Elise Humann I was reluctant to go back for my cleaning after my last crown visit, but was pleasantly pleased with the new hygienist, Debra, who was very skilled & knowledgeable. Dr. Broaddus was fantastic when he came in to review my new x-rays & do his exam. He did not try to sell me anything. The office manager, Evelyn, was also very professional and caring. I am not fearful of my next visit. Prior to this last visit, I would have high anxiety before & during my appointments! Great team!

Ginny Einfalt I saw Dr Bensen yesterday who I highly recommend! He is gentle, caring, funny and very competent. However, the office staff could use some customer service training. Checking out, I was 6th in line, so far back that one of the hygienist asked me and the person before me to move to the waiting room because we could see into the treatment rooms. I waited there 13 minutes and went to the window to complain where there were 2 other office personnel who barely looked up and told them how long I had been waiting. I was told by the dark haired one that they were very busy and she was sorry for the wait but never even got up. I waited 5 more minutes and left the office without checking out. Horrible experience! I have recommended this practice many times but unless they do something about the inefficiency of the office staff, that won’t happen.

Ashley Romnosky I was exceedingly delighted by how polite and attentive be entire staff was. The receptionist Amanda was very warm in her welcoming and helpful with my insurance questions. My hygienist, Carlos, was arguably the most thorough of anyone and additionally had the greatest bedside manner. I felt like I was enjoying the company of a friend. When the doctor came, only made mention of a few things, but in a conservative fashion told me there was no need to address any of it. It made me feel accomplished to have been congratulated by him. Even the short interaction with Dorothy at checkout was very nice and relaxed like I had her full attention and there was no rush despite the office being busy. Wonderful experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Raquel Souza I started my treatment at Great Expressions in Atlanta. When I moved to Florida, I had to transfer my treatment to this location in Stuart. Honestly, I was very disappointed with the quality. It is very poor compared to the office in Atlanta. The service is not good, the level of the professionals is not good, and the front desk staff is not friendly. I didn’t like it, but I had no choice since I had already paid for my Invisalign plan. Today, when it was time to read the terms before signing the closure of my treatment, the employee read them to me in a rush, without even giving me time to read them myself. I felt pressured and underestimated, as if I didn’t know how to read, when in reality, I just wanted to take my time to review an important document before signing it.

Summer Shocking profit over people operation! I came in for a simple cleaning and exam, agreeing to one-time X-rays as a new patient. They took 19 X-rays—then pushed for a 360° scan. What could they possibly see in the 360° that wasn’t in the 19 they just took? I refused it as I already do not like over exposure to radiation. The female dentist walked in, and declared I had six cavities and periodontal disease, urging immediate treatment. Even with great insurance (BCBS), my total? $5,000. Something felt off. I sought a second opinion from a True Holistic Dentist in Stuart. Without mentioning my prior diagnosis, she did her own thorough X-rays and exam. Her verdict? My teeth were in excellent health—no cavities, no periodontal disease. This place is a scam factory. Get a second opinion before letting them near your teeth!

Jessica Mello The two stars are for the office staff, and dental assistants. They have always been wonderful. However, the Dr in charge of pediatrics may need to reassess if this age group is for them. Bedside manner is cold, distant, and you borderline feel like your bothering him being his patient. Also, the constant referrals to sedation for minor tooth work is insane! Children may present with some pushback, while being treated. Adults struggle at the dentist! If you have zero tolerance towards children, and no other methods of treatment other than to always refer off to sedation. There is something wrong! Sedation should be the very last resort! I was referred here originally, by a friend who said this office works well with special needs children. As I have a child with autism, but that seems to have been false. I am a native Floridian who has been taking their children to pediatric dentists for 13 years. I have lived in CO and ME, and I never experienced a dental provider so quick to refer sedation.

I had to have a full mouth upper extraction & implant as a result of my Cancer treatments. The procedure went extremely well. The moment I walked into GOS the atmosphere was calming, open, just the right amount of lighting, front desk staff set the tone, beautiful staff in so many ways. Professional but not stiff. Awesome Dr.G. They patiently answered my many question, great listeners, handled my son with so much care. They explained the process. My husband and took a audible sigh of relief and without anxiety waited for the call to sit with our son through recovery. Which was stress free. Checkout was flawless. K B Dr. DuCoin and his administrative team are exceptional. I recently moved to Florida and was searching for a new dentist. Unfortunately, I did not know about Dr. DuCoin and went to a different dentist who shared I needed $4,000 in dental work, which was shocking after going to the same amazing dentist in another state for 10 years with no issues. My neighbor in Florida told me about Dr. DuCoin and I made an appointment. I am happy to share that I did not need $4,000 in dental work. My teeth were fine. Definitely read the reviews online since they make a huge difference. I found out through Google and Yelp that the other dentist is known for overcharging and conflating dental work needs. My entire family is seeing Dr. DuCoin. Best choice you will ever make!

Lyn Keller I thought we had found A good dentist. Saw Dr. Eric Jaffe, he did some fillings. One of the fillings turned into a root canal a week later. I called the office in excruciating pain. He was not there, but his wife was, she refused to see me, would not even bring me into numb the area until I could find someone to see me. My friend called her dentist and he had me come right over, I had never seen him before. How absolutely disappointed I am with Dr. Jaffe’s office.

Casey Dental offices have always been hit or miss, and most are just "fine". But Dr. Rousseau, Ruthie, and the whole team have really always been fantastic. Id been fearing a filling because that hole looked pretty substantial, but it was the easiest Ive ever had done.

The staff was extremely nice and friendly the nurses answered all my questions the Dr was amazing. He explained everything he did as he extracted my tooth and he was very sensitive to my feelings , as I expressed to him prior to removing my tooth how afraid I was to get stuck. I did not feel much pain at all when he stuck me just a little pinch. I would highly recommend if anyone has a toothache and want a dentist that actually cares to go to Stuart Dentist Spa.
