Anne Marie Ditto to all the 5-star reviews. I was nervous about finding a new dentist after 27 years with the same office. I loved my old dentist, but Dr. Diaz is better - the BEST dentist ever. She uncovered a cavity that had gone undetected for ages. Of course, the state of the art digital (low-radiation) x-rays helped. Eva is an excellent assistant, equally kind and expert. She provided clear directions for after-care. Kaitlyn is a great office manager, helpful and clear. And, last but not least, Kimberly provided the best dental cleaning of my life!!! Thanks to everyone at Premier.

Nancy Flannery A tooth became unglued on my dentures. I found Affordable Dentures & Implants on the web and decided to give them a try. I was seen within five minutes after checking in. They looked at my dentures and said they could fix them within an hour. I highly recommend Affordable Dentures & Implants. Their prices are reasonable and they dont try to sell you new Dentures if you dont need them. All in all it was a pleasant experience with a friendly staff. Thank you for the great service.

Devesha Dean Probably the worse dental experiences I have had: * The office hours on the door do not match the actual office hours, so when you have an appointment at 8am and the office hours on the door show 9am, then you wait, you are late to your appointment (the dental hygienist then begins to scrape the hours off the door as you point this out). * I watched a man kicked out because of some complication with his insurance. * I had an $80 dollar co-pay that I paid using their online payment system ("NexHealth") at the beginning of the year, only to receive several USPS mails saying I had not paid an outstanding balance. It took several calls (and months) and forwarding emails as proof of my payment to settle the case. * I receive a text message and email this month that I owe $226.00 with no backup as to what that entails, only a form to pay. I have no appointments scheduled. This place is ridiculous. The scheduling and payment systems they use are awful. There are many more dentists out there. Do not go to this place.

Madison Hanna I typically dont write reviews, but my recent visit to this dentist has compelled me to share my experience. I scheduled appointments for my fiance and myself for a new patient general cleaning, with our slots set for 2 PM and 3:20 PM, respectively. However, I found myself waiting for over 40 minutes without any acknowledgment from the staff. Apparently, there was no receptionist on duty, which contributed to the delay. Once I was finally acknowledged, I was informed that the delay was due to the fact that the office had only one hygienist and one dentist, who appeared virtually. By this point, my fiance was still in the middle of his appointment with the hygienist, and I realized Id have to wait for him to finish before I could be seen. Because of this, I made the decision to leave without ever receiving the cleaning I had scheduled. In hindsight, Im relieved I left when I did. My fiances appointment lasted THREE HOURS, and to our surprise, he didnt even receive a cleaning. Instead, the appointment included x-rays, teeth measurements, and various procedures, but the basic cleaning we expected was omitted. This seemed a little off because both of us have been new patients before, and we have never experienced such a prolonged initial appointment without a cleaning. I understand that dental offices can face staffing challenges, but ideally, they should have informed us of the delay upon our arrival or reached out to us beforehand, so we wouldnt have had to wait for an extended period in the office, unaware of the situation. We hope that the office can improve its communication and efficiency for the sake of its patients.

After a glowing recommendation from a good friend, I decided to get in touch with Vero Smiles and make the drive from Melbourne. They were able to get me in very quickly. The office was clean and the staff was very kind and professional. I had missed two cleanings in a row due to moving and am Glad I got in when I did. My hygienist was extremely gentle and helped me get back on track. Luckily, I came in just in time and was able to continue my no cavity record :)

And I was offered bottled water as well. Overall, the whole experience was fantastic!

Patricia nypafl I had a nasty trip and fall resulting with one of my front teeth at a 45* angle. I was referred to Dr J Brown whose skill not only did the difficult tasks of setting the tooth right but cared for my total wellness. He tended to my emotional state as well as right the tooth. His assistant Becky even brought me crushed ice in a bag for the exterior lip and a cup of watermelon flavored ice for the cut inside the mouth. The whole office was compassionate and cared for my total wellness not only the tooth. This is true health care!!! It is so uplifting to know there are kind , compassionate , caring people in this world. Dr Brown was a great dentist ( I think he saved the tooth!!) and a fantastic human being!!! I highly recommend Dr J Brown!!

She was very thorough in explaining everything and making sure I was comfortable. Dr Morgan was able to squeeze me in the very next day for sedation. As anxious and nervous as I was, the sedation was great and I am really thankful that she recommended it. I will definitely refer my family and friends.

Kyle Goodnow Brought my 2 year old son there this morning, and they made him feel so welcomed and at home! He fell and pushed his tooth up into his gum a few weeks ago, and Dr. Joe made him a priority and got him right in! We went back today for a follow up, it was quick, easy and my son had a good time playing with the big selection of toys that they have for kids! I absolutely recommend this dentist for any and all children! If I could give 10 starts I would. Will continue to bring both of my kids there for years to come! Thank you again!

Rebecca Ledford My Grandson saw Dr Joe today and this Dr was not consoling when my Grandson was scared and finger punched him in the chest which made him even more scared. When he was brought to the front the staff looked concerned but his parents didn’t get to speak with the doctor AND they don’t allow parents in the back. I wouldn’t recommend this place or Dr now seeing all these other reviews.. i believe my Grandson The fact I have to even give a 1 star is absurd.

Rachel Picarelli I usually don’t get online and write reviews, but because of the horrible disrespectful service from this dentist that we’ve used for almost 8 years, I felt compelled to share. My kids were being seen by the older Joe Who was the best dentist ever but since they switched and the younger one was working, he is very rude and disrespectful and the same amount of service was not provided. Both of my kids were suggested to get braces and when I told them I couldn’t afford them and had to find a different insurance and ortho that required a prior letter or braces suggestion They told me that they would not write a letter stating that they suggested the braces unless we were being seen through them. Rebecca in the front office who I believe is a manager was rude , talking down to me and actually ended up hanging up on me. Find another dentist ! Don’t waste your time here as the service and quality of this office has severely Declined over the years ! I am coming back to respond to the comment from the office alone. No one is asking for anything fraudulent . There is MORE THAN ENOUGH treatment history as my children have been patients for over 8 years . You referred them To the ortho but only want to refer them to your in house ortho and nothing else. I would never ever suggest Something fraud so your response just further supports the comment I made above and how your trying to justify the need for braces if we were to go to another ortho and not use your company .

Lynn Sherman I’ve got my smile back after 20 years! I found Dr. Hagood after reading Google reviews, so I had to come back and share. I selected 3 dentists and set up consults with each. Their prices were all comparable, but after a consult with Dr. Hagood and Kristen, I didn’t want to work with anyone else! Heres the story of what I needed…at around 20 years old, I had to have an emergency root canal on a front tooth. Five years later, I got a crown, but the color was always off and I was self conscious about my smile. I had already spent a lot of money and I didn’t know how to fix it, so I lived with it. Nearing 40 years old, I was determined to have a confident smile once and for all. While living in Oregon, I had the old root canal removed, bone graphing, and then an implant placed, but then I had to move back to Florida before I could get the new crown. That’s when I got to sit down with Dr. Hagood. He and Kristen gave me undivided attention, explained the situation clearly, and presented me with options. From day 1, it felt like I finally had people behind me, equally as determined to fix my smile as I was. It took multiple appointments to get the right fit and look of the crown, but I never once felt rushed or like I was being too picky. Dr. Hagood even did some in-room adjustments, true to his office’s name, “The Art of Dentistry.” This review is long, but honestly, I can’t say enough. It’s been a few weeks now and I’m getting used to my new smile, relearning to smile without hesitation after so long. I’m so grateful to Dr. Hagood, Kristen, Carly and Sabrina.
