1 /5 Double Spur Ranch: My kids go here only because I cant afford to drive an hr away for drs... u can barely understand the call waiting staff and God forbid ur kid is sick because unless u call right at 8am u have no way to get them seen the same day and they tell you to go to the ER if u think its that bad...

1 /5 Vicki Lopez: I’ve called 4 times in the last 2 days trying to schedule an appointment for my son. I keep getting sent to a voicemail to leave information for a call back. I’ve left 3 messages and never got a call back.

5 /5 Patty Sanchez: Currently I had to squeeze in my son for new patient appointment. I was satisfied how well and easily it was done. No complications with setting up for my child well care. The dr we seen was very patient and understanding. Thank you again

2 /5 sonia dhaiti: After they switched to a call center company just to book appointments its been horrible. I called on 9/20/24 and spoke to a representative and I was told my children had the appointment on 9/24/24 @ 8:45am. When I arrived I found out it was booked for 9/27/24 in port st lucie for ER when it was a well check up. Next time I going to go and personally make the appointment in the office and not over the phone. Ending up rescheduling until 10/25/24. Word of advise go in the office and not over the phone to book an appointment.
