3 /5 Maria B: Warning that there’s a lady there that has no idea what she’s doing. It was my first time at this nail salon. I went with my daughter for a gel mani/regular pedi. The technician that did my daughter’s nail seemed competent but mine seemed to be winging it. My nails look absolutely awful. I should have gone with my gut feeling that told me to skip the gel manicure after I saw my pedicure. She also nicked one of my fingers and her massages were weird, like barely touching me. I wish I knew her name, I believe she sat at the first table but don’t know for sure because for the manicures, they would just bring every piece of equipment from their table to the pedicure chairs while our toes were drying. It was uncomfortable as they had to stand in an awkward position, having to lean awfully close to us (our personal space) while walking back and forth between their tables to get supplies and us. I have no idea why they didn’t just have us sit at their tables. It was odd. I had called my regular salons for a last minute appointment but this one was the only one with availability and now I see why.
