Bryan Makowski I got hooked up with several insurance companies through a link In an online ad. The other companies gave me quotes that were higher than what I was already paying for but, Colin Allen, at Nate Cocco’s office explained what my current coverage was, AND he explained where it was lacking in two different areas that were important to me. He not only saved me money. He continued to follow up with me until I was ready and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a better insurance company with better rates. Ask for Colin to get the service you deserve.

Richard Knepel Avoid this State farm office at all costs. They miss quote and when its billed its always more expensive. Oh and the lady upfront is one rude human being. If you use this office you get what you deserve.

kim This company use to be great, but things change. I have spent a few weeks just trying to get a return call to correct a VIN number on my cars insurance with no response. I had to buy another policy with a different company in order to renew my registration. Thanks for the lack of service and forcing me to drive with expired tags for 2 weeks!!! BTW i still havent gotten a call back from my emails, or 6 messages.

Cynthia Long I was in a huge predicament. Chase mortgage company failed to pay my homeowners insurance so I had to quickly look around and find another agent and homeowners insurance. Lee with top quote was incredibly helpful and locating me another reasonable homeowners insurance.. Chase mortgage has yet to show accountability for their negligence. Very pleased with top quote. Kimmi H My family have been a client of Tina’s Phần great Florida insurance for maybe 10 years now. We purchase auto insurance and home insurance through Tina. They have always found us a policy at a best price with great coverage. My best experience is always with the owner Tina and her staff Anthony and Jamie. They are professional, friendly and approachable. They always answer any questions and concern I may have. They make courtesy call, send text and email reminder for policy renewals. A few weeks before a policy is due for renewal, staffs will review if rate through current insurer is still the best or if it would be better with a different insurer that’s in their network.

She helped me on my own policy, and then did SO MUCH WORK to bring my Mom over to Brightway, saving her over 2k a year from the charlatans at Brown Insurance & Financial who were telling my mom that Citizens would be more expensive, just so they could profit off of the more expensive Universal policy that my fixed income parents simply couldnt afford. Paityn Morrison WARNING THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. NOTHING GOOD COMES FROM THIS PLACE. Worked closely with every single person at this agency. I couldnt believe all the good reviews on google. From the moment I worked with them I got the best rate and was ecstatic. However, worked with Nihja Bradford scheduled an appointment for after hours to check my car, he never showed up and had to speak with a manager she was shocked he never showed up. When I went to sign my policy took them a month to submit it and they lapsed my insurance. With a higher rate then I ever had before now they were my cheapest option since I lapsed no one else wanted to cover me. When finally the gap was gone and all this was over and my last accident came off my record I was able to find new insurance. I was so happy to get WAY cheaper insurance with someone else. So a month in advanced I put in for them to cancel by next month on a specific date. 2 days after the cancelation and switch of insurance, Patrons STILL CHARGED MY ACCOUNT. Shavon NEVER SUBMITTED MY CANCELATION. After them fixing this 3 WEEK LATER Joey said I would be able to have my check in 3 MORE WEEKS. Last week I called for Joey to follow up, and he said I am sorry the check never sent they never canceled and that NOW it is canceled AFTER 5 WEEKS and I should get my check.

Ted silva This lady is incredible. We went there because several friends gave extremely high recommendations and said we should just "check it out." Now I understand why! The office staff was great, even though we were a bit early and interrupted lunch but the big thing is what Cindy does. She took all of the prescriptions, put them into a program and evaluated each of 11 companies. Then, in dollars and cents showed us which would be the best for the next year. chad anderson I keep getting emails over and over to review this insurance company... Ive been with Allstate for a very long time.. I think like 17 years between NJ and FL.. everyone has been really nice.. no complaints about the service... But Im a very busy person and its my fault for not shopping price for Apples per apples on coverage limits... Ive been getting charged $3,600 per year from this Allstate agency for a while... But like I said, Im very busy and I guess my fault for just letting it keep going.. I finally thought, this is waaay too much. So, I shopped around and found that I was paying double for the same coverage (apples for apples) across the board for same coverage compared to GEICO... I then signed up with GEICO for $1,800 per year, and then this agent wanted to match it... I asked, do you just try to gouge people on price until they put their foot down and realize they are getting screwed over? She was very nice, but really didnt have an answer... I think they should keep the customer in their best interest and research to give them the best rate every year... But this unfortunately didnt happen.. they just kept raising my rate for no reason .. then wanted to match GEICO for half the price I was paying.. Again, nice people. Never a problem with their service, but just dont try to get over on people, then drop your price in half when you get called out
