5 /5 Suzanne Bagnera: While I was disappointed that my stylist wasnt available for my recent cut, I was contacted days in advance and offered the option of an alternative stylist or to reschedule. Needing a cut, I went with the alternative to discover I had one of the store owners. She helped me better understand my hair and did a fabulous job. The attendant handling my wash gave me the best massage-like experience in the most comfortable chair ever. Looking forward to the next visit. Silvia and her team do a fantastic job.
