The staff was fantastic -from the friendly front office staff who greeted me to the hygienist who was gentle, everyone made me feel at ease. Dr Suarez was great too! She took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all my questions without rushing me, caring genuinely about my oral health. They also have the latest technology, which was reassuring. Overall I highly recommend Dentists of Hialeah to anyone looking for a new dentists in the area. They’ve definitely earned a patient for life!

The doctors are organized, attentive, and take the time to explain procedures thoroughly. A client inappropriately told a staff member that she reminded him of his previous coworker, who he got too close too. I was amazed at how gracefully she handled the conversation. I hope they never need to handle such a conversation again, though.

Having a patient wait over an hour is outrageous. I’m a healthcare care provider myself and I don’t even abuse of my patients time to this extent!

The procedure went smoothly, and the staff was very kind and professional. One staff member in particular, Daisy, was extremely helpful from start to finish.
