Awful customer service. I made an appointment and still waited 40 minutes until they started on my pedicure. Then the whole service was super rushed. The attendant didn’t not communicate in English at all. The previous owner of this salon was running her business exceptionally, but since the change, everything went downhill. I will not return.
Update: Three days later, Wednesday, September 4, my gel manicure starts chipping. See second picture attached.
Educational moment for the owner :
Errors happen, that is just the way it is, but there are ways to avoid one star reviews despite your scheduling is running behind. You could call to let me know. Or, you could tell me when I show up so instead of having me sitting in the chair forever I can go and run an errand at the mall. Honesty and kindness go a long way. You could also not hide behind your employees and come up to me to apologize, maybe throw in some extra service, or to offer a glass of champagne.
P.S. to the owner: we didn’t leave at 5 a clock. At five a clock I was already enjoying a drink at home. The full service took less than one hour but that would be great if the quality would suffice too. The ingrown toes were not treated because the attendant did not understand nor listened, and my gel mani started to chip on day 3.
