Ken G Its always a wonderful store I get a feeling that they get a lot of people coming and stealing in their stores so Im in and out of there as fast as possible and I always make sure that I park my buggy with the meat selections up by the cashier and then go get the rest of what I need... Its more a reflection of the times that we live in people with no morals than an actual complaint against the store for sure you got to do what you got to do you cant just get robbed blind. Thats probably more of Im not from around here kind of thing too as well so its understandable I suppose up to a point ..

Ana Gonzalez Cabrera I am very disappointed with the management in the Cross City store. My daughter was given an opportunity to work at this store and at first everything was great but things started changing and the manager Kim started showing favoritism towards other employees. My daughter was left working many nights by herself while other employees were allowed to leave early. My daughter had spoken to the manager Christian about coming to work late since she was going with me to take my others son back to their dads house...well manager Kim took it upon herself to tell her not to bother going in to work she had found a replacement for her. My daughter was always on time and doing more than expected and the customers loved her. But her final day was Black Friday 11/29/2024 when she clocked in early as usual and began sweeping the store for Kim to tell her to clock out in a very harsh tone in front of my employees and customers. My daughter called me crying because she is tired of the mistreatment. I went back and confronted Kim but she acted like she did nothing wrong. The day before Thanksgiving my daughter worked and the new employee hired failed to properly close the doors which allowed customers to enter after store hours and surprise my daughter and the manager when they were cleaning up the store. She made mention of this to Kim which she said the doors were closed fine when she arrived in the morning. Exactly if my daughter would not corrected this problem the store definitely would have had plenty of theft overnight. Now my daughter no longer works there but hears from ex employees as well as current employees how Kim continues to talk bad about my daughter and belittle her name when she no longer works there. This is a small town where everyone knows everyone. I for sure will not be spending my money or time at this save alot anymore.

3Delta7 Nice clean store which has everything needed. Big parking lot. Friendly staff. Aisle are wide and never cluttered. Meat section always stocked well and prices are reasonable. Local so being a patron supports the community of Cross City. Wide variety of snacks to choose from also. Overall I like the cleanliness of this store.

Jenna I got a pedicure just now and asked for French. Everything was fine until the gel polish part. Before Nancy cured I asked for the French tip to be thinner twice and she dismissed me. At the end I asked again so she filed just one foot down so far so it would be thinner which caused all my nails to be shorter than the other foot and also filed so low my toes are now raw. Another girl at the front desk came in trying to fix it and kinda did but my left side is still shorter and raw. I’m never a picky client either but that was just a horrible experience. Update : they did such a bad job that 48 hours later it’s chipping and my pinky toe starting to peel off. I got gel which is CRAZY. Do not go here unless you want to waste your money. I could have done this better at home .

Destinee Strawn Jolie is absolutely amazing! Her shaping and attention to detail is unmatched. Price was a bargain for the work she did. I will be coming back for sure! If you’re looking to see where to go or who to book with I recommend Jolie with Jada nails!

Andrea Moreno Have been in the Port Richy area for two years and have yet to find a salon I trust and like. Today I came and fell in love with this place and the way Lia does her clients nails. Nic and Jolie were also there doing others And their artwork was impeccable. 12 out of 10 recommend and it’s so nice to know that there’s more than one really good nail artist at the salon. It also wasn’t extremely busy. They got us in and out while taking their time and making sure we were satisfied! Thank you!!

Lex Doug I usually go to this salon often for my feet but as of Sat it would be my last day ! My nails were not up to part she tried to do an overlay to give a natural short look but she was unable to give that natural look. So I requested to remove them she got upset put my nails in remover advised oh well I would have to pay 10 dollars I advised it was ok 30 min passed I was still sitting in the remover I asked were they going to start my nails. Leelee the owner came over and said well make sure you know what you want I quickly responded and advised well how should I know she doesn’t know how to execute a overlay when I told her if you can’t apply them correctly just add a tip she kept going so was it my fault and I was paying for the removal when I shouldn’t have because it was something I did not like ! The owner kept advising I should know what I want when I’m always coming there for the my feet and I don’t have a issue when I go to one lady but this day they were rude my nails still came out ugly then when I left my payment was 120$ then the next day they updated payment to 140$ a extra 20$ I called and he tried to say it was for removing when I paid 120$ and when I said fraud he said he will put the charge back on my account I woke up today the charge still is not reflecting on my account and this why I had to do my review because people should be aware of things like this when we are putting money in their pockets! Customers are always right ! My nails look like big boxes! Reply to your response! Oh yes I did pay for the removal service that was supposed to be 20$ but was charged as 40$ so like I informed you guys are suppose to perform a job when your overcharging anyway and I have gotten overlay plenty of times on my nails but your nail tech was not listening and showing attitude and here we are a week later my finger is infected so really shall we gone on !

Evelyn Volpe I came in for a gel pedicure and gel full-set. My tech started off very strong for my pedicure and took her time with a high level of attention to detail. However, when she got to my nails, she was clearly distracted and rushed through. She got up multiple times to do other things in the middle of filing. She also cut my finger while drilling at my cuticle line. I told her it was okay since that seemed to be the only mistake she made so far at the time & she proceeded to be more gentle after. After she finished filing, my nails looked good so I didn’t have any concerns. Then she started to paint and I wasn’t happy with the fact that she polished so far from the cuticle, making my nails look grown out. I was also worried she was rushing me through each round of curing as she was stoping the curing process halfway through at times on each hand to paint quicker. I figured she’s the professional and knows best. It has now been roughly 8 hours since she did my nails and most of my fingers are throbbing in pain, swollen, and the polish looks even worse now that it’s settled than it did earlier. I didn’t complain when I left because I didn’t want her to feel bad over minor cosmetic details that others wouldn’t likely notice. This was my second time coming to this salon and this is a huge difference in service and quality than the first time. I am now very concerned that I could develop a gel allergy and will need medical attention.

Tina F ****Update You have lost a customer. Very rude and disrespectful. I went in to get my nails soaked off. I received the most attitude and the worst service ever. The guy was throwing my hands around and pushing my arms around like he didnt want to do the job. Talking about my nails and how I had a design on every finger. Just horrible! If youre not going to provide a service properly it should not be on your menu of services that you provide. Im very disappointed with the service I received for a service that only took you 18 minutes total. It was a slow day no customers were waiting. Even one of the nail tech guys was resting his eyes at his station. So I wasnt taking any money away from anyone by them taking my nails off. And even if you were busy treating people this way is not going to help you keep or gain more business. Remember people do have translation services today. So just because you think we dont speak your language doesnt mean we cant understand the things you say about your customers. The way you handled me was wrong and totally unnecessary. It saddens me to have to write a review like this

Hawaiian Punch Was in town for the Holidays and this shop was open!! Wasn’t busy so was able to get in and out with no issues at all !! The owner was very professional and was very good with my 2 sons that were waiting !! Establishment was very clean and relaxing !! Would definitely recommend if you’re in the area and looking for a nail salon. Prices weren’t bad either !!

jordan lopez First off it was a cozy vibe when I walked in, I went here and usually go to Walmart. Wanted to give something else a try since Walmart does basic things but have been doing all of my designs fine, no problem! They’ve lasted over 2+ weeks and it’s less that 65 every time! I’ve come here to try something new and they had the same pricing, so I thought. I walked in and I asked for a phone charger which they were more than kind to lend me, I showed my original picture of a design I wanted and first they judged me for it. “Is that spider webs?” In such a weird tone that I didn’t know how to answer than yes embarrassingly (I have extreme anxiety and just being in there made me want to leave more) she said it would be 80+ for it all, I asked if they could just do snowflakes, she then told me I can only get one snowflake on one hand each and it’ll be 60-65. I was really shocked. At that point it was an early Christmas hurry from my husband and I swear I just ended up getting matte black acrylics in between stilettos and almond and the nails weren’t a cured right, my nails or bumpy and it looks like they’ve grown already.

christal connell I’ve been going to this salon since I moved here 3 years ago and I’ll never go anywhere else. Jacob is the absolute best, in my opinion. I’ve recommended him to several friends and colleagues. The service and their policy against having people talk on the phone while you’re trying to enjoy a pedicure is exactly what I was looking for. If you’re looking to relax and enjoy your service, this is your place!

Jessica Rodriguez I’ve had the pleasure of getting a pedicure and gel manicure by Liza, an exceptionally skilled nail technician for the last year and a half. Her attention to detail is impressive, and my nails always fantastic and hold up exceptionally well. Liza is not only talented but also friendly, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. Aidyl Vilella I have dealt with Maritza and she is amazing. She has a keen eye and she pays attention to detail. Her shape is amazing and overall her quality of work makes me follow her. I highly recommend setting an appointment with her for ANYTHING !

Francine Rocco Nail Dior is an excellent establishment. They are very knowledgeable about what they do. They are very kind and helpful. My nail manicurist ( Lynn) is excellent. The place is very clean and comfortable. Love going there! Definitely deserve a 5 star rating. I highly recommend this place

Lauren Toman I had the best experience at this nail salon! Hannah is absolutely amazing—she always does an incredible job on my liquid gel nails! She always perfect everything, and make me and my girls feel so welcomed. She’s so meticulous and takes the time to make sure everything is just right. The whole atmosphere of the salon is relaxing and welcoming, and the staff is friendly and professional. I’ve been using Hannah as a nail tech for. 3 years now and I won’t ever want to go anywhere else! Highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for top-notch service!

Ashley Weyer This was my first visit here and will absolutely be my last. Everything about my trip here today was awful. My nail tech Calvin had an extremely moody vibe the whole time he was doing my nails and toes. As you can see my pedicure was done extremely poorly as my big toe is uneven/cracked and my other toe nails aren’t even close to all being the same in size. Fast forward to the worst part… me getting my new set. Well first off he didn’t soak my old set at all. He used a nail tip and ripped every other of finger nail off one by one where I feel like I had shown discomfort that was ignored multiple times. I showed him an inspirational picture of exactly what I wanted(I added as the last pic on here) I wanted that nail shape and design. Yet what I got was no where even near close to the picture my 8 year old daughter could have done a better job replicating the design. As he was doing my nails he was extremely rough feeling like he was throwing my hands around as if he was taking an extremely bad day out on my appointment? I was so upset with how awful this salon trip was that I didn’t even say anything about how bad I thought my nails were to anyone at the salon I just wanted to run as far out of there as fast as possible. I mean come on look my two thumb nails done even match in size AT ALL. I am SOOOO beyond disappointed I spent $120 here to have a mediocre pedicure with an awful set of gel toe nails and an extremely poor new acrylic set that I’m embarrassed of and plan to have redone at a new salon asap. I will never be back. Truly wishing I could get my time and money back I wasted for hours here today. Which is also sad because I came here after a stressful few days to relax and ended up doing the opposite and stressing more about how bad my nails look and just how disappointed I am in my service here by Calvin. *EDITED REVIEW on 9/15/23* I did finally get the chance to go back to the salon and speak with the manager. They did take the time to redo both my nails and toe nails. Both the manager and the gentleman who did my nails named Michael were extremely pleasant. Maybe Calvin was just having a bad day when I came originally? I’m not sure what happened then but I would come back to Michael again in the future. So if you do come visit this salon be sure to ask for Michael he will take great care of you! I’m changing this review from a 1 star to 4 stars and adding in pics of my new nails with a new color per my request. Thank you again for the great customer service and making things right.

Emma Baumcratz i have never had a problem with callahan nails until this past few days. thursday i went in at 4:30 pm and i asked for a fill with french tips , i always do french tips ! they couldn’t get the shape right so i just asked for them to paint them all black. about an hour after i got done getting my nails one of them started lifting because the first layer of paint was STILL WET. i fixed it myself, not a huge deal. well the next morning at 6am almost all the polish came off my index finger nail. clearly wet as it’s all over my fingers. i went in friday evening and asked them to fix them. they fixed them and gave me the french tips i wanted. and made me pay an extra 15 which i didn’t even care because i wanted my french tips in the first place. i was so happy i just got them fixed right. well today (saturday morning), my thumb nail chipped off and the first layer of paint is STILL WET. i called them to ask if i could come get them fixed after work at 6, they said they close at 6 and will not stay later. i’m so beyond furious that i explained what was wrong the first time and that it still happened again. and now im going to have to pay more money to get them fixed correctly by someone else!!!! EDIT: I ONLY POSTED THIS ONE HOUR AGO AND THREE OTHER NAILS CHIPPED BECAUSE OF THE WET PAINT UNDERNEATH!!!!!! EDIT: update i called them to ask for a refund and they said no but offered to fix them again. i just hung up because i don’t want to waste my time to have them done wrong again. i will be going elsewhere.

Victoria Manley Called and she squeezed me in for a root touch up and tone, it was amazing!! (Brown roots but I’m platinum blonde) The staff are so welcoming and the environment felt super family friendly! We chatted the whole time, and I mentioned to her I always loved the silver blonde, but could never achieve it myself, and she surprised me with toning some of my hair with silver highlights!! My hair came out way better than I ever expected to, and the surprise just made my world!! I can’t recommend this place enough, the ladies that run it are so passionate about what they do, and it shows in their work! I will be back for all of my salon needs!!

Kiran I recently moved (back) to Florida after 20 years and I needed to find a stylist, I am so pleased with finding this salon. I’ve gotten cuts, color and waxing done and I have been more than happy each time. They also do great cuts for boys and men as both my husband and son have been here as well. I HIGHLY recommend checking them out. Great prices as well!

Ellie Fiore I was very happy to have found this wonderful "Mother Daughter" team. They were very pleasant and salt of the earth. I got a beautiful hair color/highlight and the hair cut style was done exactly as I requested. Having been to a previous salon who was way over priced and was in mask mandate to even enter the facility; it gave me a very bad experience. Pam Mangan I have been going to Gel Nails for about two years and I go every two weeks because I’m particular about my nails. The salon is extremely clean. I see John and I have also seen Ben. They are meticulous, patient, don’t rush, like so many other salons, are very professional and also very personable. They care, and their work shows it! Steven Smith They get their brand of wheat bread on Saturday and on Sunday morning theyre out. Why cant they put in more wheat? It seems to sell a lot better and faster than the white bread. They give the white bread three times as much room as the wheat bread. Try reversing them.

Oriana Chacin Vaneska is amazing!!! She is the nicest and has the most amazing personality! I always get builder gel which I highly recomment and add a Russian manicure. She takes her time to ensure the manicure is beyond perfect! Same with pedicures. It is such a joy going to get my nails done by Vaneska. I’ve also seen Jess’ work because she sits next to Vaneska and it’s implecable as well. Magri does amazing manicures as well but her facials are out of this WORLD! Fuz MSP I stopped by Sunny nails today & had a great experience. I was greeted right away & my nail artist started right away. I was lucky enough to have, June, as my nail technician and she did such an amazing job. I’m really happy with the nails I received. I had a couple of ideas and she was kind enough to help me bring them to vision. Thanks so much for your hard work today❤️

Erica Great 1st impression at this salon! We had a pedicure, gel nails, kid’s manicure and brow waxing. The staff were very kind, attentive and gentle on our hands and feet. The shop is clean and spacious. Variety of snacks and drinks for the customers. Ton and June did mine and my daughters’ nails; they were so nice, caring and lots of attention to detail. We will be back, and I highly recommend their services!

Jessica Vithayathil Im only taking off one star because I had set an appointment, but still had to wait 20 minutes to get my nails done. I got a gel-x full set with Sunny upon my first visit. She was professional, friendly and efficient. It was quite busy and as a first-time experience, I wasnt quite sure how the process worked. It felt a bit rushed. Otherwise, it was a great experience. I would come again and would recommend to friends! As you can see, she did a great job with my nails.

Jessica McGrath I am truly impressed with the level of service and the comfortable atmosphere at HP Nails! My friend and I were looking for a place to take her daughter for her very first nail salon experience and we were so happy here that the 3 of us will now be coming regularly. We just visited for the second time after about 2 months and were instantly recognized and greeted with warm smiles. The shop is clean, the staff is so friendly, they have tons of options to choose from and it is just an all around pleasant experience. I brought a photo of what I wanted and we discussed a few options. She did a thorough job and insured that I was pleased before I left. Looking forward to going back in a few weeks. Rhonda Fernandez New to town and needed a "hair miracle". Suellen did an amazing job on my hair. Walked in as a train wreck and walked out with beautiful color. Angie & Suellen are upfront and honest about what can be done (rarity to find a salon that actually tells you what is feasible instead of just wanting to take your money). Looking forward to a long relationship with these amazing stylists! Highly recommend!

Zara Toundas Been going here for years. Nails look pretty alright, just thick. Theres never a wait which is nice, my only problem is that it always takes 2+ hours for just a manicure. When you leave your hands haven’t been washed or have any lotion and there’s crustys from the acetone bath (see pics) This manicure cost me $55 plus tip… You forfeit quality for convenience unfortunately. Makes me sad to leave this review bc the techs are nice!

Jessica Thompson Most of the time they are nice and do great work. I have gone in there on other days and they have been rude and not do a great job. Seems like the prices for exact same work is not consistent. But when they do good work and take their time they are amazing. The pedicures are wonderful my favorite part about going. Madison Poland very sweet people. the older guy kind of sucks on massaging your legs, he doesn’t even take 15 seconds to massage one foot. he throws the lotion on and barely rubs it in. some of my toes are missing paint from him rushing. he didn’t even cover half of my nails. the nail polish looks like poop. if i come back i will definitely ask for the girl. i felt very rushed and didn’t like it.

Claudette Ryals Sped through the entire service kept trying to give me and my daughter gel polish even though I said repeatedly we did not want gel polish My nails are crooked theres overflow there is part miss parts missing where they didnt fill in properly and there are cuts on three fingers, plexiglass in front of my face was covered in dirt and grime and kiss marks overall they were nice but the service absolutely sucked. My daughters polish literally wasnt even dry before they were asking me to pay didnt even finish my service before they asked me to pay and out the door literally she rubbed her itch the palm of her hand and rubbed off an entire nail polish it was not even dry.
