I was greeted promptly, the space was clean, and the vibe was spot on! The salon had beautiful design and appointments. Quinn was very concerned that I was happy each step of the process. She and Tristan chatted with me and made me feel like she really wanted to know me as their client. I highly recommend Muse Salon and Spa. Kristen Carrier I had a manicure on September 20th, and it looked great, just like they always have (I have been coming here for at least a year, every single month). The next day, I noticed some weird bubbling on my right thumb nail. I text Daniela about it Sunday, no response. She text me (about something different) on Monday, and I asked if she got the text, and she text that she had not, but she would tell Nayda (the tech that did them) to contact me. Nothing. So I call Daniela, and she didn’t answer. I text again, and no response. Then I noticed she cancelled my October appointment without telling me. She also gave my personal cell phone number out, to one of her clients, without asking if it was ok. Because I definitely wouldn’t have said it was ok. Where is the professionalism?? This is not ok, and I think others should know. Also, if anyone wants to challenge this statement, go ahead because I have the receipts. Daniela wasted my time and my money. Edited 10/06/2024 to add: The response below vastly differs from what she text me today. I’ll include it in the pictures below. The recording she is talking about is a video I took of my nails being done. Nothing else. Instead of fixing the nail, or refunding me, I keep getting a run around of unprofessionalism. She says to reach out, but I have, and nothing is done. I had to write a Google review to even get a response.

Brooke Lawrence Absolutely wonderful service and wonderful women who work there. My nails look gorgeous everytime I leave. They completely clean out your nail bed so your nails look so so clean and longer! I’ve had both square shape and oval shape done. Both were shaped beautifully! It’s a calm environment which I’m all for. They also offer beverages weaves and snacks. I can go 4 weeks in between appointments as well bc they stay on so good! So that’s a huge plus!

Lisa I have really enjoyed having a nail salon nearby and what is even better, they have a very nice salon. The check in system keeps electronic data on each appointment, which technician provided services and what you had done. I have had Lucy do my nails each time and have gotten dip nails done. Her work is of the utmost quality and she is very professional and makes me feel valued and pampered. She takes pride in her work and it shows. I will continue to use Lucy as long as she works there which I hope is for a long time.

These people really care about their customers and will get you right. My nails were done by one of the ladies a second time around and she did fantastic! The place is very clean and you can tell all the customers enjoy going there.

Stephanie Hong I’ve become a regular here at Bon Nails. I request John and Mai and they have done my mother in laws and my nails and they never disappoint. John is very careful with my nails as I have extreme anxiety and he makes sure to round out my nails without edges so I don’t pick them. That might be odd for some but his attention to detail keeps me coming back. Mai is detailed and very sweet and gives an excellent footmassage. I get Dip nails and Luxury or Deluxe Pedicures and they never disappoint. The shop is very organized and clean. I usually get in an appointment and don’t have to wait long. They offer a refreshment of waters and sodas. They also have a huge selection of colors dips and gel. I especially love their selection of pedicure spa package scents! Rose currently is my favorite! I went to a different shop I won’t name this morning and was very disappointed, they were crooked, lumpy, shaped wrong, and not ombre like requested, so I needed someone to fix my nails. Jen Webb Everyone was nice but super ackward if you don’t know Spanish, which I wish I knew before I booked. None of the ladies know much English at all. There was a really nice woman in there that translated for me at bit. The manicure hurt and made me bleed around the edges of my nails and she kept scraping at. She couldn’t do a dragonfly on my nail like I wanted so just did a flower and said my nail was too small. The pedicure was all right. Really wanted a foot massage on my sore feet from moving all week, which is the main reason I go to get a pedicure and they don’t do a whole lot of that. Just did calluses removal with a spinning thing, did a bit of washing and little bit of lotion. That lady was able to do a dragonfly at least on my big toe. Like I said everyone was nice otherwise just felt super out of place not knowing Spanish And sucked not being able to talk to them more on what I wanted.

The last nail tech who serviced me is definitely the reason I cannot return. I would recommend trying another salon before being disappointed and out double the money from visiting oceans salon. I did acrylic to grow my nails out, my next visit they were long enough to do the dip/powder. I have done that now the past two times and I love it. My nails are so much healthier. She could speak and understand English which was Awesome. She cut my toenails short like I like them and I got a great pedicure with the scrubbing of my feet and legs then I got lotion and oil on my legs and feet. The cost of the manicure was great too @ $35. I highly recommend this Rose Nails location.

Cassidy I have been a regular for 7 months and my nails and cuticles have gotten so much healthier. I love going, and having nails I can be proud of boosts my self esteem so much! The pics are 7 months apart. The growth is awesome! I’m a cuticle biter, so regular manicures never really got my nails looking “clean”. Regular gel was too soft, chipped easily and the application looked sloppy. Acrylics made my nails brittle and would look unnatural. With the Russian manicure I received, time was taken IN DEPTH to actually clean my cuticle. The removal of my old gel wasn’t painful and didn’t use any harsh chemicals, either. Victoria, who did my nails, did not make me feel bad about biting my cuticles, and she did an excellent job - no cuticle flooding, bubbles or, uneven nail shape. The materials used don’t ruin your actual nail, and it lasts so much longer than a regular manicure. Will forever be going back here! Salon: Clean, quiet, and well put together. Nail techs: Respectful, professional, and skilled. Price: $$$ - but this isn’t a chop shop, so keep that in mind! Overall: Love it!

anna palazzi BEST. NAIL. ARTISTS. AROUND. I went to the salon in Panama City (23rd street) for extensions and they did such an amazing job. First, they do not use tips but instead they use builder gel, which looks more natural! Secondly, the attention to detail is absolutely insane. I’ve never had anyone making so sure that my nails matched each hand and were perfect. After years, I finally found the perfect nail artist for me and the quality I’ve been looking for and I will not change. I had Viktoriia and she did such a wonderful job!
