Lauren I’ve been getting my nails done by Amanda for a few years now, and she never disappoints! Amanda is a super radiant and sweet person. She always makes me feel welcome and comfortable while getting my nails done. She goes above and beyond making sure you leave with the nails you want. She has done so many beautiful designs on me, and I’ve never left her chair unsatisfied with my service. My nails have great longevity, and have never come off or chipped between appointments. All the people in the shop have positive energy, and the shop itself is clean and inviting.

Shaina Hulse I’ve been getting my nails done by Kathleen (also known as @hades_hideaway), and I can honestly say I’ll never go anywhere else! Her creativity and attention to detail are unmatched. One of my all-time favorite sets was a cat eye design that mimicked my actual cat at home—she even recreated the eyes to match my cat’s perfectly! It was such a thoughtful, unique set, and I got nonstop compliments. But what really sets Kathleen apart is that she doesn’t just care about the nails—she genuinely cares about her clients. She takes the time to connect, have real conversations, and make you feel comfortable and seen. That means so much, especially when getting your nails done should feel like relaxing “you” time. The whole experience is always chill, fun, and uplifting. She also waxes a mean brow—sharp, clean, and exactly how I like them every time. Plus, the salon itself is super cute and newly renovated, with such a cozy, welcoming vibe. The other staff are amazing too—everyone is so friendly and talented, which just adds to the experience. If you’re looking for a true artist who listens, cares, and consistently delivers—Kathleen is the one. Highly, highly recommend!

Colleen Jarnagan Great atmosphere , I love the Decor! Kathleen Jarnagan is the best with nail art and Hard gel. It’s worth the drive to get Amazing nails. The owners and other Artist are very welcoming and very friendly.

Kayla Turner Mandee is an absolute genius! Ive been going to her for 2 years, and she consistently delivered amazing results. From cuts to colors, she a master of her craft. Her attention to detail, creativity, and passion for her work is truly exceptional. The salon is always clean and welcoming, and the service is top-notch. gianna kasprack Mandee is amazing she brought me back to life with my new haircut and color will forever trust her to do my hair!! She’s so outgoing and so easy to get along with truly shows her passion for hair when your in her chair!

Nicole Rinaudo Mandes and Ariana are amazing at what they do!! I will always come back to them, Mandee does my hair has for years and Ariana my son’s hair, and did she also did my wedding hair which came out absolutely beautiful!!!

Juliana P Mayra and her crew are awesome people! She is a great hair stylist! I recently had a bad experience in one of the salons near me and came all the way to Springhill by referral just to see her. She was able to repair my hair and give me a beautiful hair cut. It was totally worth the drive.

Kemani Williams I called and set an appointment for an eyebrow threading. I asked for a clean up. I get there sit in the chair show Azi a reference picture of my OWN eyebrows that have been done before, and then I specifically said please keep them as THICK as possible, I just want a cleanup. She took off so much of my eyebrows and then proceeded to tell me they look the exact same. These are the thinnest my eyebrows have EVER been out of the 5 years I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded. (The reference picture is the one of the left. The ones she did are the ones on the right.) definitely WILL NOT be going back. I’m furious.

Donna Fincher Azi is the nicest lady. Very patient with me as I was not very good at holding still while she did my eyebrows. She did the most wonderful job. I never had eyebrows naturally and she gave me beautiful ones and I just love them. I highly recommend her.

Roxanne Let me start off by saying: I trust very few people with my brows. When I moved to the area I thought I would never find someone new to thread my brows (i used to go to someone in Tampa). Azi did a beautiful job!! I’m so happy with the result and will keep coming back. She is also the sweetest person! ❤️

vicki fontano Grace is literally a miracle worker! With all her knowledge about human anatomy! She finds The spots that are causing discomfort and works them out! Ive been a loyal customer of hers for years! I cant imagine anyone else doing the efficient job that she does on me! Everyone I know loves her! My own children prefer her company! Theres always good energy when you walk in! And they dont treat you as just a person to get a massage or service! They truly want to make you feel better!

Adrianna Rhode I had a phenomenal experience at Essentials Massage. Carrie was wonderful and I will definitely be asking for her next time. The whole spa is very peaceful and clean, and the rooms are soothing as you walk in with tranquil music, a beautiful fireplace on the wall and dimmed color lighting. The bed was pre-warmed for me also which I loved! I so enjoyed being pampered like this and the addition of hot stones was just amazing.

Zoe Sparrow I would NOT recommend. The work is terrible, a very stupid waste of money. All the products I bought were inferior, or deficient in the quantity. The 40 volume peroxide turned rusty. I spent 400 and am very sorry I did. In response to this review, the owner and stylist called to say they dont remember me and that whatever my complaint must be my fault and there would be no refund. Very shady.

Tonya Posey Highly recommended! I have been going here for years and have only positive things to say. Today, the salon also welcomed my daughters Girl Scout Troop and cut all the girls hair for donation. The staff was amazing with the girls and they LOVED their hair cuts!!!

SuperGiggles I have never had a bad experience until they moved locations. Even though everyone in there was super nice, my stylist ripped out my brand new cartilage earring and sucked it up with a vacuum!!. The lady that did my eyebrows completely ripped off the top of my eyebrow. They are not even what so ever, one of my eyebrows is pointy while the other is skinnier than a piece of paper. Maybe invest in a proper eye brow chair or bed. I am never coming back to this place.

Katie deVries I’ve always struggled finding a hair stylist because my hair is crazy thick and coarse. Most hair cuts make my hair look poofy and choppy. Shirley, however, is a well of knowledge when it comes to hair. She knew exactly how to cut my hair type and gave me the best hair cut I’ve ever had! I am so grateful.

Legion Riders I have been going here for 14 years. Frank always took great care of me, knew exactly how I like my hair. I was saddened when he passed away. Kathy does just as good a job, and I go to her on a regular basis. Even though she has had to raise the price of a mens haircut, she is still the best deal around.

They are all insanely professional and friendly and make a very intimate skin service so relaxing and stress free. Ashley Parker If I could fly down to see Brian and Savannah from Maine every time I needed my hair done or my boy needed a fresh cut, we’d be there without thought. Brian and Savannah are the best in the business. Every time Savannah did my hair, it was just flawless. She truly is an artist in every aspect. Brian is no different. He always made my son feel so comfortable, taking both the time to make him feel welcome but also ensuring he walked out of his shop looking so dialed in and fresh. Amanda Kraft Chara was absolutely amazing. The entire office staff was extremely kind and inviting. I had a therapeutic massage done, and I can say with certainty that I feel a million times better than before. I was experiencing bad neck pain accompanied with migraines on a daily basis. I woke up the day after my massage with no migraine for the first time in a long time.

Rachael Minjarez I’ve never had a professional massage before and was gifted one (a prenatal one) by my boyfriend. I was a little nervous because it was my first time but Chara made me feel so comfortable. She asked questions about what I was comfortable with and explained what to expect. This being a prenatal massage I laid on each side for the massage. She made sure I was comfortable on the massage bed (I was ready to fall asleep before she even started if that says anything). Needless to say I’ll be booking another one before baby girl arrives. 10/10 experience. If you’re on the fence… do it!!

Ray Mooney Update on 2/17. Tried the infrared room today after my massage. It felt really great. Hoping it helps with inflammation and overall health! For that 5-stars all the way! Chara really knows her stuff. She takes the time to listen and truly will help you feel better. I’ve had about 10 visits now and always go away satisfied. Worth every penny!
