Dr. Fidler is prompt, engaging and talented in his craft. The same can be said for the multiple hygienist I have had over the years. Just today Fanny cleaned my teeth and was thorough in her work as well as explaining how to best care for m teeth. I highly recommend Great Expressions.

Blair Jennifer As a terrified patient with a history of bad experiences, Dr Engle and his team have gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with every visit. From the first consultation, they have exuded calm confidence letting me get to know them at my pace. I’ve never seen a dental team trust and respect each other as much as they do, which permeates every area of the practice. For the treatments that cause greater anxiety, there’s IV sedation for that, and it’s great- including Dr Engle’s bad dad jokes as they work to help you be less anxious. (And, after observing and talking with members of their med spa team, I’m now eyeing their med spa practice for a future visit.) stephanie longo A few weeks ago, I had a “small” filling done on my wisdom tooth that progressively worsened, causing severe pain when drinking anything that wasn’t body temperature. Once we arrived in Naples for the winter, I needed to find a dentist quickly. Naples Premier Dentistry was conveniently located and accepted our insurance, so I booked an appointment online and was seen within a few days. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, putting me at ease right away. Dr. Meadows was kind, compassionate, and thorough. She identified remaining decay in the tooth and an infection at the root. She immediately prescribed antibiotics and scheduled an extraction to allow the medication to work beforehand. I’ve had upper wisdom teeth removed before, so I wasn’t looking forward to the procedure. However, Dr. Meadows completely exceeded my expectations! The extraction was surprisingly smooth, with minimal discomfort. She provided clear, simple aftercare instructions and even called the following morning to check on me—a thoughtful touch that really stood out. I also appreciated her willingness to send a picture of the tooth to my dentist back home for their records. This level of communication and attention to detail was impressive. I highly recommend Naples Premier Dentistry and Dr. Meadows. I’ll continue seeing them during my time in Naples!

hira azhar Was dealt with such great care! I got all of my 4 wisdom teeth removed and the dentist asked me multiple times how I was feeling during the procedure and was very patient and reassuring. Every staff member is so sweet and kind, I would recommend them for sure. Not only do they have great hospitality but I recovered very quickly and had absolutely no issues, they also called to check up on me as well. The consultation was even free, many other locations were charging for $500. So happy and will be returning for any other dental work.

Bryanna Sardinas I got my braces done at dental designs and I absolutely love the work I’ve been receiving. It’s only been a few months and I can already see a change in the position of my teeth as promised by Dr.Padilla. The staff at dental designs is very friendly and helpful and always have an open schedule for when I’ve had emergencies. Their Treatment Coordinators are so kind and understanding and they have some very reasonable prices for braces, and even monthly payment options. Treatment Coordinator Daniel always makes sure to answer any questions I may have, no matter how many. Every month I come in to the office for my orthodontic checkup and not only do they do the necessary work, but they also educate me on what stage I am in my braces process so it’s not all so confusing. It’s also very helpful that the majority of the office speaks multiple languages, which helps my Spanish speaking mother stay in the loop when it comes to my ortho treatment. This is an amazing office with amazing people and I’m glad to be a patient. I hope anyone who’s considering braces gives this practice a visit. You won’t regret it.

During my consultation, I was advised by a Dr. that I required a crown to replace a veneer and was also told I had a cavity on the same tooth. Given the significant cost and invasive nature of the recommended procedures, I sought a second professional opinion. To my surprise, the new dentist confirmed that the advice I had received was inaccurate—there was no need for a crown or cavity treatment on that tooth. The aggressive upselling and immediate credit card push made me feel extremely uncomfortable. This experience left me questioning the integrity of the practice and concerned for patients who might not seek additional opinions. I encourage anyone considering treatment here to trust their instincts and consult other professionals before proceeding. It could save you unnecessary costs and procedures. While the office may offer modern amenities and a polished appearance, my experience leads me to believe that profit takes precedence over patient well-being. I am relieved to have avoided an unnecessary $1,500 procedure by following my intuition and seeking further evaluation.

Kenia Cabrera Seoane Be Aware of Their Strict Policies I want to share my recent experience to make others aware. Last week, I confirmed an appointment for my son without knowing whether he would be able to attend, as he was also undergoing an extensive orthodontic procedure and left with a very sore mouth. I attempted to contact the manager, Yari, twice to explain the situation but was directed to voicemail both times. Today, I called to cancel the appointment as my son is still not feeling well. Surprisingly, this time I was able to speak directly with the manager. Unfortunately, despite explaining my son’s condition, she marked the appointment as a no-show without showing any understanding or empathy. I am truly saddened by how this situation was handled. While I understand the importance of policies, a little compassion and flexibility, especially when it involves a child’s health, would have made a big difference.

I visited one national chain dentist in Naples and they were horrible; should have read Yelp reviews before going there. Went back on Yelp app and read reviews on this company. Five Stars ; had a consultation with their professional team and decided to have work done here. I found the office staff very cordial, neat, and most importantly listened to my request. Will give follow up.

George Doulos Got in when Kaldany was here. Maria the hygienist is amazing, seen her 3-4 times in the last 2 years. I just came back from a dental tourism trip to Mexico. I needed 3 root canals and 10 crowns replaced. Upon arrival back to the state I realized I misplaced my cleomycin antibiotics and needed 1 more days worth about 2-3 capsules. I called the office and I was denied bc I do not have an active infection. How is this possible if I didnt even finish my cycle. I would say that until the cycle is done the infection should be considered active. I even offered to come in and see the doctor for the script and was also denied that option. Is the offices goal to have the infection re-appear?

Maria, the hygienist Ive seen for 3? years is exceptional, so good natured, fast and efficient and very knowledgeable. The office staff is very friendly and competent, including, as others noted, they make the billing and dental plan coverage a breeze. All good news for me, (Im sorry for the person who wrote the very negative review above); in my case, I highly recommend the practice to others.

Inna Anssari!!!!!!I came with one problem and got another, when cleaning my teeth they damaged a filling, they just tore it off and brought in an infection, she prescribed antibiotics to treat the gums only after four days, but this antibiotic did not give an effect, at I repeat appointment she prescribed another type of antibiotic, and the problem had already gone down to the root of the tooth where pus accumulated, the temperature rose and I had to go to emergency. I do not recommend this doctor to anyone. After that I started looking at forums and it turned out that there are many like me and many victims.

Maria Liz Might be a decent option if all you need are cleanings that are covered by insurance but if you need any additional work go get a second (and maybe third) opinion! I was quoted around $5k for a series of appointments for an infection, went to another dentist and had it fixed for less than a $1000. Plus the other dentist walked me through options so that I could make an informed decision.
