5 /5 Bryanna Sardinas: I got my braces done at dental designs and I absolutely love the work I’ve been receiving. It’s only been a few months and I can already see a change in the position of my teeth as promised by Dr.Padilla. The staff at dental designs is very friendly and helpful and always have an open schedule for when I’ve had emergencies. Their Treatment Coordinators are so kind and understanding and they have some very reasonable prices for braces, and even monthly payment options. Treatment Coordinator Daniel always makes sure to answer any questions I may have, no matter how many. Every month I come in to the office for my orthodontic checkup and not only do they do the necessary work, but they also educate me on what stage I am in my braces process so it’s not all so confusing. It’s also very helpful that the majority of the office speaks multiple languages, which helps my Spanish speaking mother stay in the loop when it comes to my ortho treatment. This is an amazing office with amazing people and I’m glad to be a patient. I hope anyone who’s considering braces gives this practice a visit. You won’t regret it.

While the treatment coordinator attempted to be friendly, her demeanor came across as insincere, prioritizing profit over patient care. From the moment I sat down, the focus seemed more on pushing a financial gain than providing thoughtful, patient-centered treatment options. During my consultation, I was advised by a Dr. that I required a crown to replace a veneer and was also told I had a cavity on the same tooth. Given the significant cost and invasive nature of the recommended procedures, I sought a second professional opinion. To my surprise, the new dentist confirmed that the advice I had received was inaccurate—there was no need for a crown or cavity treatment on that tooth. The aggressive upselling and immediate credit card push made me feel extremely uncomfortable. This experience left me questioning the integrity of the practice and concerned for patients who might not seek additional opinions. I encourage anyone considering treatment here to trust their instincts and consult other professionals before proceeding. It could save you unnecessary costs and procedures. While the office may offer modern amenities and a polished appearance, my experience leads me to believe that profit takes precedence over patient well-being. I am relieved to have avoided an unnecessary $1,500 procedure by following my intuition and seeking further evaluation.

5 /5 Furkids RUs RVers: Dr. Padilla and his staff are excellent. Everyone who I came into contact with was professional in their speech and manner. Clean and well groomed. Spoke English clearly. Knowledgeable. Kind and compassionate. The facility is beautiful and spotless and has cutting edge technology. Every step was carried out in a practiced manner, always keeping a calm and quiet atmosphere for the patients comfort. I will happily continue to patronize Dr. Padilla and Dental Designs Clinic! 5 /5 Dave Smith: After 1 week of being in pain and discomfort while on Christmas vacation out of town, I decided to go back home to get medical treatment in hopes of some relief. I called numerous dentist offices in our area to get an emergency appointment , however, I was unsuccessful. My wife mentioned she had seen Dr. Padilla in the past and had a great experience and suggested we call their office. We called and spoke with one of their staff members who was very compassionate and empathetic about my situation. She immediately scheduled an appointment for the next day. I went to my appointment this morning and met with Dr. Mendez and one of her assistants. They were both very kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Mendez had X-rays done and explained why I was in pain. She gave me options to get it taken care of the same day. Needless to say, I agreed to proceed with the procedure and all went smooth. I did not experience any pain or discomfort. I was given clear instructions and pricing before the procedure. I highly recommend anyone to come visit Dental Designs for any dental needs. Top notch service and care! For the best care I would always recommend getting a second opinion with another dentist to compare options for major dental concerns. Don’t let the treatment coordinator get to you! Make your best informed decision.
