Amishi Khandelwal I am a regular at Luxury Nails and Spas since 3 years . I am very pleased with my nail artist Ann who does a fabulous job every time and did Chrome on my nails beautifully. Last time I tried dip with Po and it was outstanding. I have been with other artists as well at this salon and I am happy with their work. Today, I went in for dip removal and manicure and got a GREAT experience with owner Tiffany’s mom ( Can’t remember her name). Well managed place with very good quality products, great customer service. I highly recommend Luxury Nails and Spa.

Salma malik This nail salon goes above and beyond to satisfy your nail and spa experience! They are also very welcoming to everyone in my family! I have the habit of never knowing how to do my nails and Tiffany always listens to my ideas and creates magic! Honestly best nail tech I’ve had my whole life! I mean look at these Christmas nails !! Kelly gave the best massage and pedicure! She makes sure you’re comfortable and relaxed the whole time . I am so impressed with their constant attention to detail and professionalism. Never once did they disappoint or see anyone leave disappointed. You come to this spa and you will feel beautiful and pampered!

Candice Standifer I had an amazing experience at Luxury Nails and Spa, thanks to Kelly! She helped me with both my pedicure and nails and recreated a design I showed her from a picture. It turned out absolutely adorable and exceeded my expectations! What really stood out was Kelly’s attention to detail and care throughout the entire appointment. She took her time to make sure everything was perfect and checked in with me multiple times to ensure I was comfortable. Whether it was asking if the water or towels were too hot or making sure I wasn’t in any discomfort, she went above and beyond to provide excellent care.

Oh Yes I have been going here for a couple years now I love my nails that they do for me it’s always a good experience and the environment is always great and the place smells nice unlike other places. Every time I go here they try their best to recreate the image I show them and always do a great job!

C. Dozier Hannah is always amazing takes my design ideas and elavates them. All the Nail tech are amazing here. My nails actually last when I get them done here.

Eunice Phelps I have visited my fair share of different nail salons over the years, and this one in Sanford is by far the best I have found! There are no frills or fluff, just great nails! They take their time and ensure that the nails you leave with are beautiful. Additionally, they have an adorable little teacup poodle named Rosie in the store, which is such a joy to see every time. I definitely recommend stopping by this place!

Kim Minors It was my first time visiting this nail spa, and I was very impressed. The atmosphere was clean and welcoming, and the staff were very friendly and professional. Hannah did an excellent job with my manicure using the SMS powder, and Hai did a wonderful job with my gel pedicure. I was very pleased with the services I received, and I will definitely be returning. They even offered me a complimentary bottle of water! They have a wide variety of colors to choose from, and their prices are very competitive compared to other nail spas. I highly recommend this nail spa to anyone looking for a great experience. They do accept walk-ins, but it is always recommended to make an appointment. They also offer waxing services as well!

Alejandra Feliciano John was absolutely amazing! I struggle biting my nails and it’s always hard to get acrylics. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the outcome. He recommended I do round tips instead of squared and it was an awesome change! So so happy with the outcome ❤️

Danielle Bassi I got my acrylic nails put back in for the first time in 16 years! I wanted somewhere close to my home and on my way home from work. I looked up reviews and picked this place. Everyone was super friendly and they work very well together. I requested Taylor after ready the reviews and everyone was right. She did a wonderful job and took her time. I could tell that all of them were good and if she didnt have the time I would go to anyone there. Although I did ask for just regular acyclic when I booked it online and told the girl that gave me the color choices what I wanted she rang me up for gel. I really dont know the difference except it was suppose to be $35 for a full set of regular and $50 for the gel. Im hoping that when I get them filled I can just to the regular fill for $25. My nails are beautiful and she talked me into doing snowflakes on two fingers ( another $7). They are super dainty and added an extra touch for Christmas. They even have a rewards program where you earn points and you get money off after spending so much. It was also very easy to book online. All in all Im very happy with them and the place is great.

Jessica B The staff was friendly enough BUT I asked to cut my nails down and they did not I think that might be why I literally just got home from the nail salon and I now just realized that my pointer finger nail is separated from the tips that they put on. Basically the nail is already lifted see photo. I honestly feel like crying because I don’t have time to go back and get this fixed and it’s - HUGE gap. something is going to get in between the tip and my Nail. I don’t know how to fix it at home either it’s going to get really gross these Nails will definitely have to be taken off within the week This is my first time at the salon I’m very disappointed I definitely won’t be going back Also my thumbs are too completely different nail shapes I asked for almond and these are some type of oblong (I can live with it but still I’m paying to for the service) they’re just not consistent each nail is different it’s not too bad expect the thumbs are horrible. And then on one hand he did the diamonds a lot more neat and on my left hand the glue is all over the place I’m getting stuff stuck to it like a little pieces of lint it’s very messy. I’m going to have to try to figure out how to clean this glue up without taking off the diamonds Also they didn’t cut my cuticles on my hand I don’t understand since when is that not a part of the service I wanted a manicure. I don’t mind paying extra I’m just really confused. I feel like my Nails just look messy now. I’m just really disappointed I really wish that I could’ve had a better nail experience I wouldn’t have even written this review if my nail wasn’t literally lifting that is the part that I think is upsetting me the most I just really wanted to get something done to make myself feel a little bit better and now I’m crying because they are very poor quality.

Itzel Tapia Literally one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a nail salon. Roy, the owner, rushed through my nails because he had an errand to run, he said he’ll be back and to do my pedicure in the meantime. Pedicure finished and waited 25 minutes for him to arrive to finish my nails. So unprofessional!! Literally the ugliest set of nails I’ve ever had. Will not be coming back.

Kiley C. I visited here a few months ago but my review never posted. The staff was very kind, however the service itself was disappointing. The first picture is what I asked for, and the second is what I got.. I kindly called them as soon as I got my car (crying) to ask if they could redo at least the top coat, and they said that they did not have time that day or anytime that week. I ended up just going somewhere else to get them fixed. I had heard a lot of good things so I was disappointed to not have an excellent experience.

Camiel Rampertaap Elizabeth is an absolute masterpiece when it comes to massage! Having a few massages in the past this massage was actually the best I ever had. I was Groupon customer turned into a regular. Do I really have to say anything else? This should say it all. I really appreciate Elizabeth’s hospitality and care.

I also asked just for a French manicure, but ended up being up-charged for gel, which I never asked for. Unfortunately I dont have time to get these redone right now, but I am concerned about going back because my technicians tools were not sanitized before use or after. Update: Will, the owner, has offered to re-do my nails.

Liza Melvin Ive been going to Premier Nails for over 6 months. Finally I found a nail salon that does a superb job with my nails and pedicure needs. Will is attentive and experienced and his staff is courteous and very talented as well.

Missy This nail salon is horrible, and has bad customer service because they do not have pricing transparency anywhere around the salon. They also overcharged me for a gel manicure. $17 +$20. That is ridiculous. I called over to another nail salon, and they only charge $30. Plus, it is a better salon in a nicer location. Also, when I questioned Willl at the checkout he was rude about it, and remarked that this the going rate everywhere. That is a complete lie. He needs to check out his competitors before stating that information. Well, I will NOT be back to this place again. I will do my own nails from now on. Finally, I was not offered a discount. I had been to this same salon three weeks earlier, and spent over a $100. Why was it not offered on this $70 service? Also, my manicure left me with weak and torn nails.I have attached a photo of my now ripped thumb nail.

Jodi Holden I’ve been seeing Trish at Beaute Nest Nails for over a year now and she is sooooo awesome. My nails and pedicure always come out excellent. My 17-year-old daughter sees her husband Kan And he is also fantastic. My daughter is into designs and he can do whatever she shows him on her phone. Everything is always clean and sanitized and I’m extremely happy with Beaute. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I cannot thank Trish & Kahn and her fabulous staff enough for fitting me in , I am terrible at making appointments. But they are lovely at accommodating me! Jessica Faddoul Went there for a pedicure and left going immediately to a different salon down the street. I asked for gel and got regular polish, burn marks on my toes from water being too hot, chunky polish, nail tech didn’t ask what shape I wanted and left them 2 different shapes, polish was all over my toes and some not even done fully. Whole experience was about 20-25 minutes (shorter than other places im use to) and tech never came back to check or anything. Wouldn’t recommend for a pedicure. I tried out this place since it had good reviews and ended up back at a different place immediately after.

Kate Danh This is my second visit to this nail salon. Honestly, I wasn’t in the best mood. The people here are really nice, but I am quite a reserved person. I really like the color of my nails, but while I was getting them done, the lady accidentally damaged one spot. I’m actually quite particular about these things, so I mentioned it. She reassured me that it wasn’t a big deal, and since it was Christmas, I didn’t want to cause any trouble, so I let it go. However, after leaving, I noticed several imperfections on my nails that were not only unappealing but also tend to catch on clothes. I don’t usually mind customer service, but what matters to me is the quality. I’m sharing this review for reference.

Tina Louise My first experience with L’amour snail & Spa Lake Mary 3005 W Lake Mary Blvd was not a good one. I went in for a manicure & pedicure. The nail tech was older around 60-70 years old. She started the manicure with no hand soak, cut into the corner of my long natural nails on the right hand(this causes hangnails), and didn’t fully remove my polish. I asked her to remove the polish on my nails and she lightly rubbed one. I couldn’t continue with the service and said I cannot do this and left. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had and do not recommend this place.

Pauline Holcomb During my visit, I witnessed a concerning lack of service for African American women. After entering the salon, I was met with an argument among the staff about who would service my pedicure. Additionally, another African American woman who came in shortly after me was told there was no one available to assist her and was asked to return later, despite several manicurists sitting idle. Three Caucasian women and one Indian woman who entered the salon were immediately offered service. This pattern raises serious concerns about discriminatory practices at this establishment. I chose this salon for its convenience, being just five minutes from my home, but I can no longer support a business that appears to discriminate against clients based on their race. Moving forward, I will seek out an African American manicurist for my nail care needs. I urge the owner to reflect on these concerns to ensure all clients are treated fairly and with respect.

Hannah Stephens I don’t normally leave reviews but i felt i needed to after this experience. Got a pedicure and was super happy and the girl was great. I then was moved to Rosa for an acrylic set with tips and my experience was awful. First and foremost she was so rude and continuously complaining the entire time which made me extremely uncomfortable. She complained about anything and everything. She complained that i had too many cuticles. She complained about her coworker talking about wanting to go home. She complained i was moving too much. She then complained that i wasn’t positioning my hands well enough for her and that i was too stiff. Her biggest complaint was that she didn’t want to be there and that it was too steady she wanted to go home. She even joked about telling her boss she had diarrhea so she could go home, after she just complained about her coworker stating she wanted to go home. She continuously cut or burned my fingers when she was drilling the acrylic. I told her about a sensitive spot on my finger from a hang nail and asked if she could cut it or remove it with tools. She ignored the request and instead informed me she was probably gonna hurt it getting to my nails because of my outgrown cuticles. Worst of all, my thumb nails on each hand are different lengths. Paid too much money for such a bad experience. Again, none of this is reflective on the sweet woman that did my pedicure, only Rosa. Won’t be back.

Rochelle Skidmore Linda is amazing, and her nails are always perfect. The amazing thing is that she does her own nails, including amazing artwork. I believe sincerely since she wears nails, she fully understands how the nail should feel. She has now used 3 products on my nails to find what works best for me. Kimberly Parker I just had the best pedicure ever at Platinum Nails. It exceeded all my expectations. The attention to detail was incredible, and my nail technician , Gigi was thorough, ensuring every part of the process was relaxing and I was very impressed by how well she listened to my concerns. I have lot of issues with pain & having a pedicure was well overdue but I was dreading it. She is friendly it was a pleasant relaxing experience. I highly recommend her.

Sasha Eden Bad business practices/no organization. I’ve come here often and usually have an “okay” experience with relatively reliable product results in my final nail look. Lately the lack of consistency in pricing products is a turn off. $20 EXTRA for gel on a pedicure is insane. The lack of organization is getting to be a problem too. It’s obvious that there’s no communication between reception/scheduling and the nail techs. This has led to my last few services being rushed and shoddy work rather than quick and efficient. For this alone I’m done with this place. Today I asked for a stiletto nail shape only for my nails to be shaped incorrectly. I have an event and wanted long stilettos. I asked for it to be corrected and it’s “too late, there’s another client after you”. I have an appointment for acrylic fill and now the time isn’t there to correct errors made by the salon. So I asked for removal which I’ll still be charged for. I understand business is business but bad business will never get my money again. Good luck at this salon.

Aimz Best nail place by far, excellent service. Erica’s work is perfect!! Nails last 4 weeks or more without a fill. The polish that she uses whether it is gel polish or regular polish it never chips or gets dull. If you’re doing house work or typing all day, be sure that your nails will never lift or break you can be as rough as you like. If you want quality and good work lavish Nail Bar & Beauty lounge is the place.

Meghan Leining I had the BEST experience at Classy Nails. They were so attentive and friendly. When I called to make my appointment, I mentioned I wanted a specific design. They had me text in a picture of what I wanted to make sure it was something they could accommodate. They delivered and MORE! I got the design I wanted and it was absolutely perfect! House Work I always ask my nail Tech to surprise me with their work. I show them what kind of nails I love in pictures that I have and this girl didnt have any imagination. The girl that did my pedicure was very talkative and super nice. When Im about to pay, the girl that did my nails started counting the stones she had put on my nails...they charge you by each stones! Lost 98$ and Im NOT happy!!! Will not be going to them again, and will NOT recommend! So disappointed . The jell pedicure never turned jell !

Keisha Washington Asked for a gel overlay, they recommend powder dip. The woman filed my nails super short. I asked her not to and she continued to file them shorter. The owner/someone in charge came and said “they will grow back”. It’s short and bulky and looks terrible. Probably the worst experience I’ve had a nail shop.

Janet Orozco I went for the first time on Friday as it was close to home and my regular person was booked. Well let me tell you this is now my new go to place. Kim is amazing and hilarious! Super meticulous and detailed but not overly time consuming. I love love my nails. I got so many compliments on my nails over the weekend!!! Hands down, the best place I’ve been to here in Sanford (mind you, I’ve tried a lot!).

Nicole Stevenson When we came in, there was another lady already sitting in a chair getting a pedicure and they told her to wait because we had appointments. I said no, she was here first so go ahead and take care of her. Her feet were already soaking and everything. That was very rude of them. My son’s nails looked dirty, uneven, and the lady made him bleed twice. He could’ve done a better job himself. The equipment they used wasn’t wrapped up at all just in a wash cloth. This place is not very sanitary. I’m surprised that the health department hasn’t shut them down. I didn’t see a single license displayed anywhere either. We will definitely not be coming back here.

Summer Parker My hands down favorite place to go I don’t always have extra money to get nails or toes done but when I do this is where I go they are sweet and always remember me even if I haven’t got to come back for over a year they are such amazing people and always make time for me(original review) Todays review the ladies there are always such awesome company to be around if there could be perfect in life or a job that would be meeting the requirements they fit me and my daughter in last min for a 5 appointment did our toes and nails I have been going there for 8 years even if it’s just a visit every two or when I can the second I have it that’s were we go for nails toes and my eyebrows usually you always find a simple flaw after getting things done but nope not here not in any of their works they are so loving kind generous and all around amazing people probably the most reasonable price for the amazing work they do for anywhere close to here that’s for sure thank you guys for your awesome hard work with love ! ( no matter how little I go in she always remembers me and my family )

Chad Keppeler Vivid Nail Lounge is home! EVERYTIME you walk in the door Tony & Linda and the staff greet you sincerely and it’s like escaping to your own little oasis for a few hours. I never leave disappointed in my nails regardless of the service I choose. Dip or gel x. Nail art or shape. This salon gets it right every time! The pedicure services are spectacular. They go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and pampered. They pull out all the ammenities to make sure your experience is memorable. Prices are competitive and attention to detail is second to none. Personally I am a wild card with my designs and shapes and colors and they always accommodate. Vivid nail lounge will always be my go to salon. It’s home!

Nicolle Napolitano Vivid Nails was recommended by a family member. When I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and an absolutely beautiful salon. I was super excited to possibly have found a place that I could settle again. It was the day before my birthday and I had a specific look that I wanted so I asked for the owner, Tony (?). I had just finished a pedicure and was given excellent customer service. I expected nothing short of the same for my next experience… I was hesitant to post here because I’m not one to complain, however, I left completely frustrated. Tony proceeded to tell me that GELX was better than acrylic and I should give it a try & for whatever reason he convinced me and told me he could get the look in the last picture posted. As you can see by the pictures, that is NOT the look that I left with... I knew halfway in the process that it was not going to turn out ombre as I stressed my want and my nail color was not what was shown… I expressed that to him and he explained that “ everyone has their own technique “ so , I trusted the process. When he raised my pinky to ask me if I liked it, I point-blank told him I did not and things suddenly went quiet as he proceeded. I left out of the salon paying $175 and still even tipped them because I thought he did all the work, It would be the right thing to do. With this being said, I will never return for the way he let me leave his salon that day. As you can see by the video with no nails on, that’s the result of soaking off I even repainted them just to get me through a few weeks so I didn’t feel like my money was total waste. ( a lesson to myself). Gel X is not for me… Nor is vivid salon. I’ll let you be the judge of the pictures if you would’ve been an unhappy customer leaving that day as well…

Nikki Gabrielle Amazing service as always. The pedicure was awesome and relaxing. I also had some delicious Vietnamese coffee while I was there. The space was bright, new, clean, and inviting. I can’t wait to return! 5/5 every time!
