5 /5 Jessica Rodriguez: I dont understand the bad reviews about this place. Our experience was wonderful. The first time at the dentist is very important for a child and the entire team did an excellent job of making my daughter feel happy, safe and calm. From the people at the front desk, hygienists, assistant to the Doctor they were all very kind and patient. My 4 year old daughter says she wants to be a dentist now! Thank you Magical smiles for making this experience quick, fun and easy for me and my daughter.

5 /5 Ashley Reames: Wonderful experience!! My 5-year-old son had such a great visit here! The office is super cute, and I love the patient rooms. I Brought my son here from Deland on an emergency basis, explained over the phone my dilemma to the front desk. I really appreciate the empathy and urgency, working my son into their busy schedule. I sat down with Dr. Falastin in tears explaining my sons unfortunate past dental experience. Dr. Falastin listened patiently and was very understanding. Her standard of care is excellent, and she is very THOROUGH. She took such great care of my sons needs. I truly couldnt be more grateful for their patient care. Hats off to her and her team 1000 percent!

5 /5 kassidie osmon: I don’t even have enough words or appreciation for this practice! We were DESPERATE for help and they did just that. Our son was lip/tongue and cheek tied and completely stopped eating. Of course it was mid holiday/New Year and nobody had openings. I called the office in tears, asking for help and they had us in the office same day within a few hours. Not only did they go above and beyond with helping us handle insurance/payment - the bedside manner was beyond what we could of asked for. The revision was fast and after 4 months of our son crying, straightening out and fighting feedings - he ate a full bottle, burped and fell asleep. My husband and I just sat in the room and cried of happiness and pure relief. The staff and doctor are calming, reassuring and extremely patient. Could not recommend them enough!!

5 /5 Amanda Swobodzien: My 6 year old son started crying and complaining of tooth discomfort yesterday. After several other calls to other practices I found on Google, I called Magical Smiles. The kind office staff was able to get my son seen the same day - TWO days before Christmas! Not only did they fit him in for the problem at hand, they were also able to see him for a cleaning! He has never been to a dentist before and he was the happy, outgoing child he always is, which means he was comfortable. Thank you again, to all the staff for making his first dentist visit one he will always remember. We are so greatful he can enjoy Christmas without being in pain. We will see you again in the future! 5 /5 Alan Layton: Our first time there was Monday, August 2nd. I took my 6 year old son there for his appointment. The office was extremely clean and very kid friendly. He was very nervous and the initial woman that brought us back was extremely nice and accommodating. The office staff was awesome. Nice, punctual and actually brought us back early. The entire office had awesome decor and definitely put my sons tensions at ease. They had a tv on the roof for him to watch, and although it was having problems at that specific moment connecting to the internet to watch Netflix, she offered us to move rooms, which honestly due to everything else going so perfectly wasnt even necessary. The actual dentist was also very nice and explained everything in detail. At the end, they gave him a goody bag with floss, tooth brush and tooth paste along with two tokens to get little toys out of a variety of machines they have. Everything was perfect. Everything was clean, organized and designed to calm children down and make them feel happy. We will 100% be making this our new permanent pediatric dentist. 10 out of 10!
