Ashley ORourke Megan puts her absolute all into every set I’ve gotten from her & does an amazing job everytime! She stays up on all the latest trends & can do basically any design or style you show her. After going to Megan I have no desire to let anyone else touch my nails. Her cuticle oil has changed my life!

Sofia Curtain I love megan. She’s so sweet and she’s the best around doing nails for real! I literally go to college 3 hours away and refuse to get my nails done by anyone else. I never leave with any issues and she’s a perfectionist. She’s super hardworking as well!

Liv Engels Chris is the best! I went to her for a new hard gel set and hard gel refills. She uses top quality products so my nails look great and last longer. She does fabulous nail art and she’s just a joy to talk to. I always looked forward to my appointments so I was sad she moved out of state. If I were rich and could fly to Florida to get my nails done by her, I would in a heartbeat!

Isabel Puertas Katelynne is extremely talented and takes her time to make sure your nails look beautiful. I have hard gel on my nails and they look so natural and last a long time. I’m really hard on my nails, but even after 4 weeks they still look great. I highly recommend this young lady.

Alexandra Volpi Katelynne has been doing my nails for over a year now, and I absolutely love the way they look every time! She is incredibly detailed and always takes the time to make sure everything is perfect. I am constantly getting compliments on how good my nails look, and she is the only one I trust to do them for my wedding next month! I get the structured gel, and my nails look flawless for weeks until I go back for my next appointment. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for high quality nails!

Tiffany Rufino Abby is a magical soul and I will follow her anywhere. She is super creative, talented, and gives you that one on one experience. She understands my business and lifestyle and if I dont know what I want for my nails, she takes over with her ideas. I always make appointments ahead of the time because Abby gets booked quick, but she is great with communication with her clients and making sure you leave happy. Sheila Antoon-Allen Angela gives the best facials! She always tells me what she is doing & offers effective suggestions on what to do at home to make my skin better. Angela has empathy & and kindness, which goes a long way. I really appreciate her. She gives you the facial you need if you give her free reign, which I gladly do! :)

Sonya Urff The staff is extremely friendly and inviting. The pedicures are very relaxing and the quality is great! I highly recommend stopping in for a service if youre in the area. I had my hair done here also. They take their time and pay attention to detail. The prices are great and definitely worth a visit!

Shirley Lassiter Went here with my mom. The massage chairs are wonderful while you are pampered for the pedicure. Great color choices and we enjoyed our conversation with the mother and daughter owner team that provided our services. I loved the spa music and enjoyed the down time. It was great to come home and my husband mentioned that I smelled good. :) I felt recharged too. I recommend you just go and relax during this crazy time while supporting this local family business. We wore mask, they wore mask, and there’s a bottle of hand sanitizer at the welcome counter. Glad we went and look forward to going again.

Kim Cerillo TERRIBLE MANICURE! The man, who makes appointments, and is the owner; sits at first front desk, did an awful job with gel polish on my fingernails! I pointed out the gloppy unevenness on a thumb nail and he insisted he couldnt see anything wrong. When I insisted he smooth it down, he just put more polish on it. When I got outside and could see how bad ALL my nails look, I went back and he made an appointment for me to come the next day. When i went in he just lightly dremeled my nails and painted them. The tips are still ruggedly finished, despite my pointing it out, and his insistent remark that "I know my business!" The paint over my cuticles is another example of sloppy work.

Cathy Poturny Deserves 20 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A truly superb mani/pedi… I have been getting my nails done for many years. By far, Niesy provided the best experience I have EVER had. This was not your typical 5 minute deal. My finger nails are perfect … she did exactly what I asked for and my toes!!! Oh my toes…. They look and feel fantastic! If you are looking for quality and a terrific salon experience, Niesy is your person!!!

Jani Luis Sim did my pedicure and also my hands. I wasnt sure what I wanted for my hands - have been trying to do more natural nails and get them stronger so they can go grow. He suggested dip powder which I was unsure about but he promised he would make then look great. I was concerned about the dip powder making my nails look too thick. I am glad I listened to him. So happy with the outcome and will definitely be going back to him.

Martha Malmberg I had never been here but was gifted a certificate from a client. It did not disappoint. Sim was the one that worked on me and he was AMAZING! I hope to see him again soon. My hands and feet feel wonderful. Now Im ready for a full day of work tomorrow.

Victoria Goncharova I just spent $40 on a gel manicure that was very average. My nail tech rushed through the filing and told me I had to pay $5 extra for shaping my nails even though they were pretty short. She did a terrible job shaping and had to redo each nail, by which point the nails were very short. She painted them fine but there’s some polish lifting off the finger. Also the salon was very hard to find and google maps brought me to a different salon. Will not be returning to Passion nails, I was expecting MUCH better for the amount of money I spent.

Kristal Schneider I went here two weeks ago to get my nails done. The nail technician Was great and did an amazing job with the art on my nails. However. I decided that I wanted to remove the acrylic off my nails because my nails have grown so long. I have a friend that is a nail technician.And she said she would help me. After she removed them, there was black fungus on almost all of my nails and her being a nail technician. She said it has been there for at least three weeks, and they shouldve seen it when were doing the fill ins. So instead of letting me know that my nails needed to breathe that there was fungus growing all under them. They went ahead and did my nails. Anyway. Now it is so bad I may lose my nails.

Madisyn Fisher I still dont know why i walked out of the salon without getting them redone. The lady that did my nails was sloppy and clearly did not care. Techs were on their phones the whole time other than 1 gentlemen. I simply could have done my own nails at home and it would have been better. I will not be going back.

Virginia Hammons These ladies are fantastic and do an incredible job. My daughters birthday was yesterday and she was dying to get a scream set of nails. These ladies did not disappoint! 10/10 would recommend. We also received pedicures while we were here and they were incredible!

Pamela Oliveira They do a really good job here, Leslie is great and I had my nails done by someone else who also did a great job, but when Leslie did my eyebrows I was so happy I finally found a place nearby that does them really good! I recommend!

Amber Barajas Come Here!! They are awesome! The accommodated our large party of girls and did a great job on our nails. Nera did my nails she is detailed and fast! She did a great job! And Cindy did an amazing job on my toes and took her time on the massage, she is super friendly! All if the staff is amazing!

TOLULOPE ODUYEJO The only nail shop I go to in Palm Coast. It took me a while to find the right one but this is where I am staying! Hali takes her time and does an excellent job with my cuticles. I always have perfect nails by the time I am done with her. Shes the only technician that understands my feet! Please book your appointments with her if you want superb job and her price is very reasonable for the work she does!!

Laci Pitt The owner and workers here are so welcoming and nice! The massage chairs were the best I’ve ever sat in. We had a great experience! If you have ingrown toenails, Heather is your girl!!! Ask for her and she’ll take care of you!!

Christina Morgan Horrible experience. I usually do not write bad reviews. Went in for a pedicure and full set. Pedicure was okay. Then she started to do my full set and I realized she wasn’t laying the acrylic right, very lumpy. I waited until she tried smoothing them, she still left it lumpy. At that point, I wasn’t happy & wanted to leave. Sofia the owner said she would fix them. She took a drill started drilling them and made them worse. When I told her I was still not happy with the service to soak them off, she started jerking my hand and snatching. She made me pay for the service I stress is compensating me or getting someone to do the service correct. I paid and left. I went to another nail place who I was satisfied with only to learn I left my credit card. When I went back, Sofia said she didn’t have it. She talked to me as if I were dumb and had no idea about the services. While soaking the acrylic off, she kept drilling my finger nails instead of the tips/acrylic. I asked if I could just soak them without the drill, she put a paper towel in the bowl of acrylic and then told me to go sit and do it myself. I chose to pay and leave with nothing more to say…. Now I remember why I stopped going. Sofia & her customer, the way she deals with unhappy cuatomers is SAD. But I wish her and her business all the best.

Cindy Johnson I tried Sofia Nails three times as I thought that I had found my nail person. I was happy with my nails after the first time only.. I recently relocated to Florida from Pennsylvania and had tried several salons.. the second time I went I referred my daughter to join me the third time my sister and my granddaughters who are seven and four years old came.. My biggest complaint is that my seven-year-old granddaughter was charged $25 to have a gel coat put on her natural nails that popped off in two days. She charged my four-year-old granddaughter $10 to put paint on her tiny little fingers! These were smudged before we even left as again… She is four years old… Unfortunately, I will not be returning to the salon and do not recommend.. I believe everybody is in business to make money however I don’t believe in taking advantage.. there are hundreds of salons to choose from and I have since found one that I am very satisfied with good luck Sofia..

C F Sophies is friendly, and I liked my nails, but their work isnt best. I was told these would last a month. Its been 2 weeks today, and you can see how much theyve grown out. This is not good for the $120 ( just nails) plus tip. Also, I was overcharged, but I gave a great tip afterward anyway. I get cut every time with pedicure. Only place of business that the brow wax leaves bruises on my eye lids.

Perri Brandon Totally messed up my nails. Went there 5 times, they kept scraping hard to remove the gel from my nails and removed many layers of my nail. After 3 months, still trying to get my nails to quit splitting and DE-laminating.

Jeri McKinney Brought my teenaged daughter here for one last girls day before school. They kept leaving me to do someones nails, polish job was sloppy, worst pedicure Ive ever had. I understand if they get busy and need to step away, but SAY SOMETHING clearly enough for your customers to understand you! We will not return here even though it is the most convenient location for us.

Patricia Boccio They’re great if it’s not busy! I went for a mani pedi yesterday and my experience was rushed, for $35 a pop I expect more! It is clean and the staff is always friendly, just don’t go on a busy day!!

Rebecca Hambly Emily at Palm Nails has been doing my nails since October and I have ZERO complaints! She is the best nail tech I have ever had. My nails always last and she can do any design I ask for. I highly recommend asking for Emily for your next nail spa service. She’s the best!

Eileen Otero I must say every time I walk into the salon the environment is so welcoming. Paulina does amazing job with my nails always satisfied and happy walking out. She and all the staff are very friendly and welcoming and professional. Besides Paulina doing an amazing job on my nails. She has an amazing personality beautiful inside and out. Palm nails is the place to go. Take it from a woman that has been doing her nails for 25 years. ❤️
