Leo Deng I the beginning, I wasnt so sure about choosing a local insurance company. However, after I left the last BIG insurance company, my friend referred me to here. I enjoyed the experience a lot. The agents are really helpful. Since they personally dealt with each case, I felt much being cared from them. Just a few weeks ago, hurricane Dorian blow off some of the brunches around my house, which broke a piece of my roof. I wasnt hoping that I could get some money from insurance. However I still called them 2 days after. They handle my case almost right away. And after I submit everything. It only took a week for the money to transfer to my account. I couldnt be more than happy to recommend them to all my friends.

Jonathan Korn We are Owners in a South Florida condominium. Insurance is the largest of our annual expenses. Brown & Brown does not return phone calls. They do come to visit at Christmas with stale sandwiches & cheap wine but evade questions of the Owners. We have been trying to get an answer to the following question: When 100% of the units in a 150 unit condo have hurricane impact windows and doors, will this save $$$ for the Associations insurance expense? Straight forward, right? Straight answer would be appreciated from these Insurance Unprofessionals.

Christopher Carroll Initially I was excited about the possibility of finding a great rate for home owners insurance as well as having the convenience of a direct contact with a representative however, communication became scarce and when I needed some fairly straight forward questions answered in a timely manner in order to close on my house my representative quit responding to emails and texts. I ended up switching to another company last minute for our home owners coverage and still have yet to receive a reply in regard to the questions I emailed about. I am not even sure if he knows I cancelled the policy. I went with Progressive and received a better policy with a multi-policy discount. Sometimes its better to just stay with the big guys.

Chan Soto Wow, this insurance company is an absolute nightmare. We filed a claim for water damages in July of 2023. Our home is still not repaired and it’s now 2024. The customer service has proven themselves to not care. We’ve sent multiple emails, calls, left voicemails, and they still continue to drag their feet. We also just found out that they closed our claim, so no adjuster is assigned or taking any accountability/responsibility on our behalf. The claim has not been resolved and my home has not been repaired. I have two small children, ages 4 and 6, who are also suffering due to the lack of professionalism, communication, and due diligence this company is unwilling to enforce. This company is not acting in an ethical manner and is in fact very shady. This company has taken my money and when I actually need their help, they won’t do the right thing. I am disgusted, disappointed, and regretful of ever choosing this company as part of my homeowners insurance. Beware!

Ladriea S DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS!!!!! The lady who answers the phone is very rude. I called for a quote she informed me she will call me back with it. She calls me back stating I gave her my car information wrong I informed she most likely she took it wrong I ask her to reiterate what she has, she began to give me attitude and be really rude. I’ve been calling a lot of insurance giving them the same exact info. there’s no way I could’ve gave her the wrong info. She couldn’t easily said I apologies or maybe I’ve took the info incorrectly but no she wanted to be rude. As a business owner this is not how you treat your potential customers.
