5 /5 Deneisha L Marchand: It was my first time meeting Leah, and she was fantastic! She took the time to explain everything and kept me informed every step of the way. Her positive and uplifting attitude was truly refreshing! I also love the office atmosphere, and I absolutely adore Dr. Benson. I was searching for a dentist last year, and he came highly recommended—I can definitely see why! The support team is wonderful too, especially Denise—she’s amazing!

3 /5 Ginny Einfalt: I saw Dr Bensen yesterday who I highly recommend! He is gentle, caring, funny and very competent. However, the office staff could use some customer service training. Checking out, I was 6th in line, so far back that one of the hygienist asked me and the person before me to move to the waiting room because we could see into the treatment rooms. I waited there 13 minutes and went to the window to complain where there were 2 other office personnel who barely looked up and told them how long I had been waiting. I was told by the dark haired one that they were very busy and she was sorry for the wait but never even got up. I waited 5 more minutes and left the office without checking out. Horrible experience! I have recommended this practice many times but unless they do something about the inefficiency of the office staff, that won’t happen.

5 /5 Jill Spieldenner-Reichert: Dr Willis is awesome. Its so refreshing to meet someone so very real. No rushing, lots of education with questions and answers. Actually looking forward to my next dental visit. Helpful, sweet and smiling staff as well.

The experience with Dr. Willis was smooth and gentle; we both had excellent experiences and are grateful to find a new dentist we look forward to going to. Communication 10/10, Consideration 10/10, Welcoming 10/10.
