I had to wait a long time before anyone even acknowledged me, and every time I call, no one picks up—even the doctors had to tell them to answer the phone! It’s clear that the staff has no proper training or front desk experience. Management seriously needs to implement a training process and hire people who actually know how to handle customer service. Until they fix this, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

If you’re looking for a dental office as a new patient, do yourself a favor do not go to Palm dental. The level of unprofessionalism from the front desk staff, including the Manager is unreal. Careless about your time, while you may take a day off to go see the dentist they canceled your appointment and gives it to someone else because you didn’t answer the phone call to confirm. You can’t be at work or busy you need to answer the phone call to confirm. . All while you have confirmed the appointment via text as this is not sufficient confirmation for this office. I guess we need to be waiting for their call 24/7 as this may be sufficient Enough for a confirmation status. I know I’m only the one person, as you didn’t care to accommodate me after you gave my appt to someone else because I guess your money was more important than my time. Do better, this is not what great service looks, specially making a long lasting impression.

But not at all the nurses and doctor worked very quickly to get everyone in and out quick. Once I went inside with my daughter the service was amazing! The nurses were all working quick and they all had a smile on their faces very though it was a hectic day from what I saw!!!! There was one nurse there I didn’t get her name, but i believe she has been there the longest. She has blonde hair and glass she had such an amazing personality made my son laughing and made my daughter feel very comfortable!!!! Had a good experience for it being the first time!!!! Holly M. I have updated my review to a 5-Star review now that I’ve been to this dentist about 8 times—this is a great dentist. I will definitely continue to see this dentist as long as I live in south Florida. I’ve had two root canals here recently (one had a significant abscess), and I think they went as well as root canals can go. I had very little pain and swelling the next day, each time. The staff seem calm and patient. The front desk staff are friendly and professional. They seem willing to fit patients into their schedule if it’s a dental emergency (of which I have had two so far). I have also had two cleanings here, many x-rays here, and at least 3 crowns replaced here. I will definitely go here again for general dentistry and for emergency dentistry. I would recommend this dentist.
