Kali All staff is so lovely!! The salon is clean, their prices are amazing as well. they offer so many specials and it’s not insanely expensive. Angie is such a sweetheart and Chi is the BESTTTT (ignore the bruise under my toe lol)

Cristina G My gel started peeling one day after and by the next day almost all of them are completely destroyed. I noticed none of my nails weren’t even filed correctly. Even After I had to ask her to file them, they are all still uneven. No effort or detail to the job. I called and she asked if I had been the last customer and said it was “weird” that they chipped. Like, why would I want to go back again? If she worked in a rush because I was the last customer she should’ve just turned me away. I did call before I walked in to make sure there was availability. She didn’t say a word except to ask if I was adding a tip. If I could give zero stars I would. I don’t suggest giving your hard earned money this place.

Iliana Lacouture I’ve been to this nail salon several times, and each visit has been worse than the last. From the moment you walk in, there’s absolutely no welcoming atmosphere—no smiles, no greeting—just cold stares that make you feel like you’re not wanted there. It’s like they’re asking, What do you want? instead of offering any kind of customer service.
On my most recent visit, I brought my own nail color, thinking it was suitable for gel. Instead of politely informing me otherwise, the technician proceeded to mock me and gave me serious attitude. The salon was empty except for two other people, and yet I still felt unwelcome. There’s also always this one male technician who constantly looks people up and down with a demeanor like he’s better than everyone else. His attitude never changes—it’s always rude and condescending.
On a previous visit, I asked for a chrome finish, but they applied the wrong color. When I pointed it out, they fixed it but with so much attitude, as if it was my fault, even though they admitted to the mistake.
Overall, I’ve had a terrible experience at this salon. Unless management steps in and provides serious training on customer service and basic manners, I cannot recommend this place to anyone.
