut down only filed, and I asked for cut down. AND the polish is so far from the base of my toe nail…. I asked for a refund, then a partial refund….. Nope, she did offer to redo, but I didn’t like the first experience and that was before I noticed the poor polish…. If you 50 to throw away by all means go there….. for the same 50 my regular place hooks me up. I was trying to stay local but Gainesville will get my toe business.

Deana Miller I dont normally write reviews but I have to on this little nail shop. My current nail tech is away for serval months so I was forced to find a new one . I did alot of searching the reviews on nail salons near me and came across BTV nails ,I called made an appointment Annie answered the phone she was the sweetest and made my appointment with Peter who I had read the reviews on and accommodated me to the date and time also had me send a picture of the design I wanted to ensure he had the stuff to do it. I I arrived at my appointment and was immediately greeted by all the staff didnt have to wait at all for my appointment I was only there for two and a half hours for a full nail set design and pedicure. But needless to say my nails have never looked more fabulous and I will be a consistent customer of theirs I hope this helps for anybody else thats looking to have nails done by somebody new and Annie gives a wonderful pedicure as well my toes have never looked better picture to follow

Katie Thompson I’m from out of town, and I came with a friend. She got a gel manicure and I got a regular manicure. The gal doing my nails definitely criticized me for not getting gel—that was awkward. And I was done within 15 minutes. And my friend getting the gel manicure was done in less than 30. It felt quite rushed. I would come back, but I would have more realistic expectations. Edit: 24 hours later, and my nails look horrible. What kind of self-respecting nail salon can’t guarantee a basic manicure for at least 24 hours? They would have looked better if I had simply done them myself.
