Dr. Backer, Franki, Saidy, Terri, and Amy are well trained and always learning new ways to help us have healthy mouths. They explain what needs to happen, the procedures, and the home care to do afterward. Each person is treated as a unique individual. Given my very long dental history, I have always dreaded going to the dentist. Now when I go I know I am going to be well cared for. That takes away feelings of dread. The family atmosphere helps immensely as well. Nicolle, Yuli and the other people at the front desk who make everything run smoothly are tops! You will be happy to have found this dental practice. We just went through a long procedure together to help me eat well again. Here are my new teeth! Maureen

Mellie Gordon: Dr. Doerner is very personable, practical and honest. He is very reasonable with his rates. My husband is very happy and impressed with the work Dr.Doerner did on his very problematic tooth. I felt very comfortable with him and trust him to do a good job on doing the crowns on my front teeth in June. His hygienist, Lorene, is the best hygienist I have had in the area. She was very thorough in cleaning my teeth. The X-Ray technician was very gentle and I had minimal pain with the X-Ray bites compared to other technicians I had in the past. The staff at Dr. Doerner’s office are all friendly and pleasant to deal with and I love the general peaceful feeling of the place even though it is a dental office that many of us dread to go to… I’ll keep you posted as to how my crowns turned out.

OR they’ll cancel the appointment after it started and you’ve been waiting on the virtual call. We had a virtual call for sick that we waited over a week and they canceled 3 minutes after it started. Absolutely ridiculous.

No one likes change but my new hygienist is a very pleasant and competent young lady. My reason for this review is doctor Mourany. She is a very kind, gentle and caring dentist. I had to have a small cavity repaired, it was as painless a process for a filling as I belive Ive ever had. She was fast, efficient and so very pleasant. I Couldnt recommend her more.
