Janie T Dr. Horn was excellent on doing my root canals. I didnt feel anything. Dr. Wade done my crowns and they are excellent. I would recommend them both. The assistants that worked with them was awesome as well. Glad to have my teeth fixed.

SHERRY LEDTKE Visiting here from Indianapolis and had bad toothache. They were able to get me in right away. The assistants were friendly and helpful, especially Jay! Dr Shuayb was professional and gracious. She came up with a treatment plan, discussed it with my husband and me then helped me come to a decision. I opted for extraction. I usually get nitrous oxide, which they dont use, but the procedure was ok without it. Answered all questions when i called back 2 days later. I very much appreciate their help.

My 6 year old had a filling done today, the dentist and dental assistant took the time to show her all the instruments they were going to use, prior to the procedure, so she would know what to expect! The filling was done so quick and painlessly! I am so grateful for them! Overall great experience!

Jessica Masterson I dont know where to start but to say that I should have came to this office when I moved here. Ive been to several offices in Spring Hill and they were all horrible. I wanted a more family/friendly atmosphere rather than an office just trying to take your money. I went to Bright Now over the weekend and they completely misdiagnosed me. They told me I had gum disease and 6 cavities! Today, I went to this office for a second opinion and I have zero cavities and healthy gums. The office staff was wonderful to me and treated me like they knew me for years even though we were complete strangers. The Dr was very nice. He was warm, gentle, and kind. You can tell right away that he has a good heart and soul. His energy is uplifting and genuine. He will not try to take your money or do unnecessary work. Look no further and book your appointment with this office!!!!! Thank you to everyone for helping me out today. I will forever be grateful for your honesty and helping me get an appointment so quickly.

Rosamond Fairweather Dr. Akel has been my dentist for quite a while. Im on a budget so Ive had to get a few teeth out here and there on my way to ultimately get dentures. I have a lot of anxiety problems and numbing can be an issue for me, but he has always been patient and calm which makes me feel so much more comfortable. I cannot recommend Dr. Akel enough. The office is always clean and the staff is always super nice to me every time I come in for an appointment. I look forward to using this dentist for all of my dental needs for years to come!

Dudley Herrin I popped a crown off of a tooth. When I called and told them I needed to get it glued back on they got me in right away. In no time it was done. They were prompt, professional and polite. If you need a dentist this is a great place to go.

Dr. Heinecke he is very polite, professional, and friendly. I had to have two crowns replaced and he made it a gentle process as possible. His office staff is very friendly. Sarah Patton My experience with Dr. Hashemian was amazing! The entire procedure took just an hour to remove all four of my wisdom teeth, and I woke up with zero pain. Now, 34 hours post-surgery (day 2), I still feel great—I haven’t needed any pain relief pills, and there’s no swelling at all! I can tell he took his time and was both gentle and precise during the extraction. The aftercare was thoroughly explained multiple times, and I even received a care bag to help rinse my extraction sites. I was honestly super nervous being my first dental surgery but I’m glad I came here, I highly recommend this place!

Mary Ann Adams I had a terrible experience here. I had an entire tooth and root extraction 2 years ago by Dr H. at the Spring Hill office at a cost of nearly $2000. It was an office emergency because I had cracked a tooth and it needed to be extracted that day due to the pain, and was in preparation for an implant. I was told by the doctor that he would give us a significant military discount. The bill of around $2000 was paid in full in the office the day of the surgery ( this was an excess amount paid in case insurance wouldnt pay) , and because the office didnt write down the note of "military discount" in my chart, they have been sending me office bills which I have disputed for extra $500 over the past 2 years with phone calls to their office. The office seemed rushed and unorganized the morning of my visit. I was in pain and my husband, who is the veteran, waited patiently in the lobby while I had my surgery and he paid up front before the surgery could begin. This seems to be a greedy surgeon who has not honored his promises for a military discount and has several reviews with similar billing themes, In addition, he saved money by performing my anesthesia while at the same time also performing my surgery and left me extremely bruised for over 2 weeks. ( See attached picture ) This seemed to be very risky because I had general anesthesia by him. This was not the safest practice in my opinion because he should have had a second person actually there to administer and monitor the anesthesia. This lack of monitoring caused me to become severely bruised. I followed the post procedure directions, yet the extreme bruising was a result of poor monitoring. I could not return to work for a few weeks because of my deep bruising. His offices sent my bill to collections after all of this and I am continuously being harassed. I tried calling them and the office manager actually yelled at me today and accused me of lying about the military discount that was promised to me by the surgeon at my visit date 2 years ago. As I stated earlier, I paid everything up front in the office, plus an excess amount over the amount billed in case my insurance didnt pay yet they still want more money! I paid them everything in full, and do not understand why they are pressuring me with collections. I definitely would NOT recommend going here. I do not appreciate their pressuring tactics and hope reading this review will help someone from experiencing what I have gone through.

Atlas Smith This is more directed at the Doctors Performance and The operation more than the staff and the assistant. Doctor Didnt acknowledge translator until realizing the language barrier, then proceeds to disregard the fact that the patient needs translating. Doctor was irritated that translating was even necessary unfortunately, occasionally proceeded to talk over translator because he wanted to get on with explanation. Attempted to insist on upselling Titanium Alloy tooth when patient specifically wanted just regular both tooth implant. After the fact, the assistant was nice enough to state that the regular bone tooth was an option. After operation, the TOOTH THAT WAS OPERATED ON was chipped in two in patients mouth still which means they did not clean up properly. My mother couldve choked on her tooth because you decided to leave it in after operating when she was under. Clearly was rushed and extraction was not properly performed. Very disappointed. Assistant was very sweet but doctor was very rude and rushed and just clearly not a people person.

Gary Johonnett Dr. Sarah did two crowns for me, and from the beginning to the end ( which was all done in one day) the dental assistants and technical folks who made the crowns were terrific! Dr. sarah is a highly efficient dentist! I also had a partial redone here and from the beginning to completion, the care and attention to detail was superb! The partial is the best fitting one that I have had done. My only regret is that I don’t remember the names of everyone who worked on my case, so thank you to everyone there! For one day crowns, and excellent dentistry, I highly recommend Shuayb dentistry and Dr. Sarah. The office staff was great also!

Chris Milano This is section 8 of primary care. Its run like a circus nothing is ever in order and files are lost. I had an appointment in December then was sent for blood work. I go back in January to review the charts meanwhile they arent even listed as my primary care doctor. Somehow the first visit was a mistake and I shouldnt have even been able to been seen. This is Doctor do little for the lack of service and patient health. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Then a rude lady named Shauna answered the phone and got attitude with me when its not my fault this facility is incompetent. Not filling a patients mental health medication on time is not okay!!

The office manager is an absolute gem, as are the 2 ladies who did my impressions, and adjusted them for me. The dentist is very forthcoming, and takes good care of his patients. 10/10 would recommend
