Laura Devasto Ive been going here for a short period of time. Never had a problem, until the owner had his young son do my pedicure. I had gel on, he was taking off the gel, shaved it all the way to my skin. It hurt so bad. I was even watching him & said "Watch it thats my skin". So Ive had to wait now a couple of months for 2 nails to grow back. And mind you I have strong nails.. so dont let Tommy do your pedicure. So I wont be going back there anymore. Oh, dont get your waxing done there either. Let me add the place is not clean. There is cans of Raid bug killer in the back room, that customers can see it. Prices are the same as the new place I go to. And its a beautiful atmosphere... Professionals.

Holly Morgan Brought in a picture of what I wanted. They said they could only do it with dip powder. Explained the picture was actually my nails previously and it was gel. Mentioned I would go somewhere else. Overpriced and under expectations.

Rebekah Bayl I get my nails done often. My usual nail tech wasn’t in state, so I went here cause the ratings seemed reasonable. Turned out I was wrong. I don’t remember the man who did my nails but he was also the man who greeted me and everyone else in. Asked for square nails. Idkwtf this is. 75$ later. Short nails. And I wasn’t going to refuse to pay because maybe he was having an off day. But first of all. The mail stuff he used wasn’t clean. I grew mold and bacteria in my acrylic nail. Just don’t go here.

Gigi B Tish has been my nail tech for almost a decade and I never let anyone else touch my hands! She is soooooo talented and her personality is top tier. I never feel pressured to know what look I want because shes so creative and honestly, already has 286 ideas based on the season, my nail length, preferred color or event Im getting ready for. I dont usually get designs but there is NO design inspo that she hasnt been able to bring to life. She is CONSISTENTLY clean, punctual AND prepared - my one-stop shop for nails, toes and brows.

Sarah Nau The service here is amazing! I got my nails done a few weeks ago as I was trying to find a new nail tech in the Orlando area. The booking process was quick and seamless, as well as the service. My nails look and feel amazing, weeks later all nails still look fresh and i’ve received so many compliments. They’re super durable and high quality as an active person! Tish is so sweet, looking forward to my next set!

Nancy Love John was amazing he was about to leave and decided to stay a little longer to go my nails! Great customer service and definitely easy to talk to! He fixed up my nails and definitely will be coming back for him to attend me again! Definitely recommend!!!

Megan Angulo I have been going to ombré nail bar for almost 3 1/2 years. I highly recommend them. They are so sweet. From the front desk to check out. You can have a drink on them including wine or a mimosa. Dana has been the amazing nail artist who has done my nails since day one and is the best!!! She always tries new things I bring in from Pinterest. I’ve had other nail artists when she isn’t available and I’ve also had a great experience but Dana is always my #1!!! She did my engagement nails, wedding nails, and will soon do my baby shower nails.

Nicole Martinez I had my first full set appointment today with Johnny (table 5) and my second pedicure done by Angela. The staff is always welcoming as walk-ins are accepted. Johnny was professional, focused and dedicated to satisfying my requests and design. Angela is quiet and she takes her time. They offer mimosas, wine and other beverages while waiting in the lobby or during your service which is nice and helps you relax. If you’re looking for good service, quality products and a clean space to get your nails, toes or waxing done, this is a good place. The only downside may be wait times if you’re in a rush, time crunch or don’t have an appointments scheduled. I’ll be back in two weeks!

Nadia Debbarh I’ve gone to Grey Orchid 3 times for massages and I’ve never been disappointed! Today I had a relaxation massage. From start to finish, the experience was so relaxing and exactly what I needed. Danyiell was professional, attentive, and really listened to what I was looking for. The pressure was perfect, and she made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I left feeling completely refreshed and tension-free. The girls that checked me in were kind and attentive as well, really great staff.

Karen Michaels I have lived in Winter Park for over 10 years and always passed by Grey Orchid Spa but never made it in. Well, today I made a massage and facial appointment. I am kicking myself that I have not been going here the whole time. The staff is amazing, the spa is beautiful. It’s just a wonderful spot. Highly recommend!

Kali All staff is so lovely!! The salon is clean, their prices are amazing as well. they offer so many specials and it’s not insanely expensive. Angie is such a sweetheart and Chi is the BESTTTT (ignore the bruise under my toe lol)

Cristina G My gel started peeling one day after and by the next day almost all of them are completely destroyed. I noticed none of my nails weren’t even filed correctly. Even After I had to ask her to file them, they are all still uneven. No effort or detail to the job. I called and she asked if I had been the last customer and said it was “weird” that they chipped. Like, why would I want to go back again? If she worked in a rush because I was the last customer she should’ve just turned me away. I did call before I walked in to make sure there was availability. She didn’t say a word except to ask if I was adding a tip. If I could give zero stars I would. I don’t suggest giving your hard earned money this place.

Iliana Lacouture I’ve been to this nail salon several times, and each visit has been worse than the last. From the moment you walk in, there’s absolutely no welcoming atmosphere—no smiles, no greeting—just cold stares that make you feel like you’re not wanted there. It’s like they’re asking, What do you want? instead of offering any kind of customer service. On my most recent visit, I brought my own nail color, thinking it was suitable for gel. Instead of politely informing me otherwise, the technician proceeded to mock me and gave me serious attitude. The salon was empty except for two other people, and yet I still felt unwelcome. There’s also always this one male technician who constantly looks people up and down with a demeanor like he’s better than everyone else. His attitude never changes—it’s always rude and condescending. On a previous visit, I asked for a chrome finish, but they applied the wrong color. When I pointed it out, they fixed it but with so much attitude, as if it was my fault, even though they admitted to the mistake. Overall, I’ve had a terrible experience at this salon. Unless management steps in and provides serious training on customer service and basic manners, I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

Maria B Warning that there’s a lady there that has no idea what she’s doing. It was my first time at this nail salon. I went with my daughter for a gel mani/regular pedi. The technician that did my daughter’s nail seemed competent but mine seemed to be winging it. My nails look absolutely awful. I should have gone with my gut feeling that told me to skip the gel manicure after I saw my pedicure. She also nicked one of my fingers and her massages were weird, like barely touching me. I wish I knew her name, I believe she sat at the first table but don’t know for sure because for the manicures, they would just bring every piece of equipment from their table to the pedicure chairs while our toes were drying. It was uncomfortable as they had to stand in an awkward position, having to lean awfully close to us (our personal space) while walking back and forth between their tables to get supplies and us. I have no idea why they didn’t just have us sit at their tables. It was odd. I had called my regular salons for a last minute appointment but this one was the only one with availability and now I see why.

Aerial Robinson I’ve been getting white SNS for years and never had this issue. Less than a week after service my nails are all yellow/brown and cracking. Paid more than I typically do and am extremely disappointed in the quality and that I now how to pay to get my nails redone only a week later.

anthony lombardi I received a manicure, pedicure and eyebrow waxing from Rose yesterday. She did an excellent job. The extra foot massage was something I tried for the first time and I really enjoyed it. I suggest treating yourself to that. My gel manicure looks excellent. She made sure my eyebrows were perfect. I just moved to this area and Im so glad I went here first. Will definitely be back. Thank you.

Lo Do I don’t recommend coming here. I’m pretty chill when it comes to getting my nails done. I don’t make too many requests and just trust the professionals to do their thing. The lady was so rough with me. I get gel on my toes. She immediately started drilling, and it burned. I should’ve gotten up right there in that moment and left. But I understand it happens sometimes. I mentioned the water was too hot. She didn’t do anything to adjust the temperature, so I just kept my feet out of the water until it cooled down a bit. I felt like I was getting my toes done by a pack of chihuahuas. The way she grabbed my ankles, I thought I’d done something to upset her. When I started paying attention, I noticed she was staring me down. Initially, I was like, Oh, there must be a TV behind me. Then I took this photo and realized there wasn’t; she was just mean-mugging me, and I was weirded out a bit. This was towards the end of the service, so I just decided to finish and get out as quickly as possible. When she placed the top coat on and put the light over it, it started to burn. She said it’s fine, that happens. So I was like, Uh, okay. I’m happy to be out of there. I am not happy with my toes. They are horribly done. I will not be going back, and I recommend you look elsewhere too. Or see a different nail tech. The woman next to me seemed to be enjoying her service.

bruce minott First time coming here and they did an amazing job on my nails ,it was everything I asked for! The prices are reasonable and also they offer 20% off your first visit. I went to Julie she does a great Job! I will Definitely be coming back for a follow up appointment. Also location is good and have different stores and restaurants around the area. They Are Also Under New Management.

tay I had a fantastic experience here! My mom, niece and I walked in and they were able to take us on a busy Saturday. Tony and Jen were so helpful, friendly, and professional. We showed them pictures of what we wanted and they delivered! We are so happy with our experience and will definitely be coming back!

Shana I arrived at this location at about 1740 and was greeted right away . They were a bit busy and closed at 1900 however, they were able to do my pedicure and eyebrows . Andy did a great job with my toes . He was patient and did not rush . Jennifer did my eyebrows and cleaned them up as I asked . My eyebrows are full so she did as we agreed and cleaned them up keeping the fullness . This was my first time there as I do not live in the area but when I am this will be my to go nail salon .

- Its been exactly five weeks since my last manicure, and my nails are still holding up perfectly. Ive had Russian manicures in NYC, Georgia, and several places in Orlando, but this has been the best experience by far. The quality of the work is outstanding, there isnt a single chip in sight, whether on the nail or the polish. Excellent job Oksana!

MacKenzie Allison I’ve been going to Posh every two weeks for about a 1.5 years now and have never had a bad experience. I love their attention to detail, quality of treatment, and delightful team. Kiki and Coco are always there and the first to greet you, and every stylist is always so wonderful. Amy, Vicky, and so many others really go the extra mile to ensure your experience is QUALITY, and that really makes such a difference! Best spot in Orlando.

Shantal Gonsalves WONT RECOMMEND lol…I think the photos pretty much explain themselves. No shape and totally crooked and uneven. Color didn’t match my toes, even though I picked the exact same color. AND on top of that, I asked for dip on my real nails because I have longer natural nails…The tech used acrylic on me and now my nails are damaged and ruined!! It actually burned and hurt getting them done too because he was so rough. Called to speak to the manager a few days later and requested a refund, he denied that but as I continued to speak with him to figure out a solution, he HUNG UP on me. Honestly, I don’t mean to bash anyone in there in the slightest. This was just my true experience…

Terra Mehaffey Jay has been my nail tech for years. Even when I moved to nj for a couple months I would come back every other weekend to take care of clients but my nail appt came first. Thanks Jay! I usually get pinks with chrome, ombré, or something very natural.

Tracy M Pink & white short acrylic no polish, no cuticle care was $65 + tip. Too expensive. I wont be back. Im not one to make a scene & argue about price but will definitely warn the next person if I feel I need to. I let my nail tech know that I dont usually get my nails done and asked around after. Im definitely convinced she took advantage when I told her that. Ask for price ahead of time if youre going to get services from this nail salon.
