I came in with braces, and Dr. Patel and the team were completely honest about my treatment plan, explaining exactly what I needed. They showed me images of my teeth, highlighting problem areas and those requiring urgent attention. Unlike many corporate-owned dental offices that charge for unnecessary services, this practice prioritizes transparency and patient care. I’m super happy with the service and the work being done to restore my healthy smile! Plus, they are extremely accommodating with scheduling. Dr. Patel even provided visit notes for my treatment to send to my orthodontist, ensuring my dental care aligns seamlessly with my orthodontic treatment for the best possible results. If youre nervous about going to the dentist, this is the place for you. The staff is gentle, kind, and creates a calm, quiet atmosphere. I also love that they take the time to educate patients on maintaining their smiles and dont just do the work and toss you to the wolves to figure it out or wind up spending more to fix your teeth again. I’ve seen some negative reviews regarding cost, and I understand that if you don’t have dental coverage, treatment can be expensive here. However, you truly get what you pay for—high-quality care, honesty, and a team that prioritizes your dental health. After my treatments are complete, I will definitely continue coming here for maintenance because I trust this team completely. 10/10 would recommend!

Nathalie Espinal They have had a sign posted in their lobby that with every 5 star review you get entered to win a teeth cleaning kit. Do not be misled by the reviews. I do not recommend going here. I have never had issues with a medical facility like this one. Even some of the staff have told me they were shocked by the negligent care I was receiving. 1. I was told my crown would come in in 2 weeks and they did not have it ready for me until after 6 weeks. (I had to call every other week and essentially pester them until it was ready. You’re not supposed to have temporary crowns in for longer than 30 days cause it can cause infections and other issues but based over how they handled by case I guess this office doesn’t care about that.) 2. During crown placement, it was the complete wrong color and way too big so I couldn’t bite down on my other teeth. The dentist got annoyed with me when I pointed this out. He adjusted it, I told him it still didn’t fit with my bite well, and he told me to manage my expectations stating that crowns will “never fit like normal teeth” when during the consultation he literally told me it would fit perfectly. 3. I was told to come in at “any time” to pick up a prescription prior to crown placement; however, upon arrival, the front desk worker had me wait almost an hour on my lunch break just to tell me there was nothing they could do for me since their printer was down. When I asked if they could just write the prescription on a pad or call it in I had to go back and forth with her just to get her to ask the dentist… and guess what? Calling the prescription in was not an issue. 4. During the temporary crown placement the dentist kept splashing water all over my face and glasses with no awareness. With all the water in my mouth, somehow the suction fell on the ground and he never replaced it so he just left my mouth super uncomfortable and I was nervous any movement would have me choke on the water. 5. He told me to hold down a bite for 5 minutes until he came back to ensure the temporary crown would stay; however, I timed it and he had me hold the bite for over double that amount of time. 6. For the crown, I reviewed the estimate and compared it to my Evidence of Coverage on my insurance website. They were planning on charging me more than my listed copay so I’d been trying to get in touch with their “billing specialist” to fix the discrepancy. Their “billing specialist” is unreachable and that’s probably how they get away with over charging people. 7. They have ignored any request I made for them to send the estimate to my insurance to ensure my copay is accurate. I highly recommend reviewing your copayments in your Evidence of Coverage available for review with your insurance and compare the diagnosis codes billed.

I should give credit to everyone starting with the front desk nice and professional employee, hygienist, and the doctor himself. The clinic is very clean and well taken care of. I highly recommend Healthy Smile of Orlando by doctor Akmal and his team. Note: I use my insurance, which works perfect with them.

Autumn Manuel HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I recently graduated from AAASODA in Sanford, I can honestly say that the training coaches Kim and Barbie were so helpful and respectful. They understand how you learn and work with you. At first I was very shy to try something new. I was working at Taco Bell and coach Kim gave me a flyer for the program and I made an appt to tour the school. Amanda in the admin office made everything clear and gave me more reasons on why I should change my life and start a Career. Job placement was quick for me in Deltona area. The placement team was amazing and got me in for externship quick. I think if you want a change, this is your opportunity to do it. AAASODA is the best choice for a quick 12 week program!! Im shocked at how much I learned in 3 months!!!

Nathan This place is not where you want to go for dental care. It’s absolutely awful. I was told I had periodontitis and need 4 scaling/deep cleanings a year. I was told had five active infections and the told the infections would be dealt with by my immune system - no antibiotic. I was there for 3 hours. I was quoted like $20,000 when I needed a cleaning, a root canal, a crown, and an extraction. I’m 37 and my wisdom teeth cause me no issues and haven’t broken the skin - they told me I had infections under the skin of the wisdom teeth. They told me all of the dental care had to be done in house. They tried to pressure me over and over to go under general aesthetic and added it to my bill after I asked them not to. I refused care politely and left. The front desk was nice and the assistants were kind but they have no idea what’s going on. This is a churning machine to scam insurance via a chain. Go to a local dentist; do not go here.

Amy Gurney I had the BEST experience at this office!!! From making an appointment , exam, cleaning and check out. Very relaxing atmosphere. EVERYONE was so nice and reassuring. If you have anxiety about going to the dentist this office is for you…….I can’t say enough about Dr. Riano and her staff. All were top notch. I will refer all my friends here. Can’t say enough about this office, so glad I found them!!!!

Michael M. I needed some “urgent” cosmetic dental work done on a Friday morning before travel. I had cracked my front tooth (pictures). Mint32 was amazing. First of all, they respected my time. Did not book me stacked with 2 or 3 other patients, only to make me wait for extended periods while they hopped between patients with assistants, etc. No. I was seen immediately, assessed immediately, and the entire process from start to finish was completed in under an hour! Dr. Riano was clear, gentle, skilled, and straightforward about cost and expectations. The cost with insurance was extremely reasonable. Would recommend her 10/10.

My daughter had a cracked tooth and was very scared but Dr Singh and his staff were so patient and understanding. Ashley Reames Wonderful experience!! My 5-year-old son had such a great visit here! The office is super cute, and I love the patient rooms. I Brought my son here from Deland on an emergency basis, explained over the phone my dilemma to the front desk. I really appreciate the empathy and urgency, working my son into their busy schedule. I sat down with Dr. Falastin in tears explaining my sons unfortunate past dental experience. Dr. Falastin listened patiently and was very understanding. Her standard of care is excellent, and she is very THOROUGH. She took such great care of my sons needs. I truly couldnt be more grateful for their patient care. Hats off to her and her team 1000 percent!

kassidie osmon I don’t even have enough words or appreciation for this practice! We were DESPERATE for help and they did just that. Our son was lip/tongue and cheek tied and completely stopped eating. Of course it was mid holiday/New Year and nobody had openings. I called the office in tears, asking for help and they had us in the office same day within a few hours. Not only did they go above and beyond with helping us handle insurance/payment - the bedside manner was beyond what we could of asked for. The revision was fast and after 4 months of our son crying, straightening out and fighting feedings - he ate a full bottle, burped and fell asleep. My husband and I just sat in the room and cried of happiness and pure relief. The staff and doctor are calming, reassuring and extremely patient. Could not recommend them enough!!

Jayson - Not gonna lie, as someone who grew up without dental I wasn’t really too sure what I was getting my self into. What was really nice about this place though is that they understand financial issues. I haven’t walked into a dentist since I was 10. It’s been a good 12 years of neglect. Not once did I feel ashamed of my teeth here. These people are so welcoming I genuinely thought my teeth were not so bad. They were very understanding with my payment. I was going in with the ability to pay a good amount. But with even the money I had saved wasn’t enough. They were super okay with this. Saying I can come back next week. Which so happened to also be my rent week so I was able to ask for one more week out. They approved this. I’ve never been treated with one so much trust and two with the over all communication between me and you guys was amazing. Thank you so much for a great experience I can not wait to get my smile looking better than ever

Lucille Longworth I found Terracina dental from searching Google Maps for a dental service near my son‘s home. I received no advice or recommendations. I just called and made an appointment I was well pleased with the treatment that I am receiving there, and I definitely would recommend their services to anyone. I am in my 70s, I’ve had lots of Hygienist, but my hygienist there is one of the best. Also Dr. Nisha talks you through your procedures, and teaches her assistants as well. They are very helpful and understanding. Her office is well organized, and there is a camaraderie and respect among the workers that flows over to the patients.

The office itself is modern, clean, with a coffee and tea station, along with the latest technology, which gave me confidence in the quality of care. Dr Williams was incredibly professional, thorough, and took the time to explain every step of the process, making sure I was comfortable and informed. I appreciated their patience in answering all my questions, and their gentle approach made what could have been a stressful visit surprisingly relaxing. They clearly take great pride in their work and go above and beyond to ensure their patients have a positive experience. I had several procedures done over a three (3) month period which included cleaning, filling, root canal and more recently dental implants, and it was completely painless, which is not what I expected. The attention to detail and the care shown throughout the visit was exceptional. Dr Williams and his team also provided excellent aftercare instructions, which helped me feel confident about managing my dental health moving forward. I highly recommend Dr Williams and the Rinehart Dental team to anyone looking for excellent primary dental care. David Anderson Dr. Cordoba and his staff are always very friendly and helpful. The process has been a long journey however hopefully done soon. Everyone has different needs and time to finish is always per patient. Costs are very reasonable and they do take insurance. If a mistake is made in billing or with insurance, they are quick to remedy it. They have 2 locations and have scheduled an appointment during their off hours to help with special circumstances. Their waiting room also has a TV with animal antics to entertain. Overall a good experience
