L J Pleasantly pleased with Dr. Durham and the staff. I wish I could remember his assistant’s name for my appointment, but all in all I had a great experience as a new patient, and I would recommend them over and over. I had a filling on my front tooth from a previous dental office that was not done correctly and I felt as if it ruined my smile which is one of my best features. Dr. Durham fixed it and I feel like I finally have my smile back that I’ve missed for the last year. Thank you! ❤️

J Denmark Nobody enjoys having dental work done, but if and when I may need anything done, Ill definitely come back here. Very thorough and professional team here and would recommend them to anyone. Might also include that they work with the VA for all my fellow Veterans who may be in need of dental care.

Sarah Carmenate I feel for the people writing some of these negative reviews but personally I have had great experiences here. They take lots of insurance plans and they have booked me sooner than every other dentist I’ve called when I’ve had painful chips that needed to be filled ASAP. Dr. Dominique Durham is an amazing and experienced dentist. He has done three fillings of mine and has made the process as painless and quick as possible. The fillings are durable and I havent experienced sensitivity when eating after getting them done, which I am grateful for.

NANI!!! Nani!!!! Great place. From the front desk to the doctor, everyone was friendly and super clear about what was being done and why. I did have a bit of a wait as I didnt get into the chair for x rays and cleaning until about 40 min after my appointment time, but it was a Saturday, and only 1 doctor seemed to be there so I can only complain so much. They also seemed to have recently changed what insurance providers they accept, and I wasnt aware as its not on their website yet. But overall, it was a fantastic appointment, and I will be going back

Michelle Clark Such a very great experience from the moment I walked into the lobby and was greeted by the most helpful reception staff. My x-ray tech was phenomenal! He is Very knowledgeable, patient and , very personable, which made the experience very pleasant. The dental hygienist was also very pleasant and Informative about explaining the oral hygiene plan. My dentist was also very patient and explained various treatment plans with me. He was very open and heard My input and concerns regarding the treatment plan and cost associated with The various options. The office/ operations manager was very pleasant, professional, and patient when explaining the cost options. I would highly recommend Aspen Dental and this location. Staff are top-notch.! Very welcoming and friendly!

Heather Carr I was very impressed with Aspen Dental. I went in for a consultation for dentures. They wanted $25k to extract my teeth and put in dentures. We discussed my options and were able to come up with an acceptable plan. I start the process tomorrow.

Capt. Kamen No one likes going to the dentist but, the Murrells make it easy and comfortable.. I have been a patient with both Dr. Robert Murrell (retired) and now Dr. Evan Murrell for many years. They are both great to work with and their staff is cheerful and gentle. I highly recommend.

Phil deVries First visit, and no dental work prescribed. Dr Murrell and the assistants were professional, efficient, and cordial. They even smiled at my humor. The hygienist, Brook, is among the top three Ive experienced in my life; a long past middle age life. The cleaning and polishing by Brook was truly painless, and she is very competent with the tools. Highly recommended.

Angela Breza-Pierce During my visit, the power went out. My hygienist did not miss a beat. She was able to continue my cleaning with no power due to backup generators and battery operated tools. She was very resourceful with figuring out a way for me to rinse my mouth by going back to old school rinse and spit into a cup! Patient care at Murrell and Jones densitry comes first. This is demonstrated thru the quality hygienist they have on their staff.

The cleanings are thorough and they dont upsell everything on the counter just to make commissions. Dr. Sanders checks on me when he needs to. Dr Astrid Gonzalez is VERY knowledgeable and has great disposition with children & parents. I felt involved and well informed in everything happening at our appointment! We have a dental restoration appointment next up and I know my daughter is in good hands.

Terr Elane We LOVE this place! The staff are all so incredible with our kids and the aesthetic of the place is so cozy and fun. They have TVs on the feeling for the kids that are laying down in dentist rooms and the lobby is very kid friendly and keeps you busy while you wait! Highly recommend!!!!!

All the staff was insanely friendly I am usually really nervous at the dentist and didn’t once feel anxiety or nervousness or like I was not being taken care of wonderfully. Dave Young Ive had rather poor Dental Care experiences in town for the last 3 decades, so my recent experience at Boyd &Walther was a revelation! Jaime the technician spent nearly an hour very carefully, thoroughly, and GENTLY on the best dental cleaning I ever had. Dr. Boyd was pleasant, charming and attentive.In fact, everybody in the office radiated happiness. WHAT A PLEASURABLE EXPERIENCE!

Trina mitchell I love both Doctors Boyd and Walther and their friendly highly competent staff! I actually look forward to visits with them. Dr Walther is my primary; she’s exceptionally gentle and kind. I’ve gone to her and staff for cleaning, crowns, cavities, and Botox! Dr Boyd and staff are also gentle and have clearly and carefully guided me through successful Invisalign treatments.

Madison Freeman Dr Ortiz and his team are absolutely phenomenal. Extremely caring and professional. I experienced a dental emergency over the weekend, and all 4 of my wisdom teeth needed extraction ASAP. One tooth was infected, but the infection was being managed by antibiotics. They moved quickly and scheduled my surgery the day after my consultation. The entire procedure was painless and the whole team did their best to alleviate my anxiety. I cannot recommend Dr Ortiz highly enough. He is easily one of the best oral surgeons in Florida.

Bunch LB (izzybee14) Dr Ortiz and his whole team have been amazing. I unfortunately had a tooth crack leading to a series of unfortunate events and lead me into this office. Dr. Ortiz was incredibly patient and answered all of my many questions with kindness. His staff was also incredible. So kind and genuinely wanted to help me in any way possible. I ended up with a removal of a tooth which is hard to deal with both physically and emotionally, but his practice was there for me through it. It’s not always that I have received this level of excellent care, so I am so happy to be giving this review.

Pat Simmons Staff is always friendly and professional. Rarely do I have any dental issues for Dr. Lumpp to address. None-the-less, her exams are thorough and she readily clarifies any questions I may have. Hygienist areas are always brightly lit and clean. Love the bird feeders outside the windows. Its a great, anxiety-reducing place to go for a cleaning, x-rays, and other dental services.

Jerry Hendershot Dr Lumpp is easily the best dentist east of the Mississippi. The crew she leads are just as good! My only regret is not finding her sooner.

Jim Kawagoye Went for my routine cleaning and yearly x rays. I think it was Alana who was my tech and she was a great. Fast and efficient. Was in and out, being I had no issues to report and she didnt see any anomalies so I did not wait for Dr. Lumpp to arrive.

Lizzie Merritt The young lady that waited on me was on point she explained everything that we were doing. Very nice and polite. She is great at what she does I can tell that she takes pride in what she does. I was greeted with a smile and what really made my day they called me by name they knew who I was when I walked in the door.

Chase Kelly Pettitt It was a frustrating experience. First, they texted me asking if I could come in early, which I couldn’t, so I asked to reschedule. Instead of accommodating that, they guilt-tripped me, saying someone was coming in on their day off, which made me feel pressured to keep the appointment. When I showed up, the person I expected wasn’t even there, and someone else worked on my teeth, which I didn’t appreciate. On top of that, they’ve canceled several of my appointments due to weather, which I understood, but when I missed one, they charged me $50. It wasn’t just the fee, but the fact that their prices are higher than other dentists in the area. I had planned to switch my whole family to their practice, but after that, I moved to Aspen Dental instead—better prices and no guilt-tripping texts.

Miss Priss I am so happy with this practice. I have been seeing Connie for cleanings for years and she is so personable and professional. Everyone loves Connie! Dr. Woods and Andrew, the dental assistant, are personable, knowledgeable and really put me at ease. The office is friendly, clean, and the staff along with Dr. Woods, really take time to explain and educate me about my dental health and treatment plan. Dr. Woods is especially gentle and fast when treating me. I recommend this practice to everyone seeking great dental care!

Cason Knight Found myself caught in a slight dental emergency this morning and began calling around since my dentists office is hrs away. Not much was working out until I got in touch Dr. Woods at CWD Dental Group. He was exceptionally polite and attentive to my situation. I was able to come in and Dr. Woods carefully relieved me of my emergency and I couldn’t be more at ease. Ha, I wouldn’t be surprised if this guy wears a mask and cape outside of the office! He’s earned my recommendation, so if you’re on the fence you should probably head down to CWD and leave your problems in their hands. Thanks again Dr. Woods, I can’t express enough how much you saved the day for me!

Job Applicant I would have given this excellent dental practice 5 stars, but I had to pay $267 because they neglected to remind me when I made my appointment that I could have my X-rays from my prior dentist sent to them. That is quite inconsiderate because $267 is 2 days of work for me, or an entire year of health insurance for my two cats. Also, dentists earn approximately $129,710 more per year than the average American. Please change your policy such that the receptionist always asks new patients for their prior dentists information and requests the X-rays.

Jan Keyes-Lutz I am a former dental hygienist of 20 years and have worked for 4-5 different dentists during that time. Dr Julie Bailey is hands down the most kind, considerate and exceptionally talented dentist I have ever personally had the privilege to be a patient of. In the past few years of being one of her patients, she has done several fillings and crowns which are perfect and never given me a moments problem. She also fabricated and placed a beautiful implant crown to replace a pulled tooth and worked hours on helping me find the perfect occlusal guard and retainers to prevent me from severely grinding. She accomplished all these things in an unrushed, very pleasant manner. Also her technique of administering anesthesia for all these procedures was wonderful and pain free! To top all this off, her pricing is more than fair and generous and her fine work is more than worth any price you pay. Thank you Dr. Julie Bailey!

I left a message on his phone number and he called me right back, asked if I was available in 45 minutes, and said hed meet me at his office. This was all while he was enjoying holiday vacation. Sterling Taylor DO NOT USE THIS ORTHODONTIST!!!! They are extremely deceptive with billing! My son lost his retainer and they purposefully scheduled out his appointment 3 weeks out. His teeth shifted and now they are trying to charge me for braces again! They claimed when I made the appointment that they do not save any records of his teeth, so they couldn’t issue a retainer immediately. The office manager has an attitude, especially if you’ve paid in full! It seems like she receives a bonus if you’re using their payment plan. The staff doesn’t care at all!!!! Total waste of money! Unethical practices!
