Judy and Jack Phillips Eva has been my wifes stylist for 24 years. A few years ago I started getting my hair cut by Eva. Eva is knowledgeable and consistency does a great job.

Diana Dolnick I have been going to get my hair done with Katie for over 10 years. I have followed her to wherever she goes. She does an exceptional job on my hair. I have went from being all platinum to platinum with black. I always get numerous comments on how stylish and on the edge my hair looks. I cannot express enough on what an amazing job she does on my hair. I highly recommend her services. If there is any doubt what you want to do with your hair, schedule a consult with her first. Trust me she will be honest with you on any expectations and the reality of what you want. Trust me that is hard to find in a good stylist!!!!

Nichole Anderson Ive been coming to this salon since I moved here 5 years ago. I see Kelly, but Ive seen a lot of great work around me when I go. She does a great job with my thin wavy hair and my daughters thick inconsistent curly hair. I also have an autistic son that had extreme anxiety about getting his haircut. Kelly went above and beyond to have him come in at a time the salon wasnt busy and was super patient with him. Over time he has gotten comfortable, but she still takes extra care with him. She clearly cares about her clients and has great skills. Highly recommend!

Sally Cartier Katie is a wonderful professional hairstylist with a cheerful attitude always with a smile! She does an amazing job with hair and a fabulous job with extensions! I highly recommend you use her services!

I had waited to get my beard done and took a chance on this spot and have now scheduled my appointments out for the future as I can now count on a quality haircut to my style and proper beard trimming while being in 2023 with online appointment scheduling! Maria Escorcia Brittany Is the best, she makes me fall more in love with my hair every time, I have never been the type of person to have a specific hairstylist Until I met Brittany, Im always happy when I live and always looking forward to my next appointment. April Muller Brittany has helped get my hair back into shape after years of coloring and almost daily use of heat. She really listens and is working to get my hair healthy and looking good. I have loved all of her suggestions, including understanding my desire to color myself, she even suggested products to buy on my own. Best of all she offered a conditioning glaze that totally gave me the color I was looking for. Highly recommend!

1024tiffanym I have never been the type of person to have a specific hair stylist that I go to, or someone to make me want to keep up with my hair until I started going to Brittany. I look forward to every appointment I have with her. Her salon has that spa-like feel so you can sit back and relax. I feel like a completely new person every time she does my hair and I have never left disappointed. I will never go to anyone else and would rather shave my head before letting someone other than Brittany touch my hair. :)

Jessica Arenas Brittany is an incredibly talented artist! She’s not just a hair stylist. She’s an artist in every way. She can see you and be inspired on how to make you look the best version of yourself. She updated my look. From what she described it as “Jennifer Aniston’s Friend’s Look” LOL!!!!! I am older than her and my previous stylist doesn’t do much to stay up on the “trends” so this new Mama appreciates every bit of feedback she gave me. I not only love her work but her as a person. She’s always willing to accommodate your schedule, she gives 150% to her craft and has integrity and true passion while doing it. I feel blessed to not only have her as my stylist now but as a true friend. Please don’t even bother looking anywhere else. This is where you will see your true hair dreams come true! ♥️

Denice Morris I had the pleasure of visiting Salt & Light thanks to a gift card that was gifted to me and couldn’t be happier with the outcome. When I called asking about an extension move up, I spoke to the NEW OWNER, Kayla. She was super sweet and told me she would have one of her extension stylist call me. Later the same day I heard from Erika who took amble time to talk with about my hair, my previous experience at a different salon. She was so patient and kind on the phone I felt extremely comfortable going to see her. I was not disappointed. She listened to everything we talked about again, made sure we were on the same page, with my color and extensions,. She took pride in doing excellent work, all while she talked me through what she was don’t and why. I love my end result and will definitely be going back! Oh and when the new owner came in, she made sure to say Hi and introduce herself and made me felt right at home! I highly recommend!

Brittany Woodman If you need a full root bleach and tone — Do NOT go. I moved here from Las Vegas where I was seeing the same stylist since moving there. She never had an issue doing a bleach and tone to the root on me once we got sorted out a lot of old brunette that was left from a previous stylist. I am disabled and homebound 99% of my time. I only go to the salon about three times a year due to my disability being so unpredictable. My stylist in Las Vegas was always able to make my color even no matter how grown out the root and bleach it fully with zero issues, for half the price of this salon. She also took half the time. I saw Hannah and showed her photos and said no root at all. I could not have been more clear. After about five hours almost she finished me and there was root and some old color. She never mentioned the entire backside of my head had root that was so grown out it looks like she did not touch it. She offered to fix the top root (still no mention the back was worse) and I explained I needed to get home due to my disability and I couldn’t be there any longer. She also said she did not know how my previous stylist got “that close” to my roots. I left and let it go — I don’t go anywhere anyway. When I came home and put my hair up I noticed in the mirror the entire back of my head was not done. I sent videos and photos explaining all I wanted was a partial refund because now it will grow out unevenly and a different stylist will have to fix it. Nobody got back to me. I had to contact Dena the salon owner who did not want to give me any refund but kept insisting I come back to get it fixed. I explained multiple times I live an hour away from them I am disabled it is very hard for me to do outings because of my disability. She just kept insisting Hannah did her best, well I’m sorry but she didn’t do what was requested and openly admitted she didn’t know how. I feel like I was scammed — they present themselves as blonde experts but can’t do a bleach root evenly or in a timely manner. I appreciate the time it took Hannah which is why I only asked for a partial refund and to be able to change my tip amount — Dena refused to allow me to change the tip I gave. And before she comes on here with whatever back and forth comments she wants to make—no this is not normal. My hair stylist in vegas had zero issues accomplishing what I asked for in literally half the time for half the money and she certainly would never tell a client who was unhappy she did her best. Owning up to your mistakes and apologizing goes a long way. I’m so glad I spent what limited funds I have due to medical bills on a hair job that isn’t what I asked for. Good job taking advantage of a disabled person. Nearly $500 for this

Kristen Touchberry I came to Dena four years ago needing a hair correction after a bad experience at another salon. With my wedding approaching, I needed my dream hair, and Dena made it happen! Ive never loved my hair more than I do now, thanks to her expertise and talent. I trust her 100%, and her salon is incredibly welcoming. Ive gotten extensions here, and she truly helped me achieve my dream hair. Everyone in the salon is so friendly and warm. Highly recommend!

Chase Watkins I was so happy to have found Kristina. She transformed my hair so beautifully! My hair was in bad shape and desperate need of someone who knows what they are doing. NurseMegara 625 Zac (owner and stylist) gives healthy cuts that prevent breakage, and he always takes his time styling and coloring. He is an amazing stylist with a wonderful salon. Great hometown feel.

Jennifer Hoard As soon as I walked in the door I knew I made the right decision to come to Hair Identity in Vero Beach. The interior is very warm and charming. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. I wasnt sure what to do with my hair. I wanted a slight change to my current hair color and style since Ive had it for years. Zac, the owner, offered me great advice. I love everything about my new cut and color! The color bar is very cool too. Ive never seen anything like it in Vero Beach.

Anne Murphy I have been having my hair done by Jo (Josephine - owner) for 9 years now. I started going to her when she was at Studio Gabriel and couldn’t be happier for her now that she has opened her beautiful new salon, Avanti. She is experienced, really good at what she does, pays attention to what you want, and makes me feel like a million bucks every time I leave her. She has also become a friend (and probably knows more of my secrets than my husband!). Her other stylists are equally great. If you want a professional, up-to-date clean, caring, experienced, super salon on the island, this is the place!

Maxine Maida Genevive at Avanti has been coloring and styling my hair since I moved to town. I am extremely particular and am an aging blonde. Not only does she have to get my blonde tone right but she has to be excellent with grey coverage. She also does wonderful blowouts. I highly recommend her for all your hair styling needs!

Melissa E Im visiting from NY & wanted to ck it out. The 1st friendly face I came across was Bill at the front desk. Then, Jo the mgr/owner sat with me on my hair. I had pics of the color I was looking for. She was very kind too. Then I met Genieve, who is amazing!! She transformed my blonde highlights into a beautiful color of red, brown & explainef everything every step of the way. Louisa was kind too helped wash out my hair. This salon gets 10 stars from me. Kat and Bailey color my hair beautifully and Delisa does the most amazing cuts. I’ve been to many salons in Vero over the years, and hands down KK Hair is the best!

felicia janiszewski The morning was beautiful and quiet, I was welcomed by Victoria and her beautiful energy! We discussed a consultation on what needed to be done with my hair to keep it healthy as Im bringing in a new little baby in summer. What I requested was to have a style shape my face, and curl at the end for some volume, AND i needed to add moisturizer to my head. Victoria suggestioned a deep clarifying treatment with a shampoo that smelt amazing, also to trim the dead/split ends. I agreed and we went onto the process. Let me explain I enjoyed every bit of pampering I had today and Victoria made the space welcoming and explained every step we were taking. I walked out of the salon feeling absolutely amazing and I just want to thank the Victoria for everything today! I love the way my hair feels and looks!

A This salon is the best!! I cannot say enough great things about James. James is the most talented stylist I’ve ever had for my hair. He takes his time and is meticulous about keeping my hair healthy. My hair looks natural and gets lots of compliments. Many of my long term friends have commented on how much better my hair looks since I started going to James. I highly recommend him!! You will not regret it.

Brittany H I started feeling relaxed from the moment I walked into the spa. The staff are so friendly and you can tell that the atmosphere was created with the client in mind. You really feel like royalty! I received a color, cut and blow dry from Talia and she is fantastic! Highly recommend!

Kara Todd I sampled a couple different services- I had read about the salt room but hadn’t tried it at this location, and I was not disappointed. It was so relaxing, and having had a bad cold a few days prior, it really helped make my breathing feel easier. It was an add-on so I only did 15 minutes but I would gladly have gone in for longer. I also used their LEF red light lamp, which was a nice way to top off the salt treatment. I then had a facial with Geny, who I found to be lovely- she really knows her stuff and gave me one of the most luxurious facials I have had in a while! Her massage is amazing too. I am so excited to come back and visit, and maybe try some other services!

Susan Sussman The stretch massage with Amber was terrific. In the private salt room for 1.5 hours. A great new experience. Another time I relaxed in a recliner, immediate sense of a sweet salt in the air. Wear whatever is comfortable. Go with a friend and enjoy 45 minutes together. I hope to do this regularly.

Dominick Spano Jennifer recently gave me a haircut/cleanup. Her work was beyond fantastic, and it is very clear that she cares deeply for her craft and clients. I felt highly cared for and considered, as she took her time to grant me a premium haircut. She even gave me a nice shampoo! The decor of Cloud 9 is divine. I feels modern, yet comfortable and high tech, yet retro in actually providing one of a kind client service. Frankly, I have searched for a hairdresser and experience that is a fit for my needs, and have found it at Cloud 9. Thank you Jennifer and all. I will certainly be revisiting.

Suzanne Bagnera While I was disappointed that my stylist wasnt available for my recent cut, I was contacted days in advance and offered the option of an alternative stylist or to reschedule. Needing a cut, I went with the alternative to discover I had one of the store owners. She helped me better understand my hair and did a fabulous job.
