Appointments on time, scheduling process is easy with constant reminders. Modernized equipment. Getting my veneers took less tome time than expected and they look awesome and natural. Frank Garcia Relax and Smile has been taking care of my dental health for the last 2 years and I only have positive things to say about each of my experiences. Starting with the booking of the appointment, it’s not only quick and easy but I’m reminded via text message a couple of times before the visit to make sure I don’t miss it. The place itself is modern, with cutting technology and as spotless as a dental office should be. In general, going to the dentist can be stressful, it’s certainly something I’m personally not looking to it but Relax and Smile’s folks get the best out of me every single time I’m there. It’s a fun experience actually, or better say, they make it fun for me. I have got several procedures done at this place, that includes multiple cleanings (at least 4 so far) and Invisalign and I can’t complain at all. One important aspect for me is the financials and they have been clearly layout for me, as well as the treatment options. As for the procedures, everything has been perfect. By the way if you call them during the hour of 1pm-2p.m and they dont pick its not because they are ignoring, its because they are on break. Leaving a message during those hours will work, they will call back/return a call. I love it there there. Id Give 10 stars if I can.
