Meryem Sanmi Just want to share my worst experience with this office, especially the manager whos responsible for the billing. After I did 2 crowns. They billed my insurance with a wrong bill. They did got their payment. But,later u started to get phone calls for extra payments. When I spoked to them, they started playing games with me. Until they said oh it was a mistake with the billing. But, I still had to pay some out of packets wich I did pay. Then I started to get another phone calls from California,the office of the collection following me for another payments, I paid it again. Be careful with this office Manager, she seems this not the first time shes doing this. She got very upset because I found out what she did with the billing. I will never be a stupid person to get people like this Mansger still my money.

Alaina Youngs I am 4 months pregnant. I usually go every 6 months for a cleaning and don’t really need much else. Well, my pregnancy caused my gums to get really inflamed and to the point it was hard to eat. The reception was fabulous and fit me in to the schedule that day. They were able to determine that I had no major issues, but told me to try a few different rinses to help with my inflamed gums. 2 days of that and almost in tears I called again hoping to get relief. The receptionist fit me in to the schedule the same day again! Dr. Lampert was sure to tell the hygienist of my sensitivities and how to best proceed. Mina, the hygienist was very careful and sweet. She numbed my mouth a few times because it was painful to get around my gums. She stopped and checked on me often. She double checked things with the doctor because of my pregnancy. They went above and beyond to take care of me. This is why I drive 45 min. to an hour to come to this office. Thank you to all the staff. You guys are the best.

Chris Lyons I have had good experiences at this location with the hygienists, Dentist and the office staff. I have been a patient here for probably over ten years now. My latest cleaning was with Benu and it was great, she is very throughout but friendly and kind.

San Wolverton My favorite dentist ever retired last year. And I was skeptical about starting over with a new one. But once I met Dr Canaday, all concern evaporated! The office staff remained with Suzanne and Bridget, (and others!) so the great care from both of them made it still feel like “home!” The doctor is kind, caring, and personable, making the appointments comfortable. Lyndee Lindsey Time to jump back on the wagon after having a horrible experience with another Dentist that I foolishly paid in advance for work not performed. Reminding myself that All Dentists arent that corrupt. Dr Hannas office @ Smile Design Dentistry Countryside is not only priced reasonably but her staff is just as friendly and caring as Dr Hanna is. Instead of paying a $400 membership fee for lower pricing. Simile Design has none. The night guard would have cost an extra $750 in addition to membership. Hannas office charged $350 for my guard. Even when I lost it, she only charged for the guard! Her assistant Bojana waa friendly and knows her craft. Liz and Becky at the front desk always has a smile and knows that youve entered the building. Jordan has cleaned my teeth twice, being efficient and friendly each time. I see where that friendly attitude starts- at the top. Dr Hanna is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, gentle and Happy! I didnt flinch at her injections as a self professesed Whimp! A reasonable dentistry and obviously interested in the patients health over her pocket. I highly recommend Smile Design Dentistry!

Ed Yackel Yeah. Finally found a great dentist and support staff in the area. The staff is very friendly and explain all procdues as they go. Your comfort and understanding is import to them. DMD Patel is great, her preventative look on dental care is amazing. My daughter said it was the best dentist appointment she has ever had. Missouri Gardens Dental is highly recommended!!

Michael Hexemer Multiple new crowns were performed efficiently with very good fits and no issues between temporary and final crowns. A caution that I recommend an upfront agreement with the number of X-rays to be taken as I think in my case was very excessive. Not always with shielding blanket. Not a cost issue as they are part of the predetermined charge.

But from phone call to walking in the door, we were so comfortable.. and the staff took SUCH great care of my boy.. Each person went above and beyond to make him comfortable.. while also setting realistic expectations. We still have another visit to go for our issue to be taken care of but I feel very excited to continue to work with this office! I left in happy tears behind the care they showed my boy! I am an environmental worker so I know about cleanliness that’s the first thing I noticed super clean and the staff disinfects right after any use. You can tell it’s kept up very well and everything is super new and modern. Going in I knew what a mess I had, so I was pleased with the care plan they presented. The admin made It super helpful and easy to understand the costs and plans. I appreciate a direct quote with no extra extra stuff they are super direct and speak normal terms for the patient to understand. I also appreciate not trying to hustle the patient to buy cleaning tools etc like at other places. The place is equipped to handle treatment on the spot, so I was very happy to do everything in one place and no need for extra bookings and taking off work. I appreciated the Doctor she’s very knowledgeable and helpful she is very gentle and honest. Dr.Aida Kermani she knows what she’s doing. I appreciated the technicians who help and get everything prepared they are so nice and understanding, I left feeling taken cared of. Let’s face it when getting work done the discomfort and the costs are going to be there regardless but at least the hours you are there it’s important to have caring people and that’s what I got. Give them a try very you will be happy .. worth every penny.

Jamison Hinkle Ensured my tooth extraction and bone graft was done completely painless. Every question and concern I had was considered and very well explained by Dr. Wheatley. The entire process was very swift but also thorough. My surgery was done with great coordination between Dr. Wheatley and the other gentleman’s name that I didn’t catch. “You guys are like a Nascar pit crew”. They also will work with you on payment plans which is amazing and keeps a human side to the business I feel, especially with the vultures that we call insurance companies flying around. 10/10 rather not, but would extract again.

Given my very long dental history, I have always dreaded going to the dentist. Now when I go I know I am going to be well cared for. That takes away feelings of dread. He was going to a pediatric dentist and I finally realized he was old enough to go with me to Dr. Prior. I cannot recommend this practice enough. It has a small family-owned everyone knows your name feel to it, while providing top-notch care. My son had a painful tooth and they squeezed him in at the end of the day and we were so grateful. They are kind, responsive, and knowledgeable.

Chris I returned to this practice just recently and am so happy I did!! I was treated kindly, professionally and repeatedly welcomed back. The office is fully updated, the equipment is state of the art and the staff is gracious. Never did I feel for a minute that I was interrupting their day. They were there for my comfort and concerns. Originally, I had scheduled a cleaning but, since I had been away a couple of years, they recommended a full exam. So happy I agreed to do this! The Dr. and hygienist carefully and fully explained what they were looking for and where I was on the wellness scale. Always positive and encouraging. I left the office with a few more tools in my box for my regime in order to take better care of myself and a feeling of having done exactly the right thing.

Edgardo Ocasio Best dentist visit I’ve ever had for so many reasons. I’ll start with the more significant of Martha, explaining as she is going through the motions of cleaning my teeth to fully explain everything even without me asking which is great because I learned a lot about my own teeth today. They seem to really care and are very welcoming. The dentist was very kind, patient, and seemed to be very caring and genuine. I am glad I chose this place. Aesthetically, the plaza looks a little older but it’s misleading as soon as you enter the office as everything is extremely clean and in pristine shape. Upon entry I was welcomed by two sweet ladies, Gianna and Alicia. They were kind and we had a few laughs. I’ve never had a problem at a dentist office before but this place is definitely my favorite place to go now! Thank you for being so close to my house as well!
