1 /5 Luna: I was so looking forward to my appointment. I really thought, based on facebook pictures, that I would be getting a luxury service. Immediately when I walked in, I was met with confrontation (and this is after paying a deposit. Any other run of the mill nail salon doesnt charge this, but I thought I was getting something special so I happily paid it). I was informed of their no child policy when I arrived with my infant (and I have taken him to every single appointment with me since he was born.. hair, nails, doctors, etc), so stay at home moms without childcare, this is NOT the place for you so I said well just cancel. If you have a no child policy, please inform clients before booking. But anyway, that right there set my anxiety into overdrive and I was unable to enjoy my appointment. When I left, I thought my nails looked great but after further inspection when I got home, you can see where the polish is uneven and cakes and the cuticle area is just messy.
You need to be more respectful to paying clients. I dont need you, you need me. Ill take my business elsewhere.
