Rob Moores Went in for a dental cleaning and x rays after over a year. I’ve never had issues with dental health. I went in, they took 4 x rays and dr. Milena de la Providencia determined that based on one area of gum recession I would need a 4 quadrant deep cleaning.
After they brought back the quote to the tune of 1600$ and an estimated cost to me of 600$, I determined that I didn’t want the deep cleaning and that I wanted a second opinion but that I wanted my regular cleaning. Her assistants at the front desk left and returned stating that they could “take off $200” if I did the cleaning today. I refused and said that I didn’t have time. They responded by saying the doctor “didn’t feel it was appropriate to do a regular cleaning”.
After that, the dr spent 5-10 minutes going over my teeth removing plaque, jammed a gum measurement tool into my pockets until they bled, told me I had poor flossing habits and they didn’t polish my teeth and sent over a 500$ bill to my insurance.
I would review other options before going to this office for any work big or small.

Berenice Traviesas Highly recommend! I usually have anxiety about going to the dentist but Dr. Lopez is excellent, and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I can honestly say this is the best dental experience I have had in my life. Thank you again!!!

Lolo Lulu I have never seen a doctor who has absolutely no passion for what he is doing and obsessed only with money. I waited 2 hours, while I was waiting, a man entered in distress shouting, Its been only two days and it fell!” The assistant answer was, well shit happens “.After 2 h the doctor came and quickly looked in my mouth, something dripped on my lip, his spit. He talked on top of my face with no mask, put his fingers in my mouth with no gloves then left to finish with a different patient. I needed dental bonding for my front worn 4 teeth. After he worked a few minutes, he gave me a mirror to look at and left to a different patient saying he would come back to polish. Here when I really got scared and realized that I was in bad hands. My teeth looked like a child playing with plasticine, or a construction worker with cement.The two front teeth glued together, square shape, flat different shapes close to the gums, and a gray line between my teeth( he shaved a lot then put some boding, not enough and was see thru).When he came back and I pointed at all this he looked at me like I was crazy and rolled his eyes. Start to scream,, if you wanted perfection you should put veneers!! , did you see your teeth before?! etc. I begged him to fix it and he acted like I am bothering him and I am being a pain. Keep in mind he took the payment before starting working (1080$).and like this he left few times to work on different patients, everytime he came back begged him to fix, and polish and every time he came back gave me the look like he does not see anything wrong with his work .I left crying , with teeth very uneven, weavy at the surface, one more bulky than the other one, lumpy, speckled, patchy and when I bite one of the bottom tooth hits the top one and always run to the mirror to see if the tooth broke( very bad bite). I had this concern but he assured he is professional and its not gonna be a problem.I cant call this arrogant, money-hungry man a doctor.Has no idea of the natural anatomy of the tooth, no desire to do a good job and only sees money. He will jump over you with his assistant like two hyenas to convince you for the most expensive procedures( veneers or Invisalign. Mad at myself for not listening to my inner voice.Wanted to save a few bucks because my insurance was covering consultation and X-ray and convenient location..Now I need to go to a different dentist to fix what this man did, and I will end up paying more.I still can believe a man with so many years of experience can be so bad at his job and blinded by his ego and arrogance. I had to smell his breath because he never wears a mask or gloves and never saw him washing his hands but moves from patient to patient simultaneously saying that this is how he does things in his clinic, working on few patients at the same time. Listen to your instinct people and run from this clinic ( unless you want a dental cleaning, that lady is the only good worker there ). Nobody deserves to be treated the way I was treated!
