Jessica McGill My daughter had a new patient appointment and is in severe pain with her wisdom teeth. This careless establishment called to confirm her appointment and I didnt get the call while working so they CANCELLED her appointment. I received a voicemail today and called them to confirm and was informed she didnt have an appointment scheduled at all. This is very poor customer service. People schedule appointments around their jobs and are not always waiting by the phone for a call. I hate that it is my child that suffers this time. I will not ever recommend this place.

M P.L “God 1st” When the other dentist was here and the staff , I loved coming here .when I came in September i was not happy with the new dentist of how rudely he told me about my teeth still not able to eat , the staff does not say hi good morning or anything at all , just because you have s degree does not mean you have social skills . The un-welcome feeling is awful , DO YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT, Made me waste my time and day for no reason at all. Jessica Mcgill Hands down, the best dental office experience I have ever had. From the welcome board with my daughters name on it in the lobby, to the new patient gift bag, and every interaction in between, the care was consistently shown. Every single person we encountered was super sweet, very informative, and very efficient. My daughter said it was the classiest medical office she has ever visited. We will be back and we are so grateful for the great experience after a poor one trying to schedule somewhere else prior. Great job, ladies!

Randi Letzelter Was called in 45 minutes after appointment was scheduled. The office manager was rude and talked me like I was a toddler. I am finally giving up on this business and am going elsewhere. Have been dealing with incompetency for over a year with this office. I also want to mention there is a big staff turnover, so the problem goes beyond their interactions with patients.

Colton Gogoy Interested in money not in client care. Unprofessional way of making you make an appointment then call you back to check insurance. Played phone tag just to try and get insurance checked. Didn’t get a call back when they said I would. I just want to be efficient and they just don’t care due to their system of going about things. I do not recommend at all. There are so many better dentists in the area.

Masso Magalina A (MAGGZZ) I absolutely love this dentist. I was just there this morning and one of the things I appreciate and respect about them is taking into consideration what I feel. My teeth are super duper sensitive so no matter what they do I always ask if you can put a little bit of that numbing stuff on your gums and teeth and they absolutely have no problem making sure I feel comfortable for each procedure Im going through with them. The staff is very friendly, the technicians handle everything with care. When I talk to my dentist its like talking to a regular friend. If you are looking for a really good place to go you definitely need to check out this place.

Billy Webb Well, to start not very many are fans of dental work to be done, and I myself are one of them. With that said, I have not seen dentists in a very, very long time and now have to deal with those repercussions. My daughter recently became a dental assistant, and I figured I could have some comfort knowing her industry. i decided it was time to get my dental health back in track. I had an extraction done as the tooth is too far gone to save. I dont remember my dentists name but he was so very knowledgeable and comforting when discussing what I need to have e done and after the extraction I will return to that office for the remaining work to be done for my dental health. Thank you all for being so kind and knowledgeable, and comforting throughout my work. I really hope my daughter continues to further her education in the dental field. She would make a great dentist. Double Spur Ranch My kids go here only because I cant afford to drive an hr away for drs... u can barely understand the call waiting staff and God forbid ur kid is sick because unless u call right at 8am u have no way to get them seen the same day and they tell you to go to the ER if u think its that bad...

Patients should be informed of the total cost—including what insurance covers—before any procedure, even for something as simple as a cleaning. I was aware of my policy, but the remaining balance should have been clearly explained upfront. This lack of transparency is something others should be mindful of when visiting.

Ernest Gilliam We were on vacation in Okeechobee when my girlfriends face began to swell because of a bad tooth. We called several dentists before getting in touch with Dr. Wright. It was on a day that Dr. Wright catches up on paperwork and doesnt take appointments. After explaining our situation, Dr. Wright agreed to see us. Dr. Wright and his staff were exceptionally professional and the level of care and compassion was unbelievable. All healthcare providers should strive to reach the level that Dr. Wright and his staff showed us. When I move to Okeechobee, Dr.Wright will be my familys only dentist. Susan Howard I arrived at his office with no appointment at 8AM to have a tooth pulled that was throbbing. His staff was very friendly and helpful. He made sure my tooth was numb before he pulled it. His prices are reasonable and his work very good.

Cathy Womble Dr Heller was a great man, always willing to take time to listen. This review is about his staff’s handling of billing and insurance. Instead of billing under Dr Heller’s name which would be considered in network, they billed under the practice name which is out of network. They refused to change it which cost me an extra $60 for my last visit. I went down the road to Dr Syed and paid my $30 copay like it should have been at Dr Heller’s. I think it’s very unfair that medical practices can get away with things like this because if you don’t pay, they can send it to collections.

Jennifer Rock Dr. Davis is great! he is very friendly and very gentle, he makes sure that you are comfortable and tells you step by step what he is doing so there are no surprises. I recently had a wisdom tooth removed by Davis (which requires shots in the roof of your mouth) and I didnt feel a thing! Very professional and genuinely cares about his patients

Shawn Heater Went in for a root canal, on lower rear molar. Procedure was done, tooth was fitted with temp crown. Was in a fair amount of pain still and was also sensitive to cold. When I called the emergency number was called back and told to wait til Tuesday. Sunday came and the pain was worse so I called and was told they could see me on Monday. I went in and Lasky sprayed water and air on my tooth and asked if it was painful, which after a few seconds the cold got to the root and the pain started. Her nurse said "there is still nerve". So Dr. Lasky scanned me, showed me my scan and said I had a cracked root which was causing a void and the tooth was not salvageable. So I reluctantly agreed to extraction. I had a feelimg something was wrong, and after she struggled for a long time to pull the tooth it came free. I asked to keep it and have since cleaned it throughly and checked with a light to ensure it wasnt cracked at all meanwhile she placed a bone graft in the socket and sewed it up. I went home and started having bite problems, my teeth kept hitting in strange places when I would bite. So Dr Lasky then adjusted my teeth after which I was sent home and still had bite issues, it was then I discovered little flecks of bone were getting caught in my bite which was the bone graft material coming out. She probably should have known to check for this. I was given ZERO afrer care instructions which may have contributed to the fact that three days later the stitches fell out and the graft material was gone. Now I have a dry socket, I can see my jaw bone. I am in tremendous pain, I can barely chew as this was my predominant side to chew on. And without the bone graft I dont know how many months away from and expensive implant I am, considering I will likely have to heal then have another bone graft attempted. I feel as though I have been sentenced to months of discomfort due to negligence. Most dentists will text or call after a root canal or extraction to check on you, I was never contacted. My mother in law had a similar situation there and Dr. Lasky did check on her. Odd.

I went to him for my annual cleanings. Never had a cavity. The past few years I have had Dr Laskey (his daughter) as my dentist. She is just as caring and as gentle as Dr Davis. I am so fortunate to have such wonderful dentists. I proudly tell everyone who I go to. To this day I still have my natural teeth.
